Man, can you imagine how you feel after 2 months living on a sidewalk?! Not great I'd imagine. The last thing I'd want after such an ordeal is video games. I'd sleep for a week!
As for me, I'm doing an online order. And being in Australia means I'll get mine before this specimen, and be quite comfortable until then😁

The 2 main ones I've got my eyes on are MK & DK, though they're plenty of good stuff in there. I'll be getting my pre order in next week, was hoping to sooner but apparently its unsafe to drive with bald tyres, so that took priority this week.
I'm surprised Sand Land isn't a launch game, been playing it on ps5 & seems like a game Nintendo fans would really dig.

I'd be happy to get un update on Bloodstained 2, at this direct or the Switch 2 direct next week.
As for old stuff, a surprise Simpsons Hit & Run remaster would go down alright.

PS5 also doubles as a small apartment, so there is value for money there.

These current consoles are ticking time bombs, sell them while you can still get a decent amount for them. Especially the Switch, the thing feels like it's made from biscuit its so delicate.
Classic consoles are classic for a reason, trash today's garbage the first chance you get, be it Nintendo, Playstation, or Xbox.

Hell yeah, I absolutely love Mario Golf Toadstool Tour, my go to Gamecube game for wind down. My nephews and I had a great time with Power Tennis recently, just good fun.
Can't help but agree with DennyCrane, I feel the same way, hence going back to gamecube titles!

Of course it will. In fact I only see this being a success on Switch 2. I can't imagine PS players will stop playing their beard simulators & FC ball fondlers for this, where as xbox players don't but games anyway.

Now that we have the technology, I'd love a new DKC with the graphic style of the Snes trilogy, but fully realised looking almost like the DKC box art. A back to basics approach, with no jet packs or whatnot. That would be incredible.

I've always wanted a 2D DK game emulating the visual style of the original DKC artwork (that weird silicon graphics look from the box art & manuals of the SNES games). With todays tech it could look just like the old SNES box art, & would be a look all to its own.
A proper 3D game would be great too. DK64 felt less like an adventure & more a weird mini game theme park.

I picked up my copy on the way home from work. Very much looking forward to getting into it tonight!

I've been playing FF16 & have to agree with others here. Its a fun action game, but it ain't no FF game, expect when they sprinkle the theme here & there to remind you that it actually is lol

It's a good game, but just too much pissfarting about to get to the good stuff, like most open world games. I really enjoyed the tutorial island, but once back in Hyrule it kinda just felt like BOTW all over again.
I really don't think I could do another Zelda game in this style, life is too short! Also my horse McNugget is a disobedient little *****.

I've always wondered when seeing things like this: after waiting in line so long, sleep deprived, etc. By the time you get the game, I'd imagine you'd be too exhausted to even play it, just drop off to sleep lol

Link goes to the toilet......he's in there for a while....comes out & he's now on a sky island. He then learns that reverse poop mechanic they showed for teleporting through ceilings. The game then begins.

Almost spoilt it for myself, but those cringy voices had me turning it off almost instantly lol

I've been playing Paper Mario: Color Splash on Wii U. Its not bad, probably the weakest of the Paper Mario games I've played, but still a good time. The humour in these games never gets old!

For the extra $10 you'd think they'd give Link more than 3 frames of running animation lol
