I wouldn't mind a separate Pokémon app that disabled save states if they make it compatible with Pokémon Home, now that the 3DS Virtual Console is dead. That'd actually be pretty cool.

I was always intrigued by these games back then but never got to buy them, so I'm definitely interested. Glad to know the remaster is solid. Will probably wait for a sale though.

Just bought it earlier today. I already love the base game and the SwSh DLC was great so I'm looking forward to this one, I'm sure it'll be fun.

I love this game, I'll gladly play it again if they add it to NSO.

I'd obviously love to get the main series games there as well, but I think those will come later. If they don't find another way to milk them, that is.

Oracle of Seasons was my first Zelda game ever so if I ever decide to replay them for the millionth time I'd probably start with Seasons for nostalgia reasons, but honestly it doesn't matter. I never found any of them to be significantly harder than the other.

I love to see these games on Switch so more people can experience them. Truly underrated gems.

I never even see these in my news channel. The only article I can find in the TotK channel is the one they made with beginner's tips.

Excluding the times when they've added brand new systems, this is the month which has seen the most individual titles added to NSO across all systems (9 in total), so that's pretty nice.
Let's hope this pace continues!

I've never played any game in this series for some reason. If they port the first one to Switch I might give all of them a try.

I was always interested by these as a kid but never got them and later they became impossible to find. I'll probably get the remaster assuming there isn't anything terribly wrong with them.

Sad to see the updates are over, but all good things must come to an end.
Once I finish TotK I'm ready to jump back onto Sunbreak to do all the stuff I've missed.

@RupeeClock We got the first Chesnaught event before the Home update anyway, this is just the rerun.

The problem was with the Paradox raids because they were programmed (by default) to reward TM materials, which don't exist for Paradox Pokémon, so the game crashed when you completed the raid. Since both events (Paradox, and Chesnaught rerun) were running at the same time, they disabled the whole thing until they could find a fix.

@Pillowpants A certain subset of hardcore MH players have been poisoned by the "live service" mentality and think any game without a constant influx of new content is dead. Yet they refuse to play anything else for some reason.

@JohnnyC I always thought that TP Picross game would be the first in a series and I was so hyped. Turned out it was the only one, and to this day probably the only great My Nintendo reward.

I got the collection for PS3 back then as I'd never played a MGS game and wanted to get started... To this day I still haven't played any of them. xd

I love this guy. I didn't like the design at first but it grew on me eventually and now he's one of my favorite starters.

Here's hoping my Annihilape does the trick again so I can go back to play Zelda. xP

I'm curious about this, so I'll probably give it a try, but I'm not optimistic. I live in the middle of nowhere and Pokémon Go has a very limited experience for rural players. The only reason I still play it from time to time is because of the connectivity to the main series, the gameplay itself stopped being fun to me a long time ago. So we'll see about Monster Hunter Now.

Going exclusively by appearance, Hyrule Warriors, by far. Absolutely love the mane. Tears of the Kingdom might have quickly become my second favorite, although all designs are iconic on their own right.

@Cashews Capcom has multiple MH dev teams. The team working on Sunbreak is different than the one working on the next MH game (presumably MH6), which yeah I also hope comes to the next Nintendo console but I'm not getting my hopes up.

In any case, I'm not making the same mistake I made with World again. If I need to buy a new console to play the next MH, so be it. I don't want to feel left out again.

Not a fan of these NPC-hosted presentations, I much preferred when the devs were the ones directly talking to the players, but oh well. I'm sure the info will be juicy anyway.

Looking forward to what's probably Sunbreak's final (big) update. This game is amazing and all the free updates have been fun. Maybe we can still hope for some Nintendo collabs? Or just collabs at all? (Doubtful at this point, I know, but MHGU spoiled me). At least bring back the buff armor, Capcom please I'm begging you.

I never had an N64 back then, but I remember my cousins had this game and it was one of our favorites to play just because of the minigames (none of them had a GameBoy or the GB Pokémon games). Looking forward to reliving that at the very least.

The game itself actually looks fine as a Mario Kart alternative, but the monetization seems awful so no thanks. I'm sick of these predatory practices in video games.

I've never played Kirby's Dream Land 2 so I'm looking forward to trying that one! Not too hyped about the rest, but my backlog is huge anyway, so it's fine.

