@konicstar : Ian Flynn was the one who originally named the GUN commander "Abraham Tower" back in his Sonic Archie comics writing days, and he's also the writer behind Dark Beginnings.

I'm usually a little iffy whenever Flynn 'sneaks' in Archie & IDW stuff into the games' canon lore but in this case I'm okay with it. The GUN commander was due for a proper name anyway.

Very fitting that he chose to talk about Iwata and his legacy.👍This was a heartfelt one.🥹

Can't help but feel Sega is getting over their heads with all these non-Sonic gaming movie announcements lately.

That said I’m cautiously more positive towards this news piece, as Shinobi is atleast relatively better known (within the gaming space), compared to Eternal Champions (which is a nobody) and the movie adaptation news for it a few months back.

@skadoom @Ryan_Again : You can look up the characters in the UO wiki. Its not a highly detailed wiki yet as there are many stuff missing but atleast images for most of the characters are there.

Say what you want about Level-5 but I feel convinced that one of the major reasons their game development has been so slow lately (hence the delays) is because of their crazy need to turn almost every new IP into a cross media project right from the start.-_-'

As for the game itself, the idea sounds interesting but I'm not sure how well this will actually do compared to these days modern non-Pokemon monster RPGs that have been released since atleast the late 2010s. Just have to wait and see.
