These options sound meh to me (especially a maker mode, which would be a disaster). Just add new fun tracks, track playlists, more customization and you’re good to go

I actually don’t mind this that much. They switched up everyone’s design for Wonder, so I don’t see why changing DK a bit is that bad

@squidduforeal yeah I need to go through sometime and listen to the games I’ve never played. I listened to a bit of DKC3 and some of the songs were pretty solid so I might give Pokémon music a try

I play Mario Maker in handheld, so the mouse function wouldn’t really help much. I also think that Splatoon should NOT use the mouse as its only way to play. I don’t play any other shooters and am only used to that control scheme, and in my opinion it’s perfect

Oh yay! I was thinking they wouldn’t add any Mariokarts besides 8, so that means Wii is still in the cards!

There is only one great Lord of the Rings game; and he does not share power!

I’ve never played the game, and after listening to a bit of the soundtrack…meh? I’d play the game if it makes it to Switch but the music is mid

I’m a huge LOTR fan, but the only one I’ve played is the Lego one. It’s fun, but ooooh boy, it’s the glitchiest game I’ve ever played

Money already won a previous Splatfest. Why are they an option again? Anyway, I’m on team experiences

@PikminMarioKirby Unfortunately, I doubt we’ll get a 64 or a SNES. Lego seems to be releasing one big set for each console, and they already made one for those two

Cool. I’m a huge Lego fan and already have the piranha plant and Mario world sets (the other two big ones were a bit too expensive for me). I never had a game boy, but if this is fairly priced, I’d be excited for this one

I only use them when other people come over and they have dropped them in the past. I always used the straps back on the Wii but the Switch’s are just uncomfortable

I’m happy for them. I watched 3 in theaters last week and really enjoyed it. I never had played a Sonic game for then, but picked up Sonic Superstars for half off on the eShop

@Dom_31 I’m gonna attempt to try both to see which one is more my type. I do tend to like 2D games more than 3D, but I want to see if Prime 4 lives up to the seven years of hype

@the_beaver @rvcolem1 @Max_the_German yeah I tried out a bit of the original metroid on NSO but couldn’t figure it out and tried a demo of Metroid Prime remastered and thought it was pretty good. Maybe not my type of game, but I really wanted to actually buy one, so thanks for the input!

Besides maybe trying out Metroid for the first time with prime 4, these games look meh. DKC Returns would be cool if it was $20 and Xenoblade doesn’t interest me, so looks like I’ll be holding off till Switch 2

Ugh I hate it when movies kill their box office numbers like this. At least let it be there for a month and a half. This has been happening with so many of my favorite movies that came out this year

I might pick up the Yoshi bike sometime just because of how funny it looks

I got Suika game last month. It was pretty solid. Nice to see smaller studios’ games on there (even though I don’t play almost any) 😂

Why does no one pick their Splatfest team by the theme anymore? I hate that they’re connected to the idols. Anyway, I’m picking team experiences but money’s definitely gonna win, especially since they literally already did

I finally got New Horizons in January so that was my most played game at about 85 hours. Splatoon 3 wasn’t far behind with the splatfests and side order pushing it to 65

Nintendo in the #1 and #2 slot, as they should be 🥲

This game is like the only reason I want a non-Nintendo console 😂

@Mgalens I actually wasn’t a big Nintendo fan back then, but I did hear quite a bit about it. I was really on train September reveal a few months back and that kinda ruined me, so I’m just holding off for an official reveal

Yay another game 7% of fans will care about (although to be fair, the ones I want are more obscure too)
