My absolute favorite 3DS game, extremely excited to pick this up. I’m mostly a digital buyer anyways so this doesn’t bother me all that much. Time to head back to Luxendarc!
Been needing a new controller for a while, so after reading this article I bit the bullet and ordered one (dark blue). It’ll be nice to have a decent controller for once.
I’m tempted to get this. I already have all three games on switch, but if those Live Novels are the radio dramas we never got translated, I’m definitely considering picking it up. Seems there’s some gameplay tweaks too.
Got the urge to play some Xenoblade this weekend, so I’m going through my New Game ++’s for both 1 and 2. At some point I’d love to go through 3 again, but as it stands I still have no urge to go through it.
Man, I feel like the minority here, I’m really excited for this! X was my first Pokémon game, so I have a soft spot for Kalos already, and I thought the game looked great! Maybe a little rough around the edges, but I couldn’t see anything too bad with it. Battle system looks amazing, I’m very excited for this.
Been getting in some Skyward Sword HD this week, it's been awhile since I've played it so it's been a blast to go through one of my favorite Zelda games again.
Very excited for this. Never really played it on Wii U, so I’m hyped to actually go through it this time. Glad to hear it runs well, not that I had any doubts. Monolith Soft are absolute wizards when it comes to their games. Preordered already and excited for next month!
Finally picked up Dragon Quest III HD-2D a yesterday, so I’ve been going through that this weekend. Having a lot of fun with it, it’s the first time I’ve really gone through DQ3 and I’m having a blast. It’s definitely a classic DQ game though, tons on grinding.
Beat Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories (PS4) last night (Sora Side) as part of my goal to play through the series in release order (Beat 1 last month), so I'm gonna finish up Reverse/Rebirth today and potentially start up 2 if I have the time. This was the first time I've gone through ReCoM, and my opinions on it are mixed. The card system is simultaneously really fun and the worst KH battle system ever, somehow. Really excited to get back to 2, it's my favorite out of the series (though that seems to be the norm).
Getting over a cold today, so I'm staying home and getting in some Tales of Graces f Remastered. Bought it last week on launch and now that the week's over I have some more time to get into it. I might also get some Bravely Second in as well, but mostly going to be focusing on Graces.
Got some finals this weekend so not a whole lot of gaming, but I’ve been playing FF6 Pixel Remaster, so probably a bit of that, as well as some more Persona 5 Royal if I get the chance.
I really need to go through this again. I bought Perfect Chronology a few years back, loved every second of it, and then never did the bonus content. The game gives you the option to either play the DS version’s story straight through and keep the bonus stuff at the end, or integrate it into the main story. Choosing the former, I was pretty much done with the game after beating it. Still, super good game and a great story, I need to do a run with the classic DS art (it was offered as DLC) sometime.
Started Luigi’s Mansion on 3DS a few days ago for Halloween, so I’ll probably go through that some more later today. Other than that, probably a bit more Genshin Impact, trying to go through the event before it runs out of time.
Now the only games I’d like from the Wii U are the two Zelda remasters and Nintendo Land, but that last one isn’t really possible on switch, so yeah, it’s been a wild ride, thanks Wii U.
WE'RE STUCK ON ANOTHER PLANET AGAIN? This is incredible for a RANDOM TUESDAY! Super excited to pick this up when it comes out, I freaking love Xenoblade. Never got too far on this one on the Wii U, but I'm really hyped to get back into it.
I plan to get a little more Metaphor: Refantazio in on PS4, as well as play a bit of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot if I get the chance. No Sparking Zero for me quite yet, but hopefully sometime soon!
Gah, I’m so annoyed I had to miss this one! I’m not a huge Splatoon fan by any means, but I love playing it when I get the chance. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to participate, but C’est la vie and all that.
Home for the weekend, so I'll be able to play some Visions of Mana and a lot of Genshin Impact. The 5.0 update's shaping up to be one of my favorite updates, with Natlan immediately having some of the best OST and visuals out of the areas.
Moving into my new apartment for college this weekend, so probably not a lot of time for gaming. I want to get some rounds of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax in but who knows.
