Yikes, Canvas Curse deserves better. It's so fun and unique, and it's one of the few games that really justifies Nintendo's touch screen shenanigans

I really loved Kirby's Return to Dreamland. To me it's what Kirby platformers were meant to be, and it's a blast to play in co op. I even really enjoyed playing that shuriken mini game with my nephew.

Kirby Super Star never really clicked with me, as much as everyone loves it. It felt really disjointed and unfocused to me.

My perfect run was ruined by Magby...

@Quarth Not as far as I can remember. If you jump from 1 to 5 I'm sure you'll notice some quality of life stuff, but each new game adds very incremental changes. I'd have believed anyone who said that Disgaea 6 gameplay up there was actually 5 for example

@Quarth The first one is probably still my favorite. Very charming game. The games are pretty samey gameplay wise so if not the original I'd go with the most modern one you can. Each game has a unique story and characters, so you don't need to play all of them to understand the story.

@Indielink @fafonio I actually did end up getting it and playing until you meet Rain. It definitely seems rushed, which is especially lame tenish years later, but I had a ton of fun from what I played. The voice acting isn't even as bad as I heard, but maybe I just have a high tolerance for cringey anime "I'm sorrys". 😂 Marta is at least really cute

Symphonia's soundtrack is pretty legendary in my book so it's great hearing the remixed tracks. Pretty nostalgic coming back to the world after so long
