These seem like some pretty nice changes and even straight up additions - happy for those playing this (still not particularly interested in it myself)!
Glad the first DLC is now coming also to Switch 2 and that they've already announced the next one (even more so since it's a Star Wars one) - looking forward to both myself whenever I play PowerWash Simulator 2!
These commercials tend to be around half a minute (look at the Tomodachi Life ones etc. on the same YouTube channel) so this is already longer than usual - anyway, lovely indeed and again, Happy 40th Anniversary Super Mario!
Happy for those interested in watching the movie this way if confirmed - personally, I'm waiting for the physical release to then eventually rewatch it (and I should get the Japanese versions of both this and the first movie when I can to finally check those out, too)!
Doubt I'll bother with this myself (not sure if I'll complete all those Pokédexes and regardless, I still haven't used HOME myself), but nice bonus for those interested in it - anyway, looking forward to Legends Z-A as soon as I finish playing Arceus, getting closer and closer to doing so!
We'll see if and when this actually happens, for now I'd also rather focus on the upcoming Zelda movie and then practically inevitable third Mario movie - that said, I definitely wouldn't say no to a Metroid movie in theory (and as much as I personally prefer animation and it could definitely work I'd be surprised if they didn't go for live-action for that series just like they did for Zelda)!
So funnily enough they would've just swapped places hadn't it been for Cyberpunk coming back to the charts in 2nd and yeah, most likely due to a discount on the PC version - anyway, love to see Pragmata, Tomodachi Life and also Requiem selling so well! Also personally happy for Elden Ring still in 5th, Pokopia in 7th, World in 8th, the Galaxy bundle in 9th, Legends Z-A in 10th, Armored Core VI in 11th, New Horizons in 13th, Wonder in 15th, Bananza in 17th, 8 Deluxe in 18th etc.!
Nice that today is Alien Day, now I see why we got the Alien Isolation sequel tease - great list of potential improvements (based on what's mentioned in the article and comments I'd say that better pacing is the most needed one) and regardless, I hope people will enjoy the sequel even more than the original!
Not interested in it personally, but I'm so glad for those who are that apparently Alien Isolation is finally getting a sequel (really hope it will come also to Switch 2, even better if as a day-and-date release)!
So glad this game has a Switch 2 update and even more so considering the options it grants (most likely I'll go for performance myself) - really looking forward to my copy to arrive and then playing it when I can!
Japan for me, it has almost all the characters present on the European box art (too bad the Spirit Who Loves Surprises is missing considering how prominent he is) while being clearer about the tilting mechanic just like North America - of course it benefits from the landscape box as already mentioned by the article, too!
Reminder that Final Fantasy VII Remake is also 30fps on Switch 2 and yet it's considered an overall really good port - that said, I'm waiting to actually see it first and foremost although personally I doubt I'll particularly mind it and I'm still absolutely looking forward to eventually playing it anyway (most likely not anytime soon also considering that I want to play the abovementioned first and after it Rebirth, but still)!
Imagine if you made something that you're proud of, wouldn't you want to share it with others?
Not to mention that he's talking about "return[ing] to those games and play[ing] them again" (bold is my addition) so unless people sold them and that's up to them they should still have those games and there's no need to buy anything although of course you might prefer doing so in a more convenient way and get them on Switch 1 and/or 2 but that once more is up to them - there's no need for cynicism in every aspect of life and even less so when it comes to optionally (re)playing videogames...
Thank you (and of course also everyone else) Miyamoto-san for making it and all the other products you worked on and so all the memories throughout practically my whole life - funnily enough I have actually started even before the movie and will continue replaying most if not all of those games for my channel and so making even more memories related to them!
I'm all about the story as in each of the aspects mentioned, the plot, the characters, even the lore (and I suspect those appeal to an extent to many if not most people in general despite several comments here so far and also considering the poll, there's a reason why a big fan favorite is Majora's Mask) - that said, the beauty of videogames absolutely including Zelda is that there are various facets to them and that's one of the many reasons why I love them so much!
@NintendoLife There's something wrong with the poll, if you start writing the name of any game the choices don't show up as usual and so can't select them (and apparently it isn't just me as nobody has voted yet when I click on Results).
Even just game rereleases of these series on modern platforms in general and in particular Switch 1 and/or 2 would be great to allow more to finally play them (me included) other than of course for those who'd like to replay them in a more convenient way - anyway, this is a pretty cool initiative at least on paper!
Tonight I'm seeing my friends, not sure what we'll play. As usual I'll also continue with my schedule:

