Quiet weekend again - this time alone at home so more No Man's Sky! I've discovered how to do old expeditions on PC/Steam Deck so doing these. Maybe some It Takes Two with my best friend as well. Happy gaming everyone!
So I've come back to no man's sky after 4 years and oh my god the amount of stuff. The combo with steam deck is perfect so it's understandable why people enjoyed it so much on switch. Happy gaming everyone!
Played violet back on the day but never did shiny hunt due to performance. My hb has scarlet so surely gotta grab it the day I get switch 2. Not gonna lie, I'm pretty impatient to test that sexy performance boost!
Tiny Tina's wonderlands! Got gifted in epic and I've always wanted to play it so why not. A strange first contact with borderlands saga lol. Happy gaming everyone!
Just checked what was happening and somehow I don't understand the problem. If she looks similar and (I've not watched anything she's done) seems she's a good actress, then the film should be fine. At the end of the day we all want a film that we can enjoy because it's what we expect to watch.
Not even sure if I'll have time for gaming but in case I do I plan to continue with Windblown, got it on early access past week and it's GREAT so far. Happy gaming everyone!
@ChakraStomps I've never said that creative shouldn't be protected, just saying that nintendo in a general way has awful practices over this. I have the same thought about certain patents, some things are just too generic to do a patent which is an awful practice to take these.
I'm pretty sure up to this day most of mechanics are patented (even if that sounds sad) for attacking with lawsuits if a company thinks it's necessary. Palworld played too much with fire and ended burnt. Not saying nintendo is the good guy because these practices are awful, but palworld developers knew what they were doing. At the end of the day is the only game sued for throwing a ball and gliding using a creature and I'm pretty sure everyone here has played games with both mechanics.
Not changing much - it's been years I barely buy games on launch day unless I could find a nice sale and indies/old games are my main pool of gaming anyway. So basically gotta do the same.
Not sure yet! Quiet weekend so gotta have time for gaming. Finished Haiku the robot yesterday, maybe gotta play Temtem Swarm or Dicefolk rest of the weekend. Happy gaming everyone!
No. I mean, it's a digital game that will force me to get up from the sofa to insert the card. If I have to invest my free space for the whole game on my SD at least I don't want to move.
The thing that most annoys me about these cards is that they'll force me to get up from the sofa to look for a cartridge when I'm going to play a 100% digital game. No dood, that's not fair 😕
"or a chat with Nintendo to get your data transferred via the cloud"
I don't know about other people but my personal experience is "oh, so you forgot to use the tool and formatted the old console? You can leave closing the door and start your island, no matter the cloud backup, it's a different console so we'll not allow to move to the new system", then I had to accept I was losing 600 hours invested on my island. I'll be hesitant about this until I see it.
Digimon cybersleught! Finished yesterday world of final fantasy. Back on the day played Hacker's memory and it's time to play the other one. But first gotta finish last Hunger Games book!
World of final fantasy! Got it on latest sale, I played the basic version on ps4 years ago and loved it, and recently I had the craving of playing it again. Happy gaming everyone!
At this point is not even funny how many times Microsoft has mentioned Silksong, specially when they said it was going to launch in less of a year. Game will be ready when it is, that's all.
Before saying anything - I've not played yet Palworld (survival games aren't my favourite thing) and I'm not happy with the lawsuit, sometimes Nintendo/TPCi goes too far and in this case filling new patents is not an exception.
BUT. Weren't these guys saying in the past they don't mind copying anyone as far as they do fun games? It was pretty clear this could be happening any time. Also if the patent involved the capture items and such, why not just tweaking them? Pretty sure they'll do it at the end, but meanwhile they have free advertisement with the whole situation.
I dunno, I don't like this situation at all but I'm pretty sure they knew too well what they were doing.
Gotta have visit today so not much gaming for me! I'm jumping between Monster Hunter Wilds and Core Keeper, so surely tomorrow will be playing one of these. Happy gaming everyone!
@Servbot_EJ @WarioInAHardees any MH game with friends is a nice entry point, but just for comfortably World, Rise or Wilds just for not loading screens between zones. All of them are great and "different" enough each other to be enjoyable, still if switch is your only console or way to play, Rise is the only one available. Must say it's sorcery how good it looks and how good the performance is, surely one of the best looking games in the entire console.
It sucked. Not sure how much people are on my boat but I genuinely enjoyed spin off games, and don't play phone games. It's been years since last spin off game and after SV performance I have my hype pretty low for ZA.
I've been alone at home last days and will be until Monday, so taking advantage and playing FFVII Remake (yeah, the first one) on ps5! After that it will be time for FF Tactics advance post-game. Happy gaming everyone!
Not much gaming for me this weekend! Gotta have family at home but until then I'll play some Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, I found my old cartridge some time ago and wanted to reply it. Happy gaming everyone!
Personally I prefer handheld gaming, so surely gotta stick for switch/switch 2. If it ends being available on pc I can dip it on steamdeck. Anyway waiting patiently for this one, I ended replaying the first one not long ago and made me want to play the sequel even more!
Just finished the witcher 3 so it's time to move to another game! Not sure if I'll have visit during the weekend yet, but if I have some time I'll play cassette beasts! I played it on release on game pass and loved it, so I had to buy it at some point. Happy gaming everyone!
Still playing the Witcher! Finished the base game a couple of days ago (holy cow almost 100 hours) and starting today blood and wine dlc. As my backlog in switch is pretty low I'm tempted to focus on Steam games until switch 2 is released so I have a couple of games for it. Happy gaming everyone!
I loved the game though, could be my goty but I enjoyed astrobot more (still I have a soft spot with platform games). Not the best on the series but echoes felt refreshing, pretty sure gotta replay it in the future!
This weekend I'll have almost no time for playing! Instead I'll get ready Stardew Valley with a Chocobo mod on my steamdeck for next week, gotta enjoy hatching these babies! Happy gaming everyone!
Horizon zero dawn! Got a Steamdeck past week and oh man the family thing is a bless. This week I can finally sit down and play for a while tho. Happy gaming everyone!
No chance, basically: -People buy nintendo consoles for their exclusives, handheld/hybrid is a nice addition that made switch more popular -if Sony tries to go with a console that could move ps5 game it will be REALLY expensive, which will affect sales. Checking development times of Sony if they try to do a lower version with its own games it will be dead on release -there are already handheld consoles that can play pc games and game pass so a Microsoft handheld console is no really necessary
I wish any of these could work, I still use my vita and my psp, but...
Family again so not much gaming! During this week reached rank 3 on village quests, monster hunter generations ultimate, barely had an hour each day to play tho. Happy gaming everyone!
Family weekend! So not much gaming. Finished dragon quest monsters but I've not liked the grind and rng for getting monsters so dropped it. I'm starting a new game in monster hunter generations ultimate! Not played it since before mh world release. Happy gaming everyone!

@Ogbert I came here to say exactly this.
