I was really struggling there for a moment, trying to understand what exactly Nintendo shared in China.

Nah, as soon as I got YouTube on the Switch, I noticed that I spent the whole evening just watching videos about games instead of actually playing them. So I deleted it right away. Making the system games-only was a right call for Nintendo.

This is getting even more ridiculous than the 3-games-a-month drip feed everyone thought was the worst.

Great that they have Apple Music as well. Interestingly, on Bandcamp you can currently listen to Greenpath and HK theme, while on Apple Music it's Dirtmouth and HK Theme.

Those three games are the remasters of Metrod Prime 1, 2, and 3, obviously.

That Switch box looks like a Chinese flag, but instead of the stars there's the Switch logo. Careful, Nintendo!

To each his own, but honestly, these are pretty tasteless designs. The retro Zelda one at the start is nice, other than that... ouch.

Alan Wake is one of my all-time favourites. But I guess it will be quite pricey, so it's a pass for me (unless there are some really new features).

Quantum Break or Control on the other hand, those I would buy in a heartbeat since I no longer have a PC capable of running them.

I'm officially lost. I just bought the first Arland game on PC and haven't had the time to play it, yet here we have three more?! Man, I would be so interested if I had time.

I wonder how long the campaign's gonna be, though, and if there's like NewGame+ or plans for addons/sequels. I don't want to burn through the campaign and be left with playing mini games only after that.

I'm offended for the Wii Wheel. I played the crap out of Mario Kart Wii using this one.

Looks intriguing. Though I'd be lying if I said gameplay didn't matter. Hopefully we get something more akin to Wii Sports than Wii Fit with this one.

And maybe some party game. Like... Mario Fit Party? Haha. (I mean, hopefully they release more than one game for that thing.)

I feel stupid because I've only now realised that AGES is SEGA backwards. And I kept wondering what kind of a strange name it was. Why not Sega Classic or such. Doh...

Yeah, mixing 8-bit and 16-bit era sprites feels a bit weird. I'm sure no one would mind if they used SMW or at least SMB3 sprites. But maybe those are unlockable? I'm sure there's gonna be a ton of unlockables in the game. Why not costumes.

Cool mode, though. One more reason to buy this game. Had a lot of fun last year when me and my friends got the Sonic & Mario game on the Wii. (Yes, the Wii is still amazing for parties.)

I'm always amazed at the narrow-minded (no offence) comments that say "Don't fix what's not broken". It's like Ford said, "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” And all people are asking for a better traditional controllers.

If you can't envision it, it doesn't mean something can't be improved upon, duh.

But does it come with a good game? That's the question.

I feel bad for all those people buying Splatoon looking forward to the awesome Splatefests and then... nope, that's the last one!

Honestly, I get that the devs probably want to work on a sequel and other projects, but I'm sad the fests are ending. With Splatoon 2 selling so well, especially. Feels too soon.

This is getting ridiculous. It's more than two years since the Switch released. We should be knee deep in folders, themes and other bells and whistles now.

But the only significant update was, what, sorting options?

My PC couldn't run this one (same as with Witcher 3), so I am really excited for all those previous gen ports coming to the Switch. May even take a chance with those hated RE 5&6.

(Honestly though, really excited. It was the first FF game I played and I have really great memories about it. The PC version came on like... four or five CDs? Those were the times.)

Was it just me or was the music in the Wild Area suspiciously similar to the Breath of the Wild theme?

I mean, we get it, it's like open world and stuff... but that's going a bit far.

Loved the "Let's pretend" part. Where other reviewers would be dragged down by their personal offences or preferences, it seems the author really tried to understand the game and, sadly, found it lacking in all regards.

@Tarolusa Dude, check out trailers for Oceanhorn 2 or Beyond a Steel Sky if you don't think mobile games can have great graphics.

The graphics look pretty bland, considering what modern devices are capable of. Weird.

Anyway, I don't always have a Switch with me, so having Mario Kart on the go would be a nice little bonus.

Huh? That defeats the whole purpose of the game though, doesn't it? I mean, controlling two brothers simultaneously was at the same time a cool game mechanic and a great thematic statement about exploring the connection between two people in a single player game. Playing the role of that connection itself, if you will. Seems like compromising the artistic vision, in a way. (But of course that's all IMO, since the developers obviously made that addition themselves, so who am I to judge.)

Switch is a great co-op machine, but I would urge people to play Brothers in single-player to experience the game as it was conceived.

I've got a PS4 controller I bought for my PC and was thinking about buying that 8BitDo adapter, but honestly, I'm so spoiled by HD Rumble now I'm not sure I will adapt. Games like Hollow Knight and all Nintendo titles gain so much by using HD Rumble that playing without it feels like playing with sound turned off now.

(I only wish more games used HD Rumble. The Ace Attorney collection, for one, only has a disgusting loud buzz for rumble that feels like no one at Capcom actually own a Switch.)

Amazing art, I love how he manages to make it realistic, while still keeping some cartoonish video game feel to it all.

Much better than that Pokemon art, IMO. Those often look like real animals, but creepy.

Maximum voucher saving in EUR and USD is exactly the cost of a 12-month subscription. So basically, if you're ready to splash out for two games at once, the online is free. Nice.

Also, I'd like to remind the commenters that not all countries have Best Buys or Amazon. In my country, for example, Nintendo is not that popular and besides official Nintendo sales, retailers don't discount physical games at all. So the vouchers seem a great offer to me.
