I already have the old remaster, it seems I have 66% discounts if I buy this re-remaster, which translate to about $5 for the upgrade for me, which is cheap enough I guess. Sure, I'll buy this again 😃

Microsoft and bethesda is more generous though, it's had been ages since I bought quake 1 & 2 on steam but microsoft gave me the upgraded quake 1 & 2 remaster for free. Oh well, nightdive studio is a small studio so I have no problem supporting them by buying this remaster, and their other remaster too, which I enjoyed greatly.

Still playing silksong, about 10 hours in. I really need to find maps in some area, I don't want to go blind, lost to enemy, and lost all my rosaries lol.

Wish reggie back to nintendo, it's really fun when he's there, just like ps4 era is fun when shu yoshida is the leader of ps4 first party games development 😕

Playing hollow knight silksong and just got the run and float ability, I think I'm beginning to understand the flow of the game, although it seems hard but the bosses telegraphed their moves really clearly so it's just a matter of learning and anticipating their movement. I think it's harder to fight a mix of warrior enemy (like the warrior ant that throw knife mixed with warrior ant that jump and plunge at you using big bone) rather than just one boss enemy.

Sometimes I feels like the game really has it for me though, like long run after defeated by a boss, then after defeating it I can't find even a single save point, and when I found it, the chair is booby trapped, all I can do is just laugh 😂

ps. Also why everything is payed in this game, after defeating a boss I have to pay for activating save chair and pay for activating bell beast transportation, stop nickel and diming me game. I'm okay with it though because it's not real money lol.

Just beat the ant rush battle (with shakra help) in the hunter march, it's kind of annoying the save chair is far away and it's a bit scary that after beating the fight there's still no save chair lol. Later I found it after another (thankfully an easier) ant rush battle, but I have to pay for it, I'm glad I have the necessary 30 rosary.

I won't buy switch 2 games that's on game-key cards, I rather buy it cheaper on steam (regional pricing), or wait for a 50% discount a couple of months later on eshop 😕

Why are squareenix like this, I just want a full game in my switch cartridge, if I can't get that on switch 2, I want to get it on switch 1 and upgrade to switch 2 😕

I hope switch 2 can get at least 40 fps for AAA 3rd party titles like ff7 remake. I played that one 30 fps on ps4 pro and it's still feels smooth.

The exception is zelda botw, mario odyssey, and mario kart 8, I went digital because I want to be able to play them anywhere without cartridges.

This is just plain wrong, sure ban those mig cart users, but to ban original second hand games buyers because the games already copied in the mig cart? I don't think this should be legal, how the heck the buyer know the cart sold already been copied to the mig cart.

I want Inti Create to make normal 2D games like blaster master zero series or metroidvania games like gal guardians demon purge, I don't like forever scrolling 2D games like odin sphere.

Looks kind of good, wish it has retro ps2 quality rather than psone. Also wish it has real voice acting rather than AI, I don't care about AI tree, texture, or other programming solutions though.

You don't need 300+ core people for making games, along the way the corporation just add more and more people while gamers get worse and worse games. Only gta6 need 300+ people, for other games the rest of the people just doesn't matter. Just get 30 really talented people to make games and let them use external contractor for the grunt works (making terrain, tree, textures, etc).

@HeadPirate Maybe not made by 33 people, but the core team is only 33 with the most of the grunt works outsourced. So the game can be made cheaply and I heard it only need to sell about 1M to be profitable.

I think this way of making games are more reasonable compared to company that hired 300+ people and fired them when the games fails.

I think the gaming bubble has burst, everyone thought gaming will become bigger and bigger even after covid yet that's not what happened, there's too much money invested in gaming so this is just the market correct itself.

I think the future of gaming is smaller AA indie games that feels like AAA games, like expedition 33 and tainted grail the fall of avalon combined with few big AAAA games like gta 6.

And yeah, if expedition 33 can be made with only about 33 people, it looks really bad for everyone else that making a games with 100+ more people that's not as good as expedition 33.

The reason gamers gave bad review score to mkw is because this is the only thing they can do to tell nintendo "hey, I didn't like this update".

Why the heck they need that much people for making games? Expedition 33 is only made by about 33 people. Just hire a really talented person and give him/her a good salary rather than hire 1000 random people or whatever.

I don't like the term review bombed, if gamers bought it and don't like the update, they're free to change their reviews. And let's face it, it's the only way to make nintendo know the fans didn't like the latest update, they can't refund the game on eshop.

I don't have problem if the AI is used to upscale the original art and make them 1080p or even 4K resolutions, but not for butchering the art like this. This is like AI slop, there's no way I'll be spending money on this, I rather play the original psone game in emulator.

As long as the game is good, looks and sounds good, I don't care about ai. I'm not a game developer and I don't know what they have to do to make games, I can only judge the end result.

@Otimus Capitalism give us nintendo, without capitalism there will be no nintendo, sony or xbox, only tetris will be available for gamers. So it's pretty hard for gamers to hate capitalism lol.

Don't buy from unknown sellers in ebay or other site, check the total good review of the seller. And don't forget to make an unboxing video of the product you buy so you have a proof if the product is defective.

I don't think many people buy switch 2 to play some games like elder ring or cyberpunk 2077 since most gamers already have pc or ps5 to play it, and at a discounted price too since it's an old games for other platform.

Some games are just better on switch 2 though, like fantasy life i, bravely default and other AA games.
