Re: Review: Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster (Switch) - Another Must-Play From Nightdive

@YoshiTails I never really thought so, and I generally loved run-and-gun shooters and loved Star Wars. This game never really clicked for me for whatever reason. In my opinion, if you have already played Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, Heretic, Hexen, etc, then you have already played games better than this. Again, this is simply my opinion and there are tons of people out there that love this game.
That being said, I LOVED the sequel to this game.

Re: Don't Expect A Remake Of Final Fantasy 6 Soon, If Ever

@CANOEberry The last time I played it was probably 8 or so years ago tbh, but I honestly felt like it held up pretty well then.
Don't get me wrong either, I would most likely purchase a remake if it ever came to fruition, but I just don't see it as being completely necessary.

Re: Talking Point: What Are The Worst Parts Of Your Favourite Games?

@OldManHermit Yup! I am with you on this one. The RE1 remake was a nearly perfect game, but the caves section is dull and just feels like filler.
Another part that always annoyed me was playing as Jill and getting to the part where you return to the mansion and it is filled with hunters, and their leaping attack can kill her in one hit. Having this happen due to one missed shot and or bad luck and having to go all the way back to your previous save was maddening.
