About what I expected.

I'm excited to see what this will be like. More competition is always good. I just hope Sony doesn't use a proprietary memory card/hard drive. I don't want another Vita situation

I really don't know why this is an issue. Nintendo is really dropping the ball when it comes to taking care of developers who are eager to put their products on the console. This company can be so weird sometimes with certain things. This is how you screw up relationships/goodwill with some companies. They were practically begging for developers to put stuff on the Wii U and now they're acting too arrogant to give dev kits to those who want them. Ridiculous

Game key cards, the Switch Joy Con scandal, higher game prices, etc... Yeah they are really in "touch" with their fans.😐

Shocking news!😐 This is one of the worst formats ever for gaming. Nintendo really dropped the ball with the game key cards garbage. It's really not a legitimate excuse for them and is just a way to snatch ownership away from consumers. The sooner it fails the better

North American version is more colorful and playful

This was a great article to read. I love knowing about why some developers are creating a certain type of game. This looks really good in my opinion and I'm in love with that art style. I can't wait to see how it turns out. It'll definitely be on my radar

@Smithicus I played a bit of it back in the day but never finished it. It was a pretty fun game. Herdling kind gives me the same vibes of Herdy Gerdy when it comes to the aesthetics

Seems like a cool experience but I suffer from anxiety and will never go to a convention of this magnitude. Just reading about your experience had me on edge, especially with the crowd sizes.

The more I see of this game the more excited I get for it. Bloober Team has been on a roll lately and I think this game will surprise a lot of people in a good way.

It looks okay but nothing mind blowing. I'm sure it'll be a decent game that'll be immensely hyped up by Nintendo loyalists.

I wonder why it can't run in 120 fps in portable mode. It doesn't look that graphically and technically intense not to in my opinion.

I'll believe it when I see it.🙄 I doubt this game will even live up to the massive hype when/if it's released. Silksong is a perfect example of why games shouldn't be announced so early. Make an announcement when a game is at least 80 to 90 percent finished.

Poor. It's not outright abysmal but it definitely could've been a lot better. Maybe some people would be forgiving if it didn't look so dystopian and sterile. If Nintendo's name wasn't on this, I doubt a lot of people would care about it.

Capcom has been on a great streak the last several years. I see it continuing with Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, etc...

This game could've been something special but it just looks so bland and sterile. Even $20 is too much for it in my opinion. Should've been something you got for subscribing to NSO

The developers should've made this a lot more colorful and vibrant. It just looks so dystopian and unappealing which will turn off a lot of people. This game really should've been a pack in or added to NSO subscription in my opinion. I don't see it selling much. It'll be forgotten in a month once the novelty wears off

@HeadPirate The majority of people definitely aren't calling the first guy a "hero". In fact a lot of society absolutely hates wealthy parasites and think they are dangerous to the rest of the world. Scalpers are scum but they aren't even remotely as bad as the wealthy who are waging class warfare on society. People can live without some Pokemon cards, video game consoles, etc... We can't live without food, healthcare, and other things that have been privatized/weaponized by the elites

Human beings never fail to not disappoint. Waste of food, money, and time for some cardboard.😐 The same people who wasted this food are probably the type who wouldn't even donate to a food bank

Online requirements for single player modes in games is a deal breaker for me. It's so stupid and anti consumer in my opinion. You shouldn't need to be connected to a server just to play franchise mode or something else that's single player focused

Hades 2 and Blue Prince for me. I couldn't care less about Silksong. Far as I'm concerned it's vaporware

@jojobar That's bs sorry. If Nintendo was concerned about game key cards they would've never released them. They are only "concerned" because enough people aren't falling for them. And a website quoting rumors isn't a reliable source. Nintendo could've been released smaller capacity SD cards but chose not to. It's like trying to close the barn door after the horse has bolted. Game key cards are pretty much here to stay. Even with smaller capacities watch companies move the goalposts on why they're sticking with this format going forward.

@jojobar Companies release surveys all the time and most never follow up on them when it comes to what consumers want.

Some of these companies are really pushing the limits with certain tactics.

@UltimateOtaku91 The majority of third party games on PlayStation and Xbox are actually on the disc. I don't know why people keep running with this misinformation. Check out 'Does it play?' and you'll see that a lot of games actually have the full data on the disc. At most you may need to download a day one patch but even that's not necessary. You can just put the disc in and immediately start playing unlike with game key cards

@ShadowRJ I want to be optimistic too but I'm not holding my breath. A lot of publishers love game key cards and are trying to justify why they are a "good" thing. Once these companies get set on something, they rarely deviate from it. Putting out a survey is just to try and act like they care about what the consumers want. Nintendo is notoriously stubborn when it comes to certain issues and I just don't see them fully doing away with game key cards. They also can't stop other companies from using them now.

Nothing is going to change. These companies are not going away from game key cards no matter what. This is all performative in my opinion. They don't want people owning their games anymore, period.
