Voted 7, would have been an 8 or even 9 had they simply finished going through the games rather than pull a Woodsy the owl trying to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop going 1, 2 3 crunch. They were already making the Direct, they already gave us 48 hours notice to watch it, they got Erica and Tyler to narrate it, so, why not make it 25 or even 30 minutes and do all the games? Sizzle reels are fine in the middle of a 40 minute long full Direct but I think anyone already watching could spare the 10 extra minutes.
Thought it was better than the Partner Direct, seemed like it had more graphical variety for 1. 3 years from now I will probably have played more of these. I mean it's only like 2 or 3 of these and only 1 or 2 of the other but that's still more and this was only 15 minutes.
I think my kids will certainly play more of these. That Partner Direct wasn't good.

Gamescon needs a Direct to date all this stuff. I'm not a big Prime guy but may get it just b/c Switch 2 is light on games I want to play at the moment.
While I will read the reviews before dropping $20 on what is probably fairly short dlc, we won't need it until my kid is back home from college Thanksgiving weekend, so we have time. But we almost certainly will. I'm hoping it's like Bowser's Fury, about 6 hours. Easily could be more if they add ice areas to every previous area in the game and we're playing through it again, like the Luigi levels in Mario.
I am glad we own it on Switch though, don't think I could $80. Got DKB on sale for $63 and that actually looks like a next gen Switch game to me.
I expect to see all the people complaining about game key cards complaining even more when every game in the Direct is digital only b/c the devs found out people don't like GKCs.ð
If there's a single game I want to play in it I'd be surprised. I'm not even interested in Silk Song.
@GrailUK I'm happy that they feel they have enough disposal income to buy a Switch 2 if they are only going to play full physical games on it. B/c that means they aren't going to be playing a lot if 3rd party GKC games and not playing a lot of games that are digital only. It's a lot of money to spend on a limited subset of games.
Similar to people who buy record players now. Target sells like 6 albums. Unless you like old records or have a previous collection I wouldn't recommend buying a new record player now to start a collection from scratch unless you can really afford it.
@AussieMcBucket Silksong, the turn based tactical strategy game.
It really is ridiculous how long it's taking. They already made Hollow Knight, this was just supposed to be dlc. Put a few more levels together, done.
Oh well, soon now I suppose. Maybe tomorrow? It's the only reason we need a new Direct after 1 last week. Almost half of that Partner Direct could probably be considered Indie. ðĪ·ââïļ
@The_Nintend_Pedant I keep all our controllers - there are 4 of us - on my table, which is why I had to buy a bigger table. Thankfully Switch Pro, I mean 2, still let's me use all my Switch controllers. We'll except for mouse mode, so no Jamboree for us. Somehow we wound up w/ 5 PS5 controllers, even though our PS4 controllers still work, b/c drift, and absurdly short battery life.
The no power on thing annoys me more than game key cards though. The old Switch Pro controller should do it at least. And the old Joycon. Smells fishy.
@The_Nintend_Pedant That just means you're walking to the Switch 2 every time you turn it off rather than turn it on. I recently bought a nice new side table for all my controllers to be in 1 place.
Sorry if you were just making a joke,I did giggle, but it doesn't really make a difference before or after. ð
$30 is a nice price for a kid to play Paulina in DKB or race a bit in MKW. I still don't think you can find a PS5 controller for less than $70.
The wake thing is kinda weird. Feels like something Nintendo must be breaking rather than unable to get it to work. You'd think they'd at least get the Switch Pro to do, those aren't cheap.
Not watching it on my phone but happy for MMPR. I thought Halo was supposed to main and Rangers be mid season but I'm happy for the color and pyrotechnics.
This past season was a bit of a bust for me, too many missions required gold and they took away all the vaults and mining, so hopefully they balance that out a bit.
@8bitKirby Well if you're willing to spend $450 to only play a few games a year and miss out on all the rest I'm happy for the amount of disposable income you have.
@Yosher You can still go to the store and buy LP records, but I'm pretty sure most people would agree vinyl has been dead for decades. A brain dead person on life support isn't dead yet, but at some point you have to pull the plug.
But if you insist on arguing physical isn't dead yet, fine, but that's still not what GKC are meant to be compared to. They aren't "physical w/o the content" they're "digital that you can trade in or w/ friends". B/c physical is dying and it isn't coming back. Nintendo will support it the rest of this gen but that's probably about it. Which is such few games to play it's probably not worth buying a console at that point.
