@Paychi In one of the previous articles, someone got a lot of likes complaining about the crossover aspect, saying that the characters were out of place or something.

I wish I had replied to it. First of all, that's a weird double-standard, because Super Smash Bros. has been doing this for years, and three of the characters were even in Smash previously, and their inclusions were highly anticipated. And second, they did the crossover aspect in this game because fans were disappointed by other Sega franchises being dropped when they made Team Sonic Racing. So it came across as someone not knowing what they were talking about, or not even knowing the All-Stars games existed? We don't even get the damn courses or voice clips, let us have the Persona and Yakuza rep we wanted since the last game. (And to play as NiGHTS and monkey boy AiAi again.)

Sorry, IDK why I even typed this. The moment to has long passed. I guess I just wanted to vent.

I already have both games physically (and I think I have all the DLC) on Switch 1, so this is a hard sell for me personally. But this is great for anyone who hasn't bought the games yet but wants to.

That demo was awesome. It sold me on the game.

@Lizuka Here's hoping for Sakura Wars and/or Valkyria Chronicles rep. I would also love for Arle from Puyo Puyo to get in, but she's seemingly deconfirmed, at least for now with the anniversary decal being revealed.

Would be willing to bet that Shinobi, Streets of Rage, Golden Axe, Crazy Taxi, and Jet Set Radio have reps get in to tie in with their new games. (What I played of the recent Shinobi game was excellent btw, but that's besides the point.)

"No, I'm not interested" winning really shows how a small sample size can just straight up not represent reality. Announcement trailer has a ton of views and hype, social media has been blazing about it. The game is going to be a hit, despite seemingly being niche.

Headline is still incorrect and misleading.

I loved The Simpsons as a kid. I played for hours yesterday. Exploring the Springfield map and doing the quests has been a fun and nostalgic time for me. I had recently gotten Hit & Run again too, so I guess I've been in a Simpsons video game mode recently, haha.

This has been a trend in anime titles for years. Hunter X Hunter, Gun X Sword, Spy X Family, etc.

The juxtaposition between those two images for the article's thumbnail is so funny. The new game has no sauce!

The Japanese one uses all-new art of Sonic and Shadow, and looks really cool.

Shadow looks cool in the NA / Europe one, but it mainly just slaps the old renders of the Sonics on there, and put all 3 on some floating squares.

The canvas tote seems like the best one in my opinion.

I was just at a Kung Fu Tea the other day. It's near where I live, so I might go again to try one of these. I am sad I missed out on the Kirby and the Forgotten Land collaboration they did.

I didn't even know the game existed until a few years ago due to a random tweet about it being the first game in the SteamWorld series. And I was a big fan of Dig and Dig 2.

I went ahead and bought it before the 3DS eShop closed, but I really do home they can make a remake or port happen someday.

Apparently they advertised the previous sale as the last one, so if they did another one, that could get them in trouble.

I am on the third island, and so far I think it is great. (So I guess 8/10.) It's been really fun and addicting exploring and messing around in the open worlds, and getting S ranks in the cyberspace levels has been a blast. The writing has also been really solid. It's the best the characters have been written in years.

I heavily disagree with a "poor" score. IDK what else to say.

Sonic & Knuckles Collection on PC was my introduction to the series as a child.

7th Dragon III, Stella Glow, and Rhythm Thief are underrated IMO. I'd say they are worth getting at those prices, especially since I believe they are expensive physically nowadays.

Ninja Hideaway and Paris Promenade are my favorites.

She was a playable DLC character in Mighty Gunvolt Burst, so her appearance as a DLC boss in this game isn't too shocking.

Maybe they will do a Bloodstained character as a DLC boss next (perhaps Zangetsu).

I've wanted this for so long. I'm so glad it's finally on Switch.

And offline viewing support? Cherry on top.

Wish we'd get Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 on Switch.

3 in particular hasn't been released in English before. Kinda surprised it hasn't been re-released by now.

I'm sure this will be just as well received as Netflix's Cowboy Bebop.

@topher6490 Using "we" is a very dumb decision and honestly should be stopped. Definitely makes it seem like NL is a hivemind that has the exact thoughts on everything when that absolutely isn't the case.

Man, 24 newcomers overall, if you count the echo fighters and Pyra and Mythra as separate. That's the highest number of newcomers of any Smash game.

Yeah, I noticed The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles started up way faster. Blew my mind.

I love the arcade version, and I'm definitely getting this Switch version at some point. But I almost wonder if it might be better to wait for a price drop.

I am a fan of the series and I bought it as soon as I could. Got it from Wal-Mart so it was $10 cheaper.

The first Luminous Avenger iX was a great time, so this is a nice surprise. Pretty cool that we're getting two brand new Gunvolt games in 2022.

It's something, but I'd much prefer GBA.

That being said, more people being able to play Super Mario Land 2 is a good thing.
