I'm a "physical all the way" ownership advocate. However, I do have a few digitally purchased games due mainly to price. And it looks more and more like my Switch 2 will be primarily digital, much to my chagrin.

Very likely if I can swing it. Big, all-family vacation coming up this summer, so I'll have to see about allocating.

Hanging on to very fond memories of SA 1 and 2 on my Dreamcast. I need a new Chao garden! I still have a few VMUs with Chaos on them, but my Dreamcast no longer reads discs.

Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is fine, not great, but serviceable. Maybe a little too campy at times, very pulpy.

Don't go further if you uncover evidence of a mysterious Dial of Destiny though.

I play most games for the story. The story only takes a back seat in genres like fighting or shmups. Zelda is all about exploring and story for me.

As much as I like the spirit-girl creeping in the background, I prefer the layout of the Euro cover. Having the little explanation at the bottom helps too.

I dont know anything about this guy, nor do I care about anything Microsoft does, but why does he come off sounding bitter and petty? Did Gates kick his dog on the way out the door or something?

I've been playing the Diablo games since the very beginning, and while I played D3 at launch, I didn't truly enjoy it until I played it on Switch. I've skipped D4 up to this point, but a S2 version might entice me.

As for the 80s, I was primarily a GI Joe and Transformers kid, but He-man was right there too. And I do love a good beat-em-up. Delays suck, but maybe it'll be alright.

I really want to be able to play Wind Waker on the Switch, but I dont know that I want it remade. Maybe.

For the poll, I went with the Oracle games.

Probably the most trouble I've had choosing so far. Not because both are great or terrible, but because I look at both and think "ok, that's kinda cool". If the JPcover had been more vibrantly colored, I think it would have won.

I dont know that I care for either one, so screaming dude with a sword wins.

I'll be picking up an LRG physical copy. I've been itching to play Maximum Carnage and Separation Anxiety for quite some time.

Good thing I lost my Sony fanboy badge after the PS3. I still think a PS4 would be a good purchase, but that price on the PS5 is totally unreasonable. Doom and glooming might push me to pick up a Switch 2 earlier than anticipated, but I still want to wait a little while longer.

I'm somewhere in between the top two answers. It's still in good working condition, haven't played it in about a year, but when I do, I play for months on end and it keeps up.

If it legitimately doubled as a portable music player, it'd be one thing. But this?! I'm really scratching my head at who this may appeal to. Hardcore money-wasters, perhaps?

I'm still a Disgaea fan, even though I cant put the time into them anymore. This definitely looks like a Musou, so I'll keep an eye on it.

2ds for me. I never could get behind the 3d gimmick, but there are some great games I've enjoyed on my 2ds.

I'd probably love a 2dsxl, if I had ever tried one, but I haven't.

I think a 7 is far to generous. Not everything from the past should be revisited.

"Boomers should probably step away"? I'm pretty sure that demographic (70 and 80 year olds), for the most part, isn't here. Unless you like referring to everyone older than you as a "Boomer".

I'm assuming it's a time zone thing. This time of day rarely has updates (its loke 1am in the UK). They just posted the MGS article, so I assume the Castlevania article is being written and will soon be uploaded.

A Switch 2 version of D4 would probably convince me to buy it. I've been a big Diablo fan since the beginning, but I have yet to try out 4.

Man, I still love D2. Played waaayy too many hours over the years and multiple PCs (plus a little on Switch). One of my absolute favorites, but that's too steep a price.

I really expected the Switch 2 to be my first digital-only console, but a physical Indy has me hoping I can stay physical a little while longer.

Looks great, seems like it will be fun, but I'll definitely have to turn those voices off. The voice acting in that video is absolutely atrocious!