Just bought the first Danganrompa yesterday, so I’ll be going through that when I have time today! It’s been pretty fun so far, definitely an interesting game. I’ll also be knocking out Hero Ascension quests in XC3 before I do a NG+ run.
I finally made it to January in Persona 3 Reload on PS5, so...probably gonna make my way to the end. I'm working on prepping my team (level 99 via the Reaper) and Persona Fusion (Messiah, Orpheus Telos, etc.) so I'm all ready. I want to try the Elizabeth fight as well but so far I'm unprepared for that.
This is incredible news, Xillia are my favorite Tales of games, and I have been wanting to play them on modern consoles forever. If it’s real, will be picking up day one.
Planning on going through some more Nier: Automata today. I just went through the amusement park area for the first time, and the game keeps on getting better and better.
Going through some Paper Mario TTYD on Switch, and a bit of my replay of DQV on DS. I also started my first ever Souls game (DS2) earlier this week on ps4, so probably a bit of that as well.
Paper Mario! Also, I randomly went back to Pokemon Sword for a bit yesterday, so I might kill some time playing that while watching some One Piece or Bleach today.
Super excited to pick this up as a graduation present to myself! The original is probably one of my favorite games of all time, and probably what got me into JRPGs in the first place. Super glad the remake is spectacular, and incredibly hyped to visit Rougeport again!
Getting in some Skyward Sword this weekend, been listening to the soundtrack at work and got into the mood. I also went back to do some sidequests in Yo-Kai Watch 2 for a little bit.
Just bought Nier Automata yesterday, so I've been playing that as well as finally playing a bit more Persona 3 Reload on PS5 today. I've been really busy these last couple of weeks with finals and whatnot so I'm glad to be able to play it again. Just got through October, and this game just keeps getting better the more I'm playing it. Probably like it more than P5R at the moment ngl.
Had my final competition in high school this week (choir state) so didn't get much gaming in. I did, however, start up Mega Man Star Force on Friday and have been playing that in my spare time. Been fun so far.
So excited for this game. This was one of my favorite games to play growing up, and it feels right that it comes out the day before I graduate high school. Probably going to preorder in May, can’t wait to play it again.
For TTYD at least, it doesn't matter to me whether it comes out on a Friday or a Thursday. That weekend is my high school graduation week, so I figure I'll be way too busy to play it until things calm down for awhile. Interesting that they're shifting to Thursdays now though.
Finally found the urge to go through Trails of Cold Steel IV on PS5 so I've been playing that this last week. Almost done with Act 1 (I think), and I'm enjoying it a lot. Having the New Class VII by themselves for a big chunk of the game has been super fun, it's nice to see the game give them a chance to develop without being in the shadow of Rean.
Other than that, trying to inch my way to the ending of Final Fantasy VII Remake so I can go through Rebirth.
This reminds me, I still need to beat Alliance Alive. I bought it a long time ago on 3DS and then again when it got a remaster for Switch but I still haven’t beaten it. I think I got to the final dungeon, so one of these days I should finish it up, it was pretty fun.
In regards to this one, it looks pretty interesting, so I’ll probably be picking it up sometime after it releases.
On switch, Persona 5 Strikers. Just started the Kyoto arc and it’s getting really interesting. I suck at Musous but I’m finally starting to understand more about how to play different characters (other than Joker and Haru).
On Playstation, I’m going through Trails of Cold Steel IV. So far it’s been kind of slow but I’ve heard it gets really good so I’m excited.
I do want to go through this, but I still have Persona 5 Strikers to go through. That, and I just bought Digimon Survive (Lesson learned, do not impulse buy) since it was on sale, so it'll be a while before I can go through it.
Too bad about the bugs, I was actually looking forward to this game. Seemed like it would be pretty good and I liked the idea behind it. I’ll probably be looking around later to see if it’s been patched down the line.
I'm actually pretty excited for this to be finished, as I'll be in Japan a couple of weeks after it's reported to be completed. Now, thinking about the sign, it's a very...clear indicator of what it is.
I finally had time earlier this week to complete Trails of Cold Steel III, so I bought IV immediately afterward (ikyk). Planning on playing a little bit of that this weekend when I get the chance.
