When it comes to games, WB stands for "Works Barely."

Still not yet sold on the live-action decision, but I'm pretty sure Nintendo wouldn't want one of its biggest franchises to be sullied, so I assume Miyamoto will be strictly monitoring the production of this one.

I think being closer to The Lord of the Rings would be better for a Zelda movie though. The Ghibli style tends to be more sedate, which doesn't seem to equate well to Zelda's more action-oriented feel.

@WanzerBanzer I understand what you mean, but I was referring to the shoddy localization and performance of the remake. I grew up playing NES games with worse gameplay mechanics than this and was unfazed, and will even be willing to play through some of them if given the chance.

One person's experience can't possibly encapsulate the full experience of working for any company. Every company has satisfied and dissatisfied people, so if you want to go work anywhere, take the plunge because even a badly-reviewed workplace has at least one happy employee, and you could well be the second one.

The long string of bland or outright mediocre live-action video game movies shows that live-action just isn't the best medium for this. They should just take notes from the Mario movie and animate it.

Looks snazzy, but I just got back into Dead Cells thanks to the Return to Castlevania DLC, so this'll have to become heavily acquainted with the rest of my backlog.

Here we go again with Nintendo Life articles saying something is Ghibli-esque when it clearly isn't.

It's shoddy releases like this that give the Switch a reputation for incapable remasters.

@Kisame83 I did hear Dracula's early resurrections were considered problematic to the timeline, though unofficial ones like the one from The Castlevania Dungeon weaved all the games together rather well. It's still my headcanon even now.

Speaking of Iga, Konami should just give the entire franchise to him. I'd like another Iga-vania from him. Bloodstained didn't do it as well for me.

The game's aesthetics aside, I like how their idea of dispatching zombies, which require biting to infect others, involves up-close smashing their fists and other limbs onto zombified face and mouth parts.

The entire collection actually being in the game card would be a good start.

Oh, and Ghost Babel and Peace Walker would be nice.

I'm hoping this game would experience a No Man's Sky level of turnaround in terms of performance, as I have no problem with the rest of what I've seen of the game.

If Alucard, a half-vampire, indeed sired Trevor, then that would make Trevor just a quarter vampire. I don't see this as a stain to the Belmont name, unless they were into Nazi-level blood purity or something.
