Incredible commitment! They could have cheesed those eyebrows by walking a straight line but they went the extra mile (quite literally) and crossed two bridges for this!
Which pokemon did Reggie mispronounce? Please tell me it's Regigigas.
Jokes aside, pokemon pronunciation is pretty contradictory even in official sources. Cue Gyarados, or even the infamous change to Arceus pronunciation because butt
It may sound harsh for a person I don't personally know, but hearing Inafune left the producer seat of a game I was looking forward, and that they had to redo it... it gives me hope? I really want this to be a good game and I was cautiously pessimistic before
While I do not think Palworld is innocent, let's be honest here, this game is blatantly stealing designs, from copying trainers to altered pokemon, way more than any other games being sued
I can't imagine having a relic like a NES in working order being broken by a defective product. This is way more serious than replacement carts in my opinion
I really enjoy video game art of that time when the game itself left a lot to imagination due to resolution. It even works to set a mood/vibe which some indies have been doing well on replicating
Uh, is the Star Fox team called outlaws in the japanese game? I know "Air force dropout turned mercenary" is hardly a job inside the law but I've never seen them being called criminals before
Having Wario Land Shake It in 6th place only speaks of how good the previous games were, even if personally I'd score it higher. Wario Land 4 is my favorite and 2nd place is fair enough
@Spider-Kev that's especially funny because Red Hair is one of Adol's most used nicknames (that and Adol, the Red) in the whole series. There are characters that will call him that despite knowing his name.
I'm sitting on my Majora's Mask 3D cart but I've never played it so I can't cast a fair opinion. It is an incredible game everyone should play at least once, though
@NinChocolate it's taboo to say it in the gaming community but I do play the games and there is only a handful of musical themes I actually like. So yeah, it's not to everyone's taste
I don't know, it didn't bother me as much as some people make it on the internet. I did use the notebook a lot, and the horizontal grid mostly for the recent uses
I wish this would be indication enough for them to start printing more physical copies of their games. I just got DQIII HD this week and it wasn't fun to find and buy a copy
I have a handful of (optional) co-op RPGs but I can't find a way to make them work. I often take it slow reading the story and exploring new areas, the town, talking to NPCs and I can't imagine making another adult seat through my nonsense. I would have loved this when me and my brother were much younger, though
I've been told a handful of times that QA back then was mind numbing torture. I can only imagine why he can't enjoy the game after being told to break it to pieces a thousand times
Just to be sure: the Astral Chain IP belongs to Nintendo and Bayonetta IP belongs to Sega, right? In case they want to another studio to handle development...
@RupeeClock let's hope they won't walk backwards on that, we've been waiting for region free for so long.
Personally, I don't think I ever bought a japan exclusive game from the eshop. I think I've only made an account to download some code that came with a japanese import physical game. Same with European account. Unfortunately, my own country's eShop was set up much later in the Switch's life time and many of the early games aren't there, so I resort to the NA shop to get those games
@RupeeClock thank you for the information. Hopefully it's the later. The "we don't like you buying our games we don't release worldwide" sounds like bad business practice
I loved Tales of Symphonia but have drifted apart from the series as of late. I remember being gutted back in the Wii era when we didn't get Graces in the west until Graces f for the Sony console (which I didn't own either way).
Got this one pre ordered if only for nostalgia's sake. I wish we would get another chance to play Tales of the Abyss though
Ooh, nice! I didnt play SwSh so I couldn't complete the previous distribution. I did complete Legends Arceus and Brilliant Diamond, though! Hopefully those are permanent distributions, more like an achievement in Pokemon Home
Sad news.
While I wasn't the target audience, playing the Fae Farm demo gave off a feeling of heartfelt labor of love.
Hoping those affected find new fulfilling jobs soon
The more the merrier. As long as we get to play it I don't really care for exclusivity. Hopefully it allows them to sell more and Level-5 stays publishing their games in the west
I'm only worried about untranslated games. There is hardly a game genre more reliant in text comprehension than TCG/CCG. Going by the trailer, they got even the GB and GBC games in english but there was an odd GBA game all in japanese. I hope it's only that
Solid list. I struggled with picking only 1 option but in the end I went with Majora's Mask. A superb quest that spams the entire in game 3 days and leaves you (at least) a little emotional to the fictional people's anguish and hopes in a doomed world.
Sounds like an interesting stance but I also like to start and finish complete single player games. The "continuously adding content" model works better on games that accompany you for life like a MMO, in my opinion. I can see Stardew fans enjoying it, though
