@TCKuma Sure, most people says it's good, it's just that I don't care about the game, and looking at the sales, most people too. I think that's because the gameplay is good but the graphics are generic, the art design is mobile-like, and the price is too high for a basically a 2D indie-like game.

I do think switch can still be number one selling console if nintendo drop the price and still sells it when the switch 2 come out.

Most of the games looks good actually, interested in cyber mission and soldner-x, go go jump looks fun, and ratyrinth looks interesting. And maybe night in the farm if there's combat in the game.

Now this I can get behind, I just want one thing for the game, please let us play as the <persian> prince, rather than american citizen like the latest game.

The switch version sells like crazy in my country, the physical region 1 version (usa / middle east) is still out of stock here, only the europe/uk version is available, which is not ideal since I played the demo on my switch usa account (7 plus hours) and want to continue it.

@Solomon_Rambling The problem with hotline miami 2 gameplay is the stage is just too big, it's not fun to get shot at from off screen far away place. And yeah, the first game story is better and more personal, it's just so mysterious and unsettling.

He should get another slap in the wrist because he's playing call of duty, not unicorn overlord 😃

@Magician Ape out is super great, I finished it both on epic game stores (the free game of the week if I remember correctly) and steam (just bought it a couple of days ago and finished the game), tried the demo on switch but the switch tiny button isn't comfortable for playing this game.

@-wc- I prefer continuing the story to get another endings like nier automata and chrono trigger, but starting from the beginning in rpg isn’t my idea of good times, I don’t want to replay the game all over again 😅

Just bought bleak sword dx and ys chronicles 1&2 on steam spring sales, already have bleak sword dx on switch but sometimes I want to play it on my pc too. Ys chronicles 1&2 graphics is still good although the game is from 2013, kind of crazy how 2D games from decades ago still stand the test of times with just resolutions update.

I like suikoden 1 & 2 on psone back then, I guess I'll get this if the story is good.

One thing I don't like from the suikoden games is it is possible to miss recruit characters and if you don't get all 108 characters, you'll get the "bad" ending, unless you prepared to replay the game all over again.

Man I hope they have cheaper digital rom only version, $60 is a bit much for me since I rarely play cartridge games on my analogue pocket.

Sigh, just emulate older console and games thats not known rather than emulating this gen hardware, the "preversation of games" angle don't work because you can still buy the switch games on physical or eshop 😕

It's not good for emulation scene to be in the front row, rather than making it available on playstore, just distribute the apk on the website so people that want to play it can download and install it themselves. And of course, no patreon lol.

I'm already sold on the game after playing the 7 plus hours demo, I think I'll buy this on switch since I can play it anywhere without tv

Just let the western AAA games crash and burn, it's hopeless. I'm okay if gaming only have japanese AAA games (like devil may cry 5, elder ring, armored core 6, etc), western indie games, and nintendo games 😕

Metroid samus return because I want to play it on switch using metroid dread engine. It will be cool if switch 2 has dual screen though, with design like new 2ds xl but with updated specs. Playing metroidvania games where the map is displayed on the other screen is really convenient 😃

I like alwa awakening, bought it on evercade exp and still playing it, still in the opening hours of the game. I wish they included alwa legacy on the cartridge too. Oh well, cathedral is a great game so it's okay I guess. I wish their next game is metroidvania like both alwa games

I don't like the graphics, the game will looks (and play) better with normal 2D graphics I think.

That's why I don't want people to emulate this gen hardware, it just make company sue and make older emulator getting caught up too 😕

Unicorn overlord demo, man this is a great demo, I think I nearly 6 hours in the game and still no end in sigh. I really like the game, at first I'm not too sure of the automatic battle but now I like it after getting used to it. The game is easy at the first couple of hours but get hard (medium-hard at least) when facing the witch enemy in swamp. Definitely getting this for my switch 😃

Also playing ape out on steam, already finished the game back then on pc gamepass (I'm already done with gamepass and deleted the pc app), but since the game is 70-75% discounted on steam I bought it and play it again.

Oh, and just bought sword of the vagrant on switch (discounted at $5), a 2D action-adventure with beautiful art like vanillaware games. I already bought it on pc but I prefer to play it on my oled switch.

