I support shutting down rumors before they spread. There is no point in building hype over something no one could verify because it wasn't real in the first place
Looks like an interesting precision jumping platformer. If it's lenient on mistakes and retries, I might give it a go. Love the dark aura around the story
It sounds pretty average but these are the kind of cons that don't bother me too much. I think the team might have tried a new "roguelite" approach that worked kinda well with Silent Hope. Might give it a try if I find it at a discount.
I love me some colorful game artbooks but whether I pick this one up will depend if I can snag a not-overpriced copy, as is common for them to arrive around here
I don't know the correct word in english but they hired many temporary artists (freelancers? contractors?) to work on pokemon model and animation in Sca/Vi. I think we have them to thank for the variety of walks, swims and idle animations, it was pretty good if you sit down and watch the pokemon sometimes.
Time gated events might be what makes me never give it a chance. The main freemium game deal breaker for me is that feeling you will never get to experience everything in the game simply because you weren't there from the start
@EarthboundBenjy I have a similar sentiment to this kind of content update DLC. With Xenoblade 3 they announced early on they would release a post game story 1 year after launch. I bought the game and left it in the pile until they finally released the final DLC so I could play all in one go. If I had played it at launched I, too, would struggle with coming back to see smaller additions
That's... interesting. As much as we repeat Pokemon Company is it's own thing, it's hard to imagine it doing it's own thing separately from Nintendo. I really want to hear more about Legends ZA
I've been having this problem lately, with only a few minutes to play before going to work/bed, I look for a new game at my Switch library and end up not playing anything because most of those games will be barely have enough time to watch the opening story and maybe reach the first save point
I hope one day WB CEOs will hire someone who knows what gamers want to direct their games instead of cramming every scummy practice in all their games and hoping for a profit
Edit: or lend the IP to someone who actually cares
There was an old parody webcomic where a young Sephiroth's shoot get blocked by young Cloud, fast forward to the future and Cloud is holding Aerith in his arms, implying Sephiroth held a deep grudge. Maybe Kirby was fearing for his friends there
@Croctopus Ive been thinking this! They launching their own charger so late in the cycle COULD mean the next console will support Joycons (but it also could be supporting the Switch longer, like they did the 3DS)
I believe it describes the opening sequence we already saw before Zelda takes the main role. Now, if we're allowed to dream, it would be fun if there was some kind of NG+ where you have to beat the game restricted to playing with Link's arsenal instead. Not unlike Castlevania where you unlock the Belmont on NG+ for a more classic gameplay
Enjoying a difficult fight might be fun, but your time is also valuable. Don't feel too bad cheesing it if you want to enjoy the rest of the game. If anything, make 2 save states: one before the boss and another after it. This way you can keep playing, and if you ever feel like revisiting that boss fight, you can try to beat it the way you intended
I can't claim to remember the whole Xenoblade Trilogy OST by name, I would gravitate towards the fighting themes while regions' music were more serene. That said, I already love that Boss Theme
They went all out this time, huh? I remember it being much shorter last time. Whoever came up with this project nailed the feel of gaming magazines of eld. Kudos!
Eighting? Now, that's a name I haven't heard in a while... I have never been much of a fighting gamer, I wonder what past title of theirs I have played
The possibility of patching games already out in the market is a godsend for modern gaming. It's just as with anything else, you can count on greedy jerks to misuse it and release broken games to patch up later

@TheBoilerman @SteveDaSteve the lead sleeves will even fix the weight "problem"!
Re: Feature: The Company You Can Pay To X-Ray Unopened Pokémon Card Packs Speaks Out
The dystopian future we didn't expect: TCG companies having to add a layer of radiopaque material to their booster packs.
Re: Random: Is This The Harshest Mario Kart 8 Has Ever Been?
In my experience, MK8 is always like that. I get hit by one blue shell and one lightning at minimum, per race, when in single player
Re: Review: Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid (Switch) - A Pleasant Vacation, If You're Patient
Sad to hear about the 3D models. Some of the pictures look so good it appears to be a 2D drawing
Re: 'Sunsoft Is Back' Collection Brings Three Famicom Classics To Switch

Re: Random: New Zelda: OOT Speedrunning Route Requires A Wii U GamePad And A Rubber Band
Some glitch runs are funny, others not so much, but the creativity alone to pull this off is amazing
Re: Hands On: 'Ace Attorney Investigations Collection' Devs Discuss California Rolls, Chibi Sprites & Puns
Beautiful games, both of them.
No, I'm not biased, why would you think that?

Zelda Echoes of Wisdom for sure, but it seems there are many other gems incoming