Would be funny if it's just 15 minutes of the indie games from last week's Partner Showcase. I mean Chilling by the Fire barely qualified as a game. Probably should have been in this.ð
I'm not a big indie guy so probably nothing for me but at least it's only 15 minutes long. Surprised they gave us 48 hours notice. Maybe it really will have a shadow drop Silksong.ð
My wife and I recently watched the Tree house Live from 6 years ago, 2019, where they played Silksong and said Team Cherry "was hard at work WRAPPING UP the game".ðĪĢ
@Ooccoo_Jr There's no such thing as a perfect compromise, and in the current world there's little room for compromise of any kind. Or empathy. Or sympathy. Everyone just wants what they want, even if they're wrong they're right, and nobody else matters. Other people's opinions matter even less. It's a sad state and I don't know how we get past it. Humanity crumbling and GKC both.
@Yosher "The only people who benefit from game key cards are developers"
And that's why physical is dead and GKC are here to stay. Until even they go away and it's all just digital. Sorry, I don't make the rules, just calling it like it is. ðĪ·ââïļ
@Yosher " why would anyone want a game key card over a proper physical version? I think game key cards really should just be a thing of the past"
You do realize you are thinking about this backwards, right? GKC aren't a thing of the past, they are the future. Proper physical versions are a thing of the past. GKC are for people who like to buy physical things in stores, like grandparents as gifts, but they really only buying digital.
Physical is already dead. Look at Steam. Or Apple or Android. GKC aren't replacing physical, they're codes in a box, only the box is now transferable. Physical is dead.
@Ooccoo_Jr I'll try, stating off the top that this is how I think others view it, not necessarily my own viewpoints.
GKC (game key cards) are worse than digital b/c you need to have them inserted whenever you play. If you own 5 GKC games rather than digital you need to keep swapping them in and out and carrying them everywhere with you.
GKC are worse than full physical b/c you need the internal storage, and with Switch 2 only having 256GB, you'll probably need to spend more money to buy an SD Express card if you want multiple games. GKC are also worse than full physical b/c you need to download them. So a year from now the company turns off its servers the cart is useless. It's more like renting a game than owning it.
There are probably other reasons but those seem to be the big ones. So I get why people don't like them. Sort of a middle ground so neither side is happy. I borrow a lot of games from the library so I do like them. If I bought more games it would probably bother me more.
Dear consumers, please don't play your $400 portable handheld in portable mode unless you are only porting it around inside of air conditioned buildings. tldr Don't play outside. ðĨ
The thing about "extreme heat" is that extreme is getting more common. Where I live, Long Island, NY, we have some summers when the temperature doesn't reach 90'. I think we've had at least 6 days of 90' so far this summer. Fortunately I was on vacation the past 3 days but when we got home my bedroom was 105'. I only stayed in there long enough to open the windows b/c I was afraid for my health. Only when it got down to 95' a few hours later did I turn on the AC.
So while I appreciate a handheld gets hot when it's hot out, I think in 2025 they probably should have made it function up to about 105'. There would still be times when it wasn't playable, but nobody should be outside over 105'. I think being outside in mid-90s is the limit. At least my limit. I'm sure people in the middle least laugh at 95'. I think the US southwest hits 100' a lot. But it's a dry heat.ð
I could see it being 3 MS games since there weren't any in the Direct and MS owns like half the industry at this point w/ all of it's game dev purchases the past few years so it's kind of hard to do a "partner" Direct and not have any MS games in it by accident.
Not exactly sure if Switch 2 can run some of the newer games like Starfield and Indian Jones but CoD is 3 years overdue and Gears of War is still a remastered gens old game and Forza should be manageable w/ some Madden like graphics.
Maybe MS still wants Gamepass on Switch 2?
Other games I've seen mentioned in the comments, non jokingly, which make sense are AC Shadows and Genshin Impact. Nintendo needs to get on board w/ Hoyoverse and get those gatchas, they're kinda big in Japan. Hokai Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and Infold's Infinity Nikki, currently in a rough patch w/ fans but 2.0 in the fall might be a good time to release on Switch 2.
Not that the gatcha games would have significantly improved the Direct but if it has ended w/ CoD or Indiana Jones instead of two HD-2D games back to back I think the overall reception would have been better.
