@mariomaster96 I agree completely, why they haven’t gone back to patch this really simple request by fans is beyond me.

Porting these games will be relatively easy since both already had gamepad free modes when playing off screen, only thing they should do for TP is give it a photo mode using the miiverse stamps (like they did for mario 3d world) and make it 60fps (like SS HD) and giving the poe lantern the ability to change from day to night would be great so we dont have to stand around and wait for the in game clock

Does this patch make the games playable? Didn’t think so…

I’ll probably upgrade once my regular subs runs out later this year, but I really want an n64 controller to play the expansion pack games

In all honesty I absolutely love my oled switch just as it is, only thing I would want from a new system is just more power, but the concept of the switch itself is unrivaled. Just give me a switch 2 and I’ll happily buy it.

I really want to love this game but it runs so slow on the switch, I also have it on my phone but I can’t really enjoy it on a small screen cause the text is hard to read

I really dont like minecraft on switch, Im not a big fan of the game but my nieces and nephews love it. Whenever we try and play multiplayer the game just doesn’t connect

I really liked the way the gamepad was used in these games, if they ever get ported to switch I’ll probably won’t buy them since for me I already own the definitive editions on the wiiu

That pdp charging grip for joycons is really great! I’ve had one for months and it makes joycons actually a joy to use, nintendo should really learn from 3rd party efforts as this one to better their own official grips

@NintendoEternity watching anime on crunchyroll on the oled switch is a great experience on its own! That screen just pops with color

@Specter_of-the_OLED by that logic then they should remove them from smartphones, tablets and other consoles as well. More options is never a bad thing, there are plenty of kids who only own a switch and would be delighted to have netflix or disney on their device. The popularity of netflix was thanks to the 100million install base of the wii which is where their app got its chance

Why every streaming app ever isn’t on the switch will always remain a mystery to me.

Is the leg strap the same that came with the ring fit game? Of so I already own that so I’ll probably get the game digital since its one of those party game you want to have with you at all times

People can hate on swsh all they want but for me this is the game that got me into competitive pokemon and I will forever love them for that. Also base game just plain sucks, once you get the expansion pass its a whole different beast, the game was just not complete without it.

Why are people complaining about this? Once splatoon 3 hits later this year the player base will move away from this game, it makes sense to get as many player as possible invested in this series before that happens. Also this doesn’t make the dlc “free” as people are paying for an annual subscription to get access to it. People who bought it keep it technically forever

Imma be honest, I dont really hate the price on this, its clear that a lot of love was put into these ports and for me the new cutscenes made for the games are worth the price alone. Of course if you dont like it vote with your wallet, I’ll probably end up pre ordering the deluxe version just to make sure I get everything the game has to offer

I’ve played all of this games to death on wii, 3ds and ios. With sonic mania plus on switch Im actually set for 2d sonic for some time (I still haven’t beaten that game)

Remember when being an nso subscriber gave you access to the coupons so you could get $60 games for $50? Thats the only perk I really liked out of all the service.

Have an og switch, last year I got the lite when the blue color released and for xmas got a white oled. Im good on nintendo switches for a while, honestly as much as I love this thing I am not in any rush for a super switch pro atm

Calm down people, I can confirm that this game will NOT be available on the switch via cloud like the other games. This is because when this game releases in 2029 nintendo will release the WiiU2 only this time the console is the tv and your tv is your controller! Trust me my uncle works at nintendo.

So is this better than the mclassic then? Mclassic applies AA which most 1st party games lack on switch, I haven’t read anything like that for this new device.

I will never understand why nintendo themselves didn’t do this back in the day, I owned all mario land games but I would’ve begged my parent’s to get me the color version (which they probably would’ve since they dont know much about games so they probably think it was a brand new game completely, thats how I got all three version of gen 1 pkmn lol)

I remember back when mario odyssey came out that I couldn’t perform the motion control correctly no matter what I did, so I beat it using the pro controller. Later a patch came for the joycons that fixed it but I never went back to play it as it was meant to be played, with a joycon in each hand

Only thing I wish is better surround sound options, switch doesn’t play nice with 5.1 soundbars

I really wish they would’ve brought back mega evolutions for these games. If they planned from the beginning not to have these remakes affect the current meta in swsh there would’ve been no issues for having it since it bdsp aren’t competitive pkmn games

If this app would just let you chat and text with nso friends without being on the same game it would be 100 times better

I mean I’ve beaten botw 4 times already, one on wiiu, and three times on switch one of those was on master mode. Never gotten all the korok seeds, I find that task too tedious

I have the og switch, the blue lite and a white oled, only issue is the og joycons are broken, eevrything else is flawless

I’ve learned over the years that this fanbase is way too toxic, don’t put up with it, just enjoy the games and have fun!

I wasn’t sold on the expansion pack by the n64 games alone but the mario kart dlc really changed my mind on it. As soon as my current subscription ends I’ll renew it with the expansion
