Capcom could do what a lot of developers seem to be doing lately. Hire an external developer to remake the original, and then let them develop a new sequel using the assets from the remake project.

It depends on the genre, but typically I prefer to get right into the gamplay and figure out the narrative as I go. Like BotW or Metroid Prime.

There are timelines where Ganon wins so you could play around with that. Nintendo would never do that to their heroes though.

It will be different. The HUD has no beams or visors. There is an area for secondary weapons (all we see is missiles). Metroid Prime Hunters had secondary weapons instead of beams and they changed the colour of the lights on your arm cannon.

My dream Metroid game would allow you to combine beams with secondary weapons into different combos (like Missile combos).

I don't think anybody expected a new Mario and Luigi. Who is developing that? I don't think anyone expected we would get a new Zelda in 3 months. And Metroid Prime 4 is real! I have a 7 year old preorder that I hope Walmart honours!

Back to the trenches I guess

Anyone who played Prince of Persia to the end can probably guess what that story dlc will be. Shame it couldn't just be a part of the base game.

I just beat Prince of Persia this week. I highly recommend it to all of you at that price.

I like the game well enough but this is actually the game that got me to stop using Kickstarter.

This game stands alongside Super Metroid and Symphony of the Night. It's that good. They should rename the genre Metroidvanight.

Engage is one of the best games in the series...with the worst narrative/dialogue/world in the series.

This review actually somehow made me less interested - I think I'll stick with the GCN version for now.

One of the best games ever made. If it had real Zelda dungeons then it would probably be my #1 favourite game.

There are so many amazing things about it but if I had to pick one to talk about, I would say that I loved how it let you make your own Zelda items. Botw was seriously lacking in traditional Zelda items but Totk let you make your own.

Yeesh this comments section. Braid was and is a great 2D platformer puzzler. I'll definitely pick it up if they make a physical version.

The funny part is that XY was actually better then SV - so these brothers actually downgraded. Would've been better to keep that 3ds he found in storage and pop a copy of ORAS in there.

The worst part about the game was the bosses. Multiplayer was fine as long as you know that it's like Sonic 2's Tails and not NSMB's Toads.