I prefer to go physical for switch games, collecting cartridges switch are fun because the switch games box is great looking. The only exception are new mainline 3D zelda and mario, I bought it digitally because I want instant access for both of them.

@Kekshook Most people playing suzu is for piracy, sure there's some that use it for backup their own games, but most people use it just for piracy.

@sanderev I have no problems emulating retro games, for me at least it has to be games from 2 generations before, since most of the games aren't sold anymore. Emulating this gen games isn't right since the games still being actively sold in (eshop) store imo.

I have no problem using emulator as a preservation for games, but I think using it for the current gen is just piracy, at least wait until 2 generation passed.

@Kekshook Nobody is selling gba games anymore so of course it's okay emulating them, playing zelda totk 1 weeks before its released on yuzu however, yes nintendo says it's a problem.

I have no problem emulating retro games (nes, snes, 3ds, etc) but yeah, playing this gen games on emulator is just piracy.

Edit: I just know that yuzu get about $30.000 permonth on patreon for their software, yeaah of course nintendo will sue them, the moment money is involved, nintendo will sue.

Launching with mario odyssey 2 will sells a lot of switch 2 I think 😃

@rjejr Yeah, I played the demo on steam festival and I think the drill is too fast. Also played 2D roguelite (with village building) demo, Never Grave, I really like the demo, I hope this one will be released on switch too.

@rjejr I use my ps5 to play "heavy" AAA games, the one that even switch 2 will have problem playing it at 60 fps, like elden ring, ff16, ff7 remake 1&2, and other 3rd party AAA ps5 titles, basically titles that I don't want to play on small screen.

But for indie games I prefer to play them both on small and big screen, at 60 fps of course, if the game isn't 60 fps, I'll buy it on ps5 😃

I'm actually interested in this one, I like to play my switch on portable mode but the console is too big and back of the console is flat making it slippery.

@rjejr Man we need switch 2 fast, there's a lot of indie games that I want to play at least 1080p (or 2K) and 60 fps on portable and tv 😃

Nintendo could take it easy with remaster this year, there's a lot of remaster/remake that I want for nintendo for switch, from 3D to 2D zelda, 3D metroid (prime 2 and 3) and 2D one (samus return). Add backlog to that list and I'm fine if switch 2 doesn't release this year 😃

@rjejr I think making it like kid toy is the point of old 2ds, it's cheap and I heard it's sturdy and surprisingly comfortable to use too. It's pretty cool actually for nintendo to make both cheap & sturdy 2ds and sleeks smartphone like 2ds xl 😃

@rjejr I bought a new New 2DS XL just 4 month ago (at about $255), I really enjoyed the console, I have old 3ds xl a couple of years ago but I didn't like it since it's too bulky for me. This new 2ds xl is waay better since it's more like smartphone, I really like playing games on this console 😃

I want nintendo to make switch 2 with 2 screens like folding smartphone, like samsung galaxy fold 5, man can you imagine how cool it is 😁

Nintendo should release switch lite oled with better dpad (and put it in the upper console rather than lower like in switch lite), and the ability to use the dock, then surely 154M lifetime sales will be achieved 😃

I like my switch but I'm using my nintendo 2ds way more because of how convenient it is, new 2ds is like a smartphone while switch is like a tablet, I use both iphone and ipad but iphone is getting way more screentime than my ipad. It will be cool if nintendo release both the rumored 8 inch screen switch 2, and a mini 5 inch screen switch 2 lite.

Jotego just release capcom cps 1.5 core for analogue pocket and man I've been playing the heck out of the punisher, this game is soo good, it's my favorite arcade beat em ups games, along with double dragon 1, warriors of fate, and final fight.

And I just bought the messenger and ys origin on switch (both are discounted for about $5), I think I already have the messanger free on epic games store, but I prefer playing it on portable console. I already have ys origin on steam and ps5, but I want to play it on switch so I can play it whenever I want.

Also still playing castlevania dawn of sorrow on my new 2ds xl, good stuff. And I still have 2 castlevania ds games waiting for me, not to mention ds zelda and other great ds games, I'm glad I bought this console 😃

I'll buy it on switch if it's 60 fps, it's pretty hard to play hi-fi rush at 30 fps since it's a rhythm based game.

I think it will be cool if the physical version has manual with some background story for the games, like evercade cartridges 😃
