I'm not saying they shoudn't be credited, I asked an honest question because the logic behind that statement made no sense.
If you search for a job you can safely say that you worked on Metroid Prime, the employer will search online if that the truth, and he will find out that you worked on the original.
That thing about "helping with getting future jobs" make sense only if we were talking about a competely new game.
I understand if someone want to be credited because he did the original work, just use argument that are actually in favor of that, no need to make up further stuff.
@SonOfDracula
But they're are credited in the original.
This honestly make no sense. Is there people out there who don't get a job because "Yes True you made the original Metroid Prime but you were not credited in the remaster so we can't hire you"?
@Jiggies Well they made Peach into an immortal God that can take on the entire army without ever be in a real danger. So I guess they did something on that regards lol.
A bunch of moments were especially ridiculus by how they made her perfect at everything.
I honestly have no idea what people were expecting. This movie is fun, engaging, has a lot of carisma, good fights and a lot of funny moments. It's not a masterpiece by any means, but overall I feel reviewer have been too harsh on it.
I strongly disagree on this one being recommended to newcomer.
Bosses are really Hard and there's multiple part of the game were you are given for granted that you know how a Metroid works. It's also probably the one with the biggest amount of hidden paths that are VERY hard to find.
People are focusing too much on the "Call of Duty" part.
He's talking about Xbox games as a whole. Maybe we'll see Conker Live and Reloaded and Banjo Nuts and Bolt, who knows... That would be amazing. Or even Perfect Dark.
I found the entire cast of P4 a little too childish for my taste, and disliking the main characters in a game with this much emphasis on dialogue and story means that you don't really enjoy it.
Persona 3 is a bit TOO edgy at times, but overall the darker tone really hooked me.
@sketchturner They even removed the rank at the end of each Battle and the characters can't damage each other if they are too close.
Also, the game is a bit shorter than the First One and half of the Playtime are sidequest that add nothing to the game (did we really need those "Kill 3 Rabbids" kind of sidequest?), when in the First Mario Rabbids we had a ton of interesting challenges that made you really have to learn the Battle System.
Really the game itself is fine, but it's just so unbearably easy that ends up not fun at all. And I'm surprised that no reviewer mentioned that.
@rockodoodle more Characters? Tennis Aces has something like 30 characters if I remember correctly. That roster is really cool and the bigger one for a Mario Spin-off beside Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
@MetalMan it's what I try to say to people on Twitter, every time they say that those who likes japanese ecchi game are pedophile.
People have completely lost any reason. At least in America. The moment you talk with someone outside of that country you can mostly have a rational discussion.
@GrailUK they made it because people are stupid enough to think that if you play this game, you're gonna go around massaging random girls in the hope they'll get turned on and make them like you.
Luckily, those who enjoy this kind of games are unable to speak to real women so there's nothing to worry about.
@Moonsorrow999 that's because the vote scale doesn't make any sense for some games imho.
Some are really interesting and out of the norm but not really well refined to be considered great games. That doesn't mean they're not worth playing.
It's like when you try a food with a very different flavour from what you're used to. It's not gonna be the best food you have eaten, but the unique taste is gonna be interesting to feel anyway.
I still think people (and critics)are overrating the game quite a bit.
It's not bad by any means, but it feels more like a bunch of tech demos (or concepts) of many different games than something that can actually stand on his own legs.
It's still interesting and deserving to be played for it's uniqueness tough, but the critics are definitely too generous.
@blindsquarel not really. The Notes were placed in a way were the challenge was getting all of them in one go. I never understood this complain.
They're like the 100 coins star of Mario 64.
In Tooie they changed it only because you keep going in different levels and you can't get all the notes immediately.
Yes. Nintendo is probably thinking that games that comes out in the Expansion Pass count as a new games or something. So they want to spread the releases as much as they can.
The entire Nintendo 64 catalog of games developed by Nintendo should be in the service since Day 1.
This is probably gonna come off as strange.
But I always found irritating when developers wants the player to feel loved by characters in a game.
It's like they think I'm a lone nerd without friends or something, and they want me to feel fulfilled by some kind of virtual affection.
It's borderline offensive as far as I'm concerned.
And it's something I usually see in Japanese RPG (the prime example is probably the Persona series, where almost every character in the game treats the main character, wich is supposed to be the player, as if it was some kind of perfect man).
I don't need a program to tell me that it likes me.
Loved the first one. Completed both on release on STEAM and on Switch with 100%.
Can't wait for the sequel.
Always strange to see people stating as a fact that the first game was trash, when most of the critics and users review are mostly positive.
Even on STEAM the rating was "extremely positive" for a good while.
I don't know if it became worse now, been a while since I last checked.
@RGB87 this is something I can agree with. I personally have no interest in the Genesis games, so it bothers me that I basically have to pay more for something I'm not gonna ever use.
@Gwynbleidd because Nintendo probably thought that selling them through an online subscription would have been better for them (I don't remember exaclty where, but I read that the sales of the games on the Virtual Console were much worse than people think). So instead of selling the same games for the fifth time, they tried a different approach.
And I'm not saying this to defend them, I just honestly don't understand where all this negativity is coming from.
Nintendo it's not my friend, it's just a company that offer me a service. If I don't want what they propose me, I just don't pay. If you simply want to play those games you have plenty of alternative to the Expansion Pass so it's not like Nintendo have all these games hostages or something.

When you want to make a new Goemon, but you don't have the right to use that IP.
This is cool and sad at the same time.
Re: Legend Of Zelda amiibo Might Be Getting Reprints Soon (North America)

Always in America? Europe when...?
Re: Review: Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection - A Rock-Solid Compilation
@Krambo42 yeah these games have Amazing Battle System but the encounter rate is atrocious.
If you really can't stand random encounter stay away from this.
As for me, always liked the franchise and can't wait to get this.

@NotTelevision I actually agree with you.
But that is more of a reason to be disappointed with this game.
The base gameplay is sooooooo good that is absurd that it's so barebones.

@Giancarlothomaz well that really nice of them.
They got 2 years of content just by theorizing on almost nothing concrete.

EXTREMELY glad to hear that.

Re: Poll: So, How Would You Rate Nintendo's 2021?
4/10.
Metroid Dread was the only interesting release for me this year. Everything else feels like stuff from an indie studio.
While it's not really a problem by itself, there was absolutely nothing that really stands out (except Metroid).
In fact someone yesterday asked me what new games Nintendo released this year... And I could only remember Metroid and Big Brain Accademy

The entire Nintendo 64 catalog of games developed by Nintendo should be in the service since Day 1.