Edit: Just saw Elden Ring in that Metroid article. That was probably 1 of them. So now I'm thinking it wasn't all MS games, but CoD is still long overdue.
Don't have my Switch 2 yet but I just updated the Ultimate 2C bluetooth controller (w/ my 20yo Windows 10 laptop b/c I couldn't find a Linux option) and it updated to version 1.01 date 7/24/2025 using their 8bitdo Firmware updater exe. It's the pink model 80NC.
I'll let ya know how it goes when I get my Switch 2. Hopefully tomorrow .
@carlos82 Hey thanks. Not as good as split screen as I'm a TV guy but for my kids who play handheld and with their friends that seems like the right way to play across a table. Appreciate it.ð
@Talkshowhost Thanks for passing that info along. So probably the 2 best potential ways to play this game aren't in the game. Sounding more like a 5 than a 7 to me. They basically should say this game doesn't actually have a tabletop mode if you can't play sitting across from each other at the ends.
@tapdancingtommy Thanks. Kinda bummed but you saved me a few $.ð
I suppose they can always update it, but until then I'm out.
Is 1 of the TV modes split screen w/ 2 or 4 players each looking from their own end of their half of the screen? I'm not spending $100 for another pair of Joymouse for 4 player but we could do 2 player and take turns like in an arcade. It's really the only way I want to play. I think some older tennis games used to do split screen like that but it's been awhile. Thanks to anyone who can answer.
@Bigmanfan What time frame, locations and numbers are you looking at? It looks like Nintendo officially sold 5.8mil by June 30th, and they said they've reached 6mil by July 24th. Are you saying it's up to 8 million now? Why would Nintendo only say 6mil if it's 8mil? Or they could say 7mil or 7.5mil if it isn't quite 8mil yet.
I guess I don't know where you are getting the extra 2 mil from?
@Dr_Lugae Well yes they will make more than 15mil to sell 15mil b/c they will constantly want stock on shelves and on boats being shipped overseas so maybe they'll make 16 or 17 or 18 million but it's not like capacity isn't still a relevant issue where they can just ramp up and make as many as they want. They've probably contracted for a certain amount. Manufacturing is still part of the planning. Nintendo knows how many it's going to make between now and March, it's not an unlimited amount.
@DonnieTACO Of course demand is slowing from the launch month to the 2nd month, that's what preorders are for. And also only launching a console after you have 3million already in stock. That has absolutely nothing to do with how many they can manufacture though. Trying to correlate the 2 makes no sense.
@nessisonett "Nintendo want the PS2âs record and a price increase is not how you increase sales."
Yeah the amount of incongruence on here between Nintendo wants Switch to beat PS2 so Nintendo raised the price b/c greed is pretty astounding. There was an article earlier today just as ridiculous. People can't think anymore, just scream in anger.ðĒ
@Ralizah Congrats on having the only removed post. ðĪ
I saw the price of a pair of Switch 2 Joymouse went up from $95 to $100 at Target so this gen isn't entirely immune.ðĪ
@Haruki_NLI " How's that for some basic mathematics?"
That was your mic drop moment, you should have walked away while you could. Comments are extra trolley today for some basic numbers announcement. ðĪ·ââïļ
@lyle_catcliffe @westman98 Switch 2 sold 5.8mil by June 30th. Nintendo said 6mil by July 24, which is roughly 200k in 3 weeks. Even being generous and saying 1mil per month over the next 8 months, plus the 6mil, that's 14mil for the fiscal year. Which makes me think when Nintendo says 15mil by next year they aren't predicting sales as much as they are telling us how many they can manufacture. I don't think they expect a lot of Switch 2 to go unsold.
So while the holidays means greater sales than 3 weeks in July, they can only sell what they can make. PokÃĐmon will help, but Z to A is also on Switch. Switch and Lite will keep selling this holiday b/c of the price, which means Nintendo needs to keep manufacturing them. Probably by holiday 2027 it will be all Switch 2 and $299 Switch 2 Lite.
"If we were a year or two into the new console's life, I think this'd be a pretty solid Direct. Not earth-shattering, but a nice little cherry on top of the foundation already built. But we're not. We're not even two months in. So it's hard not to feel a little deflated."
This is 1 of the best paragraphs I've read on this site in 17 years. It's accurate and it's honest. ð
@IronMan30 Very PS5 launch to me. DKB is R&C, MKW is well, not even sure PS5 had that. But 3rd party dual gen support was still better.
