@Grumblevolcano I agree with this, switch is still going strong. I have zero interest on a successor. Also totk proved that competent developers can make games run amazing on the aging hardware, pkmn sv was gonna run like garbage regardless of the console it was on.

Gamecube and wii games are hd remaster gold mines, I have zero hopes for these on nso

With so much zelda talk I feel like this game, xenoblade 3 and kirby forgotten land were not given their chance to shine properly

Fujibayashi is responsable for the success of botw and totk and should get as much recognition as shigeru and aonuma.

Botw ran better when installed directly on the system memory so I’ll be doing that with totk as well

It should have all the wii sport club games in it! But if I can only choose one it would be boxing.

All nintendo needs to do is make a switch that can actually run the games handheld at 720p and docked at 1080p both with 60fps and call it a day. Maybe throw in a faux 4k mode for the masses.

As someone who already did he’s share of fomo spending last year when this was announced take it from me, there’s a reason why you didn’t buy these games these last ten years; you are not gonna play them. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

@iDidSomething played and beat it on switch, the fps drops didn’t affect my experience with it at all. The blurryness is the worst offender specially for tired eyes. That said this games shines in handheld mode, had I only the option of playing on a tv I would’ve never finished it.

I wish pokemon home service was part of the online expansion pass.

The new patch was disappointing, game feels more laggy than it was before and there are way fewer pokemon now, if it was gonna have even worse fps I’d rather they keep the pokemon quantity in the overworld as it was before. It feels empty now.

To the people who played this, is the not having online multiplayer on switch a dealbreaker?

Nintendo should’ve added the charging grip in the oled models, i have it and it’s beautiful. The handles are transparent and really makes whichever joycon pair you slot in pop!

I had no faith at all that GF was going to even try to fix the games so this is a welcome surprise.

The oled is for my home the lite is for travel. Perfect combo

I tried this game on my phone a long time ago, didn’t love it. Is the switch version any different? I might give it another try if it has button controls

@RobynAlecksys the game was a lot of fun, I don’t regret the money I spent on it one bit. It’s just sad to see it go so soon, never asked for a refund either. Personally I don’t mind games getting shut down cause Im not going to play the same game forever but its the lifespan of this particular game that upsets me cause its a genuinely good game. Plus I feel bad for the developers who worked hard just to get their game put to rest.

@Big_Fudge game wasn’t f2p when it launched, I paid I believe $20 for it. Then went f2p and now they’re shutting the game down instead of giving us an offline option at least to those of us who paid for it. I’ve been gaming for more than 20 years and I can honestly say that this is the first time this has ever happened to me or that Im aware in the gaming community.

This game is very fun. Bought it back when it wasn’t f2p, so sad to see it go. Now even buying a game doesn’t guarantee you get to play it for as long as you want; they’ll just make it free to everyone after you pay money for it to then end the service! F this!

Not at all, the fact that I can play quality AAA games from nintendo on the go and on my tv with no issues is still amazing to me. Also even with the drift I love the joycons. So much tech packed into such a compact controller, the switch is my dream console and I love it

@fenlix I guess, it’s easy enough for people to vote with their wallets instead of complaining about free content updates and post negativity all the time. it’s very tiresome

Why are people complaining about a free update? Game development has changed drastically since the “good ol days” games take years to be finished and a little something called covid threw a wrench in most companies clogs, just give them a break and stop with the negativity! I swear people here think game developers dont have lives outside their jobs

Why this announcement didn’t come with a port of the mobile game is beyond me, its such a good fit for the switch

@AlexHarford its a free update, no need to get the booster pass just for that feature. I haven’t bought it yet but have it because of the n64 subscription thing

Do the touch controls work on switch?

I absolutely adored the spanish version cast, they are doing an amazing job! This is one movie I’ll be seeing in spanish 100%

Wii sports club already had online, they should at least bring back all those sports in future updates

Stop playing the game with the online function turned on if you aren’t doing any gaming online and that helps a ton