@dskatter It's already confirmed by the description of the trailer as mentioned also by the article but yeah, most likely it's not present in the video itself for the reasons you mentioned - thanks for additional information (lol Nintendo being taken by surprise when Yoshi-P told them that)!
Love to hear it's gone gold, absolutely looking forward to Mina - waiting for my code to redeem it (so glad I was able to support this on Kickstarter) and then playing it when I can!
So glad it's finally happening for those interested in playing this (also) on Switch 2 - me included now that I'll be able to thanks to this version although most likely not anytime soon as already mentioned in the other comment sections today!
Would be absurd announcing the Switch 2 version and then not confirm the next expansion for it but still, glad it's already confirmed and the Evangelion crossover is really cool - happy for those playing this game (potentially me included at some point in the future now that I'll be able to thanks to this version, but we'll see)!
Yes, I've been waiting for the Switch 2 version and it will be my first time playing (not sure if my PC could decently run it while I don't have other consoles) - that said, most likely I'll stick to my plan of playing other Final Fantasy games first and foremost, starting with VII Remake as soon as I can and then Rebirth immediately after... I really don't need to start an MMORPG anytime soon considering that along with all the games I'm currently playing and I want to start sooner rather than later in general!
Thanks for the review, fingers crossed the updates including improvements to the frame rate etc. on Switch 2 come sooner rather than later - regardless, I'm definitely playing this (and also the other OPUS games) at some point!
Love to hear it for both its creators and the many already playing and enjoying it (got it myself despite the genre, will give 4 on Switch a try first and depending on that then potentially this one) - fingers crossed both Requiem and even more so Pragmata since it has just come out will keep on selling!
Nice additions, especially the photo mode (not sure how much I'll use it myself, but still) - anyway, looking forward to playing Dynasty Warriors Origins in general when I can!
Already got Vampire Crawlers, preordered a physical copy of Revelations in Celceta, will eventually get OPUS Prism Peak (by then the updates also addressing the Switch 2 issues should've come out) and Aquanaut’s Holiday for sure, maybe also Appraiser (Provisional) and that should be it!
Didn't see it coming, but at the same time it isn't as surprising when you see that it's "for a limited time" - anyway, pretty cool, hope even more people will get to hear the out of this world soundtracks of the Galaxy games thanks to this (and potentially play them which is most certainly one of Nintendo's objectives for doing such a thing in the first place)!
Why this obsession with copyright especially ever since Palworld when Nintendo and co. didn't sue Pocketpair for that reason, again unlike multipleChinese mobile gamesactually infringing it?
If they didn't - most likely because they couldn't despite the even bigger similarities - in that case I really don't see why they would in this one either (the Steam Workshop contents are another matter, but that will be a case by case matter and might take a while just like it did for Garry's Mod)...
Thanks for the review, glad this one is much of an improvement compared to the original one for those interested in such a case (not me included at least for now, the official one I have is more than enough for how I currently use it) - being able to use the power bank even in tabletop mode is a pretty cool feature!
Looking forward to starting it when I play Pokopia next week - while April Fools' and Bulbasaur's events were nice of course I'm more excited for this one since it will unlock new items and especially Sableye just like the Hoppip one (by the way, I'm so glad that at least based on what I've heard these work like in Animal Crossing and so you can time travel to take part in them in case you missed them)!
Not a fan of such delistings in general (and by the way, on Steam so many happen each month, including cases like this one with a relatively recent example being the Yakuza games), but in this case it would make even less sense considering what they mentioned so I'm really glad Ubisoft aren't doing it - fingers crossed Resynced will eventually come also to Switch 2, but I'll consider giving the original on Switch a try at some point as well for those different contents and even if I don't end up doing so I'm glad it will still be available!
Love to hear that Splintered Fate sold that much first and foremost, but of course also that there's more to come - looking forward to playing it myself when I can (already have it, got the physical deluxe edition and everything else not included in that digitally)!
I'd say that it's just a matter of time and also really hope so for those interested in playing this on Switch 2 (potentially me included) - as already mentioned here, it could even just be announced later like it happened to so many games coming to Switch 1 and/or 2 before!
@Uncle_Franklin Couldn't agree more but still, I'm so glad we finally got such a game in the first place - anyway, happy to hear (once more, pretty sure I've seen you mention it before) you're really enjoying it!
Again not surprised at all that Tomodachi Life is on top and selling that much but still, love to see it and also finally having some precise sale numbers for it! Also happy to see Pragmata debuting in 2nd, Pokopia in 3rd, World in 4th, New Horizons in 6th, Doraemon debuting in 7th (unfortunately not many sales, though), New Horizons in 8th, Switch Sports in 9th, FireRed and LeafGreen in 10th and of course Switch 2 still on top of the hardware charts, but still followed by Switch still selling despite that!
Thanks for the review, glad to hear this version of the game is good for those interested in it (not me included) - pretty cool that both gyro aiming and mouse controls are included and there are quality and performance modes, the more options the better whenever feasible!
Keeps on looking great (and not just when it comes to its anime visual style) - not sure when I'll be able to play it myself considering it's co-op only, but I'm absolutely looking forward to it whenever it's ready!
Great that more and more games are coming to Switch 2 in general and also this one specifically after watching that trailer (hadn't seen it before) - happy for those going for it, potentially me included thanks to this version!
Yoshi practically getting his own F.L.U.D.D. at the start is pretty funny - anyway, great overview trailer and man am I looking forward to this game (even more so after the previews first and now this)!
Love to hear that also Stray is getting a Switch 2 version (fingers crossed for an upgrade also in that case, already have a Switch physical copy) and those games are coming to Switch for the first time - downloading the now available upgrades immediately and looking forward to playing Sayonara and Lorelei when I can even more than I already was!
Glad to hear that more issues have been fixed - I've actually tried it myself last time I met with my friends, we did a small tournament between us... and now I'm even more convinced that apart from the bugs (which are already getting fixed step by step as proven by this very article) this is exactly what those more or less interested in the competitive battling have been asking for all this time which is what matters the most in my opinion!
Not voting for now as I haven't even just started Pragmata yet (I'll do so as soon as I finish playing Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, maybe next week) - looking forward to hearing others' thoughts about it in the meantime!
Not particularly interested in Ranked Matches myself, but glad that this has been fixed for those who are - looking forward to playing more Tennis Fever in general as part of my gaming schedule (and occasionally also on stream or together with my friends)!
Haven't seen/heard of this before so it's an even bigger surprise to me - glad it's now coming also to Switch 2 for those interested (potentially me included at some point)!
Looks even more promising based on this trailer (not that I had any doubts myself considering it's by IO Interactive, but still) - looking forward to seeing and hearing more about it before and after its release on other systems and playing it myself whenever it comes also to Switch 2 this summer!

