There were times were at the beginning of the video I was thinking "Oh gosh where is he going with this *****!?".
But after a couple of minutes I was captured by the narration and how convincing everything was, to the point that he makes the Zelda stories sounds much deeper than how they actually are.
Loved this much more than the first one. It's still a glorified slideshow of funny Action scene, but this time the action was even better and characters also had a bit of development here and there.
@mlt I would have loved to play the multiplayer of that game for hundreds of hours.
Unfortunately they had the bright idea of not having CPU matches.
There was SO MUCH CONTENT in there, that so many people never had the opportunity to see.
Entire locations not even present in the story, and using the entire StarFox cast, villains included.
I want them to expand on StarFox Assault.
The ideas of that game were excellent, the excecution less.
We should have a cool game with a big dramatic sci-fi Story, with space mission (NOT on rail) with the arwing and mission on the ground like a Third person shooter (and sometimes the Landmaster).
Add in a cool multiplayer online with many characters and arenas.
Also ditch the graphical style of StarFox Zero, is not appealing to use something that feels and looks like a toy.
@Daniel36 yeah he would be a nice actor for him.
I'm just worried they'll make him too "normal" looking.
I want him with his iconic red hair and menacing Orange/yellow eyes. Not someone who fit his role but it's basically a different characters as far as looks is concerned; that what I'm mostly worried about.
@BenAV yeah I'm with you on this. Wonder felt too much like a collection of random ideas thrown togheter.
Some of them are amazing, but you use every single one of them for so little, that I barely remember them (beside a couple) and I didn't even had the chance to properly appreciate them.
Everything they needed to do was make an Hard Mode or something that gave a bit of spice for the main game and I would have been sold.
This is the potentially best 2D Platform taken back by not having even the slightest resemblance of any kind of difficulty. Sometimes it almost plays by itself.
@JR150 what happened to Overwatch lately? I used to play it a few years ago, but since Overwatch 2 released I only heard bad things, but lately I it seems like the general sentiment on it became MUCH more positive.
@MirrorFate2 unfortanately, until people stop being so extremely aggressive over anyone that doesn't immediately hate anything related to Trump, it will be impossible to have an actual mature conversation about it.
@Yosher yeah I was surprised about that as well. They usually close the comment section of the news that are obviously going to be political and most heated.
@Gaymer90 i'm sure Nintendo will appreciate you defending them while they sell the port of a 15 years old game for an higher price than the original game was.
@progx it's not a feeling that part of the core aspect of what was the identity of the company has changed.
Nintendo literally passed from being the company parents go to for the most high quality and cheap (in terms of money spent) product for their kid, to the opposite. It's clear that something has changed since Iwata's passing.
@RupeeClock yeah but at the time Iwata also made clear that one of the most competitive aspects of Nintendo was having lower prices than the competition.
I REALLY doubt the current people in leadership at Nintendo feels the same, seeing what happened lately.
Just saying that Nintendo is in no shape or form in any kind of any remotely struggle financially.
Any kind of increase will come from them wanting to make more money and that's it, wathever the root of the cause is. Also they were increasing the prices well before tariffs were even a thing.
@HeroOfTime32 it's not unplayable. But has someone who has played it thousands of times, I really can't recommend this version.
The game randomly crashes so you have to keep saving every 5 minutes just in case.
Sometimes between exploration and battle transition the entire color scheme becomes darker and turn back to the original colors after a while.
Animated cutscene lags multiple times.
There's several sounds issues. One example is that every time you enter the World Map or in a location from the World Map, the music doesn't start from the beginning but always after the first 2/3 seconds of the songs beginning, so you basically never hear the intro.
There's other several issues but these are the first that comes to mind. I wanted to replay it, but the random crashes totally killed my mood.
@JohnnyMind you can probably buy them for less on Amazon. Maybe not right now, but in general. I remember seeing Mario RPG for about 30€ multiple times.
I don't want to buy it on day one but I was interested enough to wait for a price drop, but I'm not going to ever buy this if there's content that will be locked with Limited Time Event.
This is worse than DLC and microtransation combined, at least you can buy them whenever you want if interested.
I watched the trailer on the eshop and I had no idea what was going on lol.
That turned me off so much from buying this, I guess there's people who sees special effects exploding everywhere while a character makes random moves that you barely see and get hyped by that, I don't know.
@LightSpirit I don't think it disproportionate. I played through the GBA version thousands of times as a kid, and the main reason for buying to me was exactly the original PS1 soundtrack.
@TopazLink I really think they should completely remove licensing from old products altogether, it doesn't make sense anyway, you already paid to have that content at the time of release.
@EarthboundBenjy same here. I also always stretch the screen as much as it needed to cover the entire screen, no matter how pixelated or big those dots becomes.

