@rjejr There’s always the songs remade by other artists on Spotify or Apple Music or for people who don’t have NSO. If people cared enough to listen to that much of the music I feel like they’d have a Switch, especially since most of the games on the music app are from there

@rjejr it isn’t really paid. I’m sure almost anybody who wants this app already has a NSO subscription

Please Nintendo, just add Pikmin 3, Wii Sports Resort, Nintendo Land, Mario Kart Wii, and Yoshi’s Woolly World and I’ll be happy!

Actually though, I believe it’ll be 2025 unless Pyoro (I’m sorry, 👀) is right, which I’m not so sure about. Either way, Xenoblade shows that the console isn’t coming till April or May at the earliest

Also I’m really glad Woolly World is getting some love in here. I always assumed people thought Crafted world was better and I was in the minority, but I’m happy to be wrong

I would LOVE a Nintendo land port or sequel, but as for realistic ones, I’d die to have a ‘Yoshi’s Woolly World: Reknit’ on Switch. I recently went back to the game and one hundred precented it and I gotta say, it might be my favorite platformer of all time. PLEASE NINTENDO PLEASE!!!!

I used to play this game a lot but after getting animal crossing and seeing what that type of gameplay was like without the game crashing every other time you played and constant glitches, I’ve kinda lost interest

@Tempestryke that’s true, sonic is probably the most recognizable to kids, but I think more kids associate Mario with Nintendo than Sonic with Sega, probably because Sega doesn’t make consoles anymore

Hoping to go to Universal Florida late next year. So pumped for this!

I feel like this is not gonna do that great. Most kids don’t have that brand recognition with Sega like they do with Nintendo so the only people that’ll really want to go there will probably be adults. Unless it’s different in Japan I guess

Ugh. This is another factor in the disturbing trend I’ve noticed of putting more cussing into media aimed at kids. Gone are the days when you could watch a kids movie or play a Lego game without fear of language problems. I know people don’t care as much but…come on, the only reason they put this stuff in these types of things is to make it ‘edgier’ or ‘cooler’. Disgusting

I don’t think there will be a direct this month or even for the rest of this year but sometime this week there’ll be a 5-10 minute trailer showing the new console, and a few games maybe

As someone who’s first Splatoon game was the third, I can confidently say that it’s one of my favorite games of all time. Since January 2023, I’ve put in around 150 hours and just cannot get enough of this game. From my first ever turf war and exploring Alterna and Side Order to spectacularly losing a tricolor battle right as grand fest was ending, this masterpiece has given me some of my fondest gaming memories and I will never forget it. Stay Fresh Forever! 🥲
