From what I've read the reason why it's difficult to remake 7 is the the original game got away with having so many locations because of their prerendered back grounds, so creating HD 3D environments instead is a tall order. Maybe same here.

If anyone thinks this is something to lose sleep over, don't worry, you'll grow out of it