Re: UK Charts: Pragmata Shoves Tomodachi Life Off The Top Spot
@Olliemar28 There's a typo when you can fix it, Pokopia was in 6th last week.

Re: Opinion: Here Are Six Ways 'Alien: Isolation 2' Can Improve Upon The Original
Nice that today is Alien Day, now I see why we got the Alien Isolation sequel tease - great list of potential improvements (based on what's mentioned in the article and comments I'd say that better pacing is the most needed one) and regardless, I hope people will enjoy the sequel even more than the original!
Re: Alien: Isolation 2 Gets Its First Teaser Trailer

Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl: Yoshi's Universal Gravitation (GBA)
Japan for me, it has almost all the characters present on the European box art (too bad the Spirit Who Loves Surprises is missing considering how prominent he is) while being clearer about the tilting mechanic just like North America - of course it benefits from the landscape box as already mentioned by the article, too!
Re: Final Fantasy XIV Online For Switch 2 Able To Reach "30fps In A Stable State"

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Pragmata?
Not voting for now as I haven't even just started Pragmata yet (I'll do so as soon as I finish playing Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, maybe next week) - looking forward to hearing others' thoughts about it in the meantime!
Re: Mario Tennis Fever Serves Up Another Small Switch 2 Update, Here Are The Patch Notes
Not particularly interested in Ranked Matches myself, but glad that this has been fixed for those who are - looking forward to playing more Tennis Fever in general as part of my gaming schedule (and occasionally also on stream or together with my friends)!
Re: D-topia Is A Subversive Cozy Puzzler About Making People Happy, Coming To Switch 1 & 2
Intriguing, definitely piqued my interest - regardless, glad that it's coming also to Switch 1 and 2 and even more so as a day-and-date release!
Re: Hyper Light Drifter Dev's Gorgeous Metroidvania Jumps To Switch 2 Next Week
Haven't seen/heard of this before so it's an even bigger surprise to me - glad it's now coming also to Switch 2 for those interested (potentially me included at some point)!
Re: Video: 007 First Light's New Trailer Highlights Q Branch, Tactical Simulation Mode, Outfits And More
Looks even more promising based on this trailer (not that I had any doubts myself considering it's by IO Interactive, but still) - looking forward to seeing and hearing more about it before and after its release on other systems and playing it myself whenever it comes also to Switch 2 this summer!