@Grumblevolcano I also voted 6/10. First half was an 8, last half was a 4. I may not play any of them. Not as excited now to be getting our Switch 2 bundle on Monday. Going to order DKB after lunch. Glad I have a backlog.
@electrolite77 "is that it?"
Having those last 2 games basically be the same 3DS looking games in my head was not great for the 2 month old next gen console. 1 of those needed to be swapped w/ either MHS3, HWAOI or even Borderlands 4 just to mix it up a bit. Very front heavy Direct.
I'm not interested in too many old ports but I thought Microsoft would be there w/ Forza, GoW, Halo, something. Was kinda hoping for South of Midnight. They are 3 years into their 10 years of Call of Duty contract. I never play CoD but it would have made a nice last game. Not sure Switch 2 can run Indiana Jones or that space game but nothing isn't promising. I'm still waiting for DQ12 news.
Switch 2 is supposed to be next gen but half of those games are still running on Switch and look like 3DS games to me. Could have used a little more oomph. Maybe ended with Madden, which looked rough but it's here in 2 weeks. JRPG fans are eating well, and I am 1, but not the pixel variety. Oh well. I'm over it.
Pink one (it's not red, coral or otherwise) looks a bit like the 8bitdo Ultimate 2C I just bought my wife. Doesn't have wake but maybe after another firmware update. I still have to update it to Switch 2 support.
I bought it for $18, MSRP $29.99, and it's on sale again for $18US if anyone is interested. No wake up but it does have Hall Effect sticks.
It is nice to see 3rd party Switch 2 controllers right at release, and at such low prices. I've had my PS5 for 4 years, purchased 4 controllers b/c of the poor battery life and 2 drifting problems, and after all these years there still aren't any 3rd party controllers for PS5 except those $150 ones, which is insane.ðĪ
This was such a great game, played it so many times, don't think I need another go. Maybe I'd spend the time if twas included in a paid subscription service but buying it yet again probably isn't going to happen.
Maybe if the included the original Michael Jackson dancers I'd do them the courtesy, but it's been so long EA may kit even know they were originally in there.
@Blaa Nintendo making that MKW bundle was smart. Make people excited to be getting an $80 game for $50, then rake in the cash for online, the camera, and extra controllers. DK Bananza just has a $30 amiibo.
I'm looking forward to DKB and MKW, probably not spending $10 on that tutorial.
@StewdaMegaManNerd I'm still looking for the cameras I have somewhere around the house. I moved all the desks around 2 years ago and don't know where I put them. If I can't find them or they don't work I have a $20 one saved on Amazon that I read works.
@Blaa Thanks. Finding it cheaper isn't really a problem, I'm more just taken aback that they would charge $80 for a Switch 2 game, and hardly anyone is talking about it. I just found out they have the same price for TotK and $70 for BotW. BotW is a Wii U game, it's 8 years old, it still basically looks the same, and they're asking $70. We'll I guess we know why there was no Nintendo Selects or Player's Choice on Switch, so Nintendo can keep charging full MSRP for 8yo games. They are so money hungry now it's crazy. Just like Apple.ðĪ
I was just looking at cameras on Amazon. There are lists on reddit that get copied to places like the Verge and Cnet. A lot of them work and a lot don't. There was one on sale for $10. I have 1 laying around the house that I need to look for. No way would I pay $50. $20 is my ceiling for a 1080p webcam.
@Darthmoogle I agree w/ all of that. I don't do Kickstarter but I have 2 college age kids into D&D and other assorted board games. We gave a basement full of board games and some of them ain't cheap. Half a dozen Monopoly games. D&D books are the worst though.ðĪ
@thehoppypoppy I spent awhile yesterday looking at Switch 2 stock. Best Buy had order online pick up in store in an hour in most locations near me, NYC suburbs. Target also had them in stock for shipping.
If you're just going into stores at random I can imagine it's still going to be awhile. Amazon has an "invitation" system which I signed up for a few days ago but still haven't been invited. I signed up with Nintendo pre-orders and they emailed me a couple of weeks ago.
So stock is flowing into the US about every few days but sitting on a store shelf could still be awhile.