Honestly I'm surprised we haven't seen HD ports of all these games for modern systems. I'd love something like a compilation with FU, 3U and 4U for the Switch. Or sell them separately of they want.

Free isn't enough, they'd have to pay me for me to willingly play this game.

Really fun game that I never finished for some reason. Or did I finish this one and it was the sequel the one I didn't finish? My memory isn't the same as it used to be...

In any case, I'd love to see these games adapted to the Switch one day. They're very underrated.

There are many that I like, and I used to swap between them often back when I used my 3DS regularly, but my absolute favorite has to be the Hanafuda one. It's just so classy and the music is excellent.

Big fan of some of the Monster Hunter and Pokémon ones too.

Personally I'm fine with getting as many Tour tracks as possible since those are brand new to me, and it's my chance to play them as I refuse to play Tour itself. I think it's cool how each lap has a different layout, and the city tracks added in this wave seem pretty fun.

The rest of the retro tracks are nice, with the exception of DS Mario Circuit. At this point in the game's life I don't want to see more generic circuit tracks, so that's disappointing, but the rest looks nice.

Overall, this seems like a nice wave, and I'm looking forward to Yoshi's Island the most. Having Birdo back is great too, even though I probably won't use her a lot, I love that we're getting new characters in the game.

I'm used to these Pokémon presentations focusing a lot on the mobile games so I didn't mind that. But I'm disappointed that there was no mention of classic games coming to NSO, I thought today was the perfect chance to announce that (if it's ever happening) with the eShop and thus the Virtual Console closing next month.

Other than that, the SV DLC seems pretty nice. Looking forward to it!

It's amusing that some people thought we'd have a Pokémon anime without Pikachu in any capacity. Pikachu is literally the face of the franchise, they're never getting rid of it.

This is pretty underwhelming compared to the previous 7-star raids, so I hope the rewards have something special in them to make up for it.

I'm wondering if we'll get some other event announced during the Pokémon Presents, as this one will end exactly then.

It really seems like perfect timing for these games to come to Switch now that the 3DS eShop is closing down and we just got Game Boy games on the Switch.

I think Pokémon games will receive special treatment, either disabling save states and rewind in the NSO app, or having a whole separate app. Having HOME support seems like a really big selling point so I think they'll do whatever it takes to include it, otherwise it'd feel like a step back compared to the 3DS Virtual Console versions.

Got this for full price near launch and it was 100% worth it. One of my favorite RPGs from the last few years.

Hmmm, reading that the motion controls aren't that good is disappointing and might make me reconsider getting this. I hate dual stick controls.

I go almost always digital these days, but that box art is gorgeous! I've always loved the Pikmin covers.

@EarthboundBenjy Spinda can be transferred from the 3DS games via Pokémon Bank. I think it's currently the only way to obtain one in HOME (and trading of course).

I'd love them to make it able to be transferred from GO, especially now that we got Kecleon. Or at least remove it from the GO Dex in HOME if they refuse to do that. That empty spot in my Dex is going to drive me crazy. xD

I'm not the biggest fan of Velkhana (I'd much rather have Nergigante back) but it should be a cool fight (pun intended). On the other hand, I already struggle with regular Crimson Glow Valstrax so I'm NOT looking forward to the Risen version, lol. Funny that we're basically getting a variant of a variant. xd

Overall, a bit of an underwhelming update compared to the previous ones, but I'll take it.

Meh, not really a fan of this new style of presentation with "characters" narrating, but whatever, I just want the juicy info.

Was the first game good?

I absolutely adored Solatorobo back on the DS so I was curious about another game set in the same universe, but the war setting and overall depressing mood killed most of my interest.

I stopped watching the anime during Hoenn, but this is still surreal. Truly the end of an era.

Here's hoping that Ash gets a satisfying ending, and that this new series is good even though I probably won't watch it.

I'm a Switch-only gamer, but I'm happy for this if it means more people get to enjoy this fantastic games. My most played Switch game by far and on of my favorite games overall of the last few years overall.

I did this a couple days ago and resulted in a small but still noticeable improvement. Better than nothing I guess.

I'm not a huge Kirby fan, but this game was fantastic. Well deserved.

Disappointed to read about the poor performance, but that's never been a huge factor for me. The game looks really fun and I'm looking forward to spend hundreds of hours on it, like I do in most Pokémon games.
