...Was hoping for a sequel, would be awesome having a new game with modern visuals...and keep all the charm the original had.

Basically a Layton game, but bad.

EA ruined this series...and I heard this will be based on a mobile version of some kind...so...yeah...keeping expectations extremely low.

Yeah, looked at the original article, it's going to mobile as well...so...so much for that.

...Eh...people keep telling me to try this, and...I have Rise and GU...I think I'd just stick with those. I've tried MH clones/likes before and, they usually don't do it for me.

@AussieMcBucket I dunno, but yeah it did get some free content updates, but they stopped after that. Was really hoping for more, or a new sequel...or a Switch 2 update or...something. lol

...We're never getting a new New Pokemon Snap are we? T.T

You know how many times these showcases are hyped up like this is the best thing ever, only to be mostly disappointed? lol

@DominionGamma I think it needed to go online and check before it could be used for anything. So if you got it a week early you were pretty much screwed, even with physical games. lol

EDIT: Now that I think about it, think this was after launch, too...if you had no internet when you got the Switch 2, it'd be completely useless. lol

...Didn't Nintendo make it where the Switch 2 was completely locked out if people got it before launch?...Can't they just do that with the games at this point? lol

As long as it has a bigger and better City Trial, then I'm good. (I guess more main tracks as well, since the original game was lacking in that bit, it had like, what, 8 tracks total? Top Ride was fun, too...but we all know we just want City Trial the most. lol)

I knew about this...no one believed me...I knew this could be fixed via an update and people told me it's impossible because the whole USB-C to HDMI thing. Like others have said here, there's probably a problem Nintendo is dealing with first and will update the dock/Switch 2 for docked VRR whenever they fix it.

...Game has anime boobs, I'll keep an eye on it. lol

Eh, I'm done with Ubisoft...their games are always buggy and have issues...>_>
I got bored with Black Flag very quickly on Switch anyways...

Kinda stopped playing this game...I need to go back to it, I wonder what the upgrade will do. (besides the obvious, lol)

Come on Capcom, don't leave Nintendo players behind with an improved version of the game, Switch 2 can obviously handle it.

I miss this game, think I played the first (the sequel was never localized I don't think, if it did then I missed it) and the spiritual successor that came out on the DS. DS one didn't have the sensor, though...but you were able to use the ones on the GBA games if you had them. But yeah Boktai was fun, going outside to kill vampires...and then using plasma balls or other UV lamps to cheat and kill them at night. xD

Most likely from me, was probably going to grab it even if I didn't see the Direct.

...And here we go, more years of stability updates and not a single update will contain new themes even on Switch 2. lol

I watched this last night and it gave me a headache, but I do have an LG TV (C9), so I'll mess with this when I FINALLY get the damn system today. lol

Sometimes I wonder what people are doing to cause these issues, I don't even use screen protectors...

It was the same problem with the original Switch, yet I'm over here and everything is fine with my launch system, it's gonna be the same with Switch 2.

I never had any issues with consoles in general, even when I get them at launch...my original Switch that I got weeks after it launched is still fine. No warped plastic, no scratches caused by the dock, etc...

This is why we can't have nice things and have mod support for Nintendo games without putting your account/system at risk. T.T

@JohnnyMind Someone out there pointed out that it STILL runs terribly on Switch 2...somehow. :/

It's a big fat maybe for me...I do have Mario Jamboree and I know that game uses the camera for some minigames, so maybe I'll get it if I ever upgrade that game (whenever I do get the system next week, lol). Also wondering if I should just go for a different camera that'd be better, I only have one webcam but it's super old. Probably won't even work on Switch 2...or work in general, I haven't touched it in years. xD

...How do you even do LAN anyways? Especially with 24 people. lol

I can't remember which game, but I remember one of them where if you tossed a blue shell while in 1st, it would travel around the entire map first before hitting you from behind. lol

One of the reasons why I'm wanting this system is to get rid of the drifting issue...playing the Switch 1 in handheld is near impossible for me because of drift. If drift is STILL an issue even in a new generation of joycons, then wtf Nintendo? :/

@FishyS I only have one Target nearby me, which is small...everything else requires Lyfting or something...and from what I can tell none of the stores do online orders. :c

...Everyone has a Switch 2, yet I still can't find one...go figure. T.T

I'll just continue watching on pc with an adblock so I don't have to watch an ad every 10 seconds. lol