Thanks, just checked the eShop website as well. Also checked out some camera prices on Amazon, $50 is crazy but I might do $20 for this and Mario Kart World. Will see what the kids think. We'll get our Switch 2 in a couple of weeks after vacation next week. ð
@Gaymer90 "that's been pretty much every single game that has DLC for the past 15 years. U$60 for the base game, U$30 for dlc"
Glad to see the article didn't shy away from bringing up the price. Mario Kart World had it's $80 price seemingly talked about non-stop, but this is $80 and I hadn't seen it mentioned once. I only just saw it in the Target ad a few minutes ago and I was like "What!?!?" $80 for a board game is making MKW look pretty good in my mind.
So how much is the upgrade? My kid owns the original, good to play online w/ their college friends. I'll guess $20 to match the $80. The $20 by itself doesn't seem to bad actually, I've just never thought a board game was worth $60. $80 is just hard to take.ðĪ
Next week sounds good since we didn't get 1 in June and we always used to get 1 in June b/c of E3.
So I'll guess they announce it either Monday or Tuesday for 9AM (NYC TIME) on Wednesday July 30th.
We'll be in our hotel packing up to come home from vacation then, last family hurrah. Thursday would be better for me personally but they seem to do Wednesday 9AM a lot, so sticking with that.
Hopefully they have a few new games to tell us about and it's not just all release dates for games we already know about. If they want to stealth drop Silksong after it's over I suppose the rest wouldn't matter.ð

Re: This Fortnite 'Power Rangers' Trailer Is Absolutely Awesome
Not watching it on my phone but happy for MMPR. I thought Halo was supposed to main and Rangers be mid season but I'm happy for the color and pyrotechnics.
This past season was a bit of a bust for me, too many missions required gold and they took away all the vaults and mining, so hopefully they balance that out a bit.
Re: Surprise! Nintendo Announces Indie World Showcase For Thursday 7th August 2025
@AussieMcBucket Was bow a wrapping pun? Took me a second but that's a good one.ð
It is kinda crazy you need 6 years after a playable demo to finish a 2D platformer. What must their parents think? ð
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
@8bitKirby Well if you're willing to spend $450 to only play a few games a year and miss out on all the rest I'm happy for the amount of disposable income you have.
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
Re: Surprise! Nintendo Announces Indie World Showcase For Thursday 7th August 2025

Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
@Ooccoo_Jr There's no such thing as a perfect compromise, and in the current world there's little room for compromise of any kind. Or empathy. Or sympathy. Everyone just wants what they want, even if they're wrong they're right, and nobody else matters. Other people's opinions matter even less. It's a sad state and I don't know how we get past it. Humanity crumbling and GKC both.
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
@Yosher "The only people who benefit from game key cards are developers"
And that's why physical is dead and GKC are here to stay. Until even they go away and it's all just digital.
Sorry, I don't make the rules, just calling it like it is. ðĪ·ââïļ
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
@Yosher " why would anyone want a game key card over a proper physical version? I think game key cards really should just be a thing of the past"
You do realize you are thinking about this backwards, right? GKC aren't a thing of the past, they are the future. Proper physical versions are a thing of the past. GKC are for people who like to buy physical things in stores, like grandparents as gifts, but they really only buying digital.
Physical is already dead. Look at Steam. Or Apple or Android. GKC aren't replacing physical, they're codes in a box, only the box is now transferable. Physical is dead.
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
Re: Just Like With Switch 1, Nintendo Warns Against Using Switch 2 In Extreme Heat
Re: Rumour: Three Games Were Pulled From Nintendo's Direct Partner Showcase, According To Veteran Games Journalist
Re: PSA: 8BitDo Controllers Require A Firmware Update To Work On Switch 2
Don't have my Switch 2 yet but I just updated the Ultimate 2C bluetooth controller (w/ my 20yo Windows 10 laptop b/c I couldn't find a Linux option) and it updated to version 1.01 date 7/24/2025 using their 8bitdo Firmware updater exe. It's the pink model 80NC.
I'll let ya know how it goes when I get my Switch 2. Hopefully tomorrow .
Yes I know this comment is 2 months later.
Re: Mini Review: Handy Hockey (Switch 2) - Mouse Mode Multiplayer That Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin
@carlos82 Hey thanks. Not as good as split screen as I'm a TV guy but for my kids who play handheld and with their friends that seems like the right way to play across a table. Appreciate it.ð
Re: Mini Review: Handy Hockey (Switch 2) - Mouse Mode Multiplayer That Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin
Re: Mini Review: Handy Hockey (Switch 2) - Mouse Mode Multiplayer That Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@Bigmanfan What time frame, locations and numbers are you looking at?