Re: Talking Point: Do You Play Zelda Games For The Story?
@Game_n_Watch_it_pal I love some of his videos.

Re: Dive Into The Pages Of Yoshi And The Mysterious Book In This New Overview Trailer
I'm sad, because this is one of the most gorgeous graphical style I've ever seen. It really looks like an HD version of Yoshi's Island.
But the game doesn't look appealing at all from a gameplay perspective.
Re: It Sounds Like Peach's Mario Galaxy Movie Backstory Will Be Canon In Future Games
It's so funny cause wasn't Miyamoto the one to cut the story out of the original game?
Re: Talking Point: Star Fox Zero Is 10 Years Old - Have You Actually Played It?
Played through once. And there's a reason if the series died here honestly.
It's pretty much the fourth and worst version of the original SF. Don't know what they were thinking with this.
Re: Mario Galaxy Movie Helps Franchise Surpass $2 Billion At Global Box Office

Was absolutely worth every cents.
Re: Review: Ys Memoire: Revelations In Celceta (Switch) - A Simple Yet Fun Adventure
This right here is the perfect Ys to me.
When it was modernized enough, but still not enough to the point of becoming a 60+ hours slog.
Re: Splatoon Raiders Is Alive, And It's Out This Summer On Switch 2
@LastFootnote I wasn't really feeling Side Order on my first 4-5 runs, to the point that I dropped it at first.
Came back months later and fell soooo in love that I wished it had even more content. I was hoping this was full on roguelike, an expanded Side Order.
It doesn't look like it but it kind of get some aspect from it.
Re: Adorable Action RPG 'Kitaria Fables' Is Getting A Switch 2 Sequel
@MamaSymphonia Didn't know Solatorobo enjoyers still existed. 🙏
Re: Talking Point: What Would You Want From A New Star Fox Game?
@AvianBlue kid Icarus Uprising was pretty much a Starfox Assault done right.

Re: The Legend Of Zelda Live-Action Movie Has Officially Wrapped Filming
@Tipehtfomottob i'm fine with pretty much any actor, as long as he actually looks like him and is menacing enough.
I don't want someone that fill his role but it's basically it's own character.
Re: The Legend Of Zelda Live-Action Movie Has Officially Wrapped Filming
@Daniel36 yeah he would be a nice actor for him.

Re: The Legend Of Zelda Live-Action Movie Has Officially Wrapped Filming
Would have preferred something animated, but it's still cool.
I'm so worried about how they made Ganondorf tough...
Re: Two First-Party Switch 2 Ratings Have Been Spotted
@JR150 Engage Gameplay was amazing. I was so glad it stopped trying to be a Persona like and went back to actually be a Fire Emblem.
Re: Two First-Party Switch 2 Ratings Have Been Spotted
@Joekun To be fair, 3 Houses is something completely on its own.
You could dislike that and like the rest of the series, or the other way around also.
Re: Pokémon VGC Competitions Officially Transition To Pokémon Champions
So now the mainline games will not be influenced by the competitive anymore? That would be the best.

Re: Feature: Nintendo May Win Its Case Against The US Government, But Tariffs Are Here To Stay
@Misima just a suggestion, that you should take if you actually care about changing people opinions.
Stop calling people fascist, racists, homophobic or anything of the sort, it doesn't help your cause at all and just make you look unreasonable.
From the way you have posted thus far here, I can see how your way of communicating didn't work.

@CaptainQuo wrong tag? I don't know what that has to do with what I said.

@OmnitronVariant well I guess all the people that tagged you answered you.
Trump is basically the root of Satan itself.

Re: Multiple Switch Games Receive Switch 2 Compatibility Fixes
@molkom I must have missed that somehow, even tough is the first on the list, my bad.
Last time I played it would always crash at the entrance of world 3, it couldn't be finished at all.
I'll check later if it works.
Re: Multiple Switch Games Receive Switch 2 Compatibility Fixes
Please Fix Tales of Symphonia and A Hat in Time.
They both crash and have multiple problems.

Not buying this until it has the original soundtrack.
Re: Mini Review: Resident Evil Village Gold Edition (Switch 2) - A Solid First-Person Follow Up
@darkswabber the amount of money I saved since not caring anymore about phisical is insane. I got all the Switch RE games digital for about 55-60€.
I would have payed that with only two games or something if I wanted the phisical Edition.