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@Fiergala Well this entire comments section is a sh1tsh0w so we may as well keep it going. ðĪĢ
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@Bigmanfan " So realistically worldwide it's probably at least a million above where it was on June 30th."
Which is why I based my math on 1 million per month to get to their 15mil number.
"Even being generous and saying 1mil per month over the next 8 months, plus the 6mil, that's 14mil for the fiscal year."
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@DonnieTACO Of course demand is slowing from the launch month to the 2nd month, that's what preorders are for. And also only launching a console after you have 3million already in stock. That has absolutely nothing to do with how many they can manufacture though. Trying to correlate the 2 makes no sense.
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@Fiergala If you can find me defending 256GB of storage I'd be surprised to see it. Keep looking though.
Re: Nintendo Switch Console & Accessory Prices Are Going Up In The US
@nessisonett "Nintendo want the PS2âs record and a price increase is not how you increase sales."
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@Haruki_NLI " How's that for some basic mathematics?"
That was your mic drop moment, you should have walked away while you could. Comments are extra trolley today for some basic numbers announcement. ðĪ·ââïļ
Re: Switch 2 Has Sold "More Than 6 Million" Units, And Almost As Many Copies Of Mario Kart World
@lyle_catcliffe @westman98 Switch 2 sold 5.8mil by June 30th.
@Supadav03 " if supply can keep up."
Finally. Bingo. And all that. ð
Re: Reaction: Switch 2 Needed A Partner Showcase With Pep; This Wasn't It
"If we were a year or two into the new console's life, I think this'd be a pretty solid Direct. Not earth-shattering, but a nice little cherry on top of the foundation already built. But we're not. We're not even two months in. So it's hard not to feel a little deflated."
This is 1 of the best paragraphs I've read on this site in 17 years. It's accurate and it's honest. ð
Re: Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase July 2025: Every Announcement, Game Reveal, Trailer
@electrolite77 "is that it?"
Re: Gulikit's 'Elves 2' Is The First Third-Party Pad With Switch 2 'Wake-Up' Support

Re: Plants Vs Zombies: Replanted Coming To Switch 1 & 2 This October
This was such a great game, played it so many times, don't think I need another go. Maybe I'd spend the time if twas included in a paid subscription service but buying it yet again probably isn't going to happen.
Maybe if the included the original Michael Jackson dancers I'd do them the courtesy, but it's been so long EA may kit even know they were originally in there.
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
Re: Switch 2 Launch Helps Boost US Video Game Spending To Record June High
@thehoppypoppy You're welcome. And good luck. ð
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
@StewdaMegaManNerd I'm still looking for the cameras I have somewhere around the house. I moved all the desks around 2 years ago and don't know where I put them. If I can't find them or they don't work I have a $20 one saved on Amazon that I read works.
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
Re: Nintendo's Official Camera "Attach Rate" With Switch 2 Revealed For US
I was just looking at cameras on Amazon. There are lists on reddit that get copied to places like the Verge and Cnet. A lot of them work and a lot don't. There was one on sale for $10. I have 1 laying around the house that I need to look for. No way would I pay $50. $20 is my ceiling for a 1080p webcam.
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
@Darthmoogle I agree w/ all of that. I don't do Kickstarter but I have 2 college age kids into D&D and other assorted board games. We gave a basement full of board games and some of them ain't cheap. Half a dozen Monopoly games. D&D books are the worst though.ðĪ
Re: Switch 2 Launch Helps Boost US Video Game Spending To Record June High
@thehoppypoppy I spent awhile yesterday looking at Switch 2 stock. Best Buy had order online pick up in store in an hour in most locations near me, NYC suburbs. Target also had them in stock for shipping.
If you're just going into stores at random I can imagine it's still going to be awhile. Amazon has an "invitation" system which I signed up for a few days ago but still haven't been invited. I signed up with Nintendo pre-orders and they emailed me a couple of weeks ago.
So stock is flowing into the US about every few days but sitting on a store shelf could still be awhile.
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
@ShieldHero "you're right, upgrade pack is $20"
Thanks, just checked the eShop website as well.
This dlc is $20 though so...ðĪ·ââïļ
Re: Review: Super Mario Party Jamboree - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV - A Fantastic Addition To An All-Time Party Game
Re: Prominent YouTuber Doubles Down On Belief That A Nintendo Direct Is Due This Month
