I plan to get the game on release for my brand new Switch 2, but I will most likely play the game using the original Japanese VA only.

@Jack_Goetz I'm from the Netherlands and I ordered it from Nedgame.nl. a Dutch based videogame store. They import physical copies from the U S. Or Japan sometimes. My copy is originally from the U.S. I don't know where you live but you could see if they ship to your country.

I'm still playing through Xenoblade Chronicles X and hope to finish chapter 11 this weekend. I managed to scoop up a physical copy of The Hundred Line and I would like to get that started before Switch 2 comes out. Let's see how far we get.

@Jack_Goetz I had the same thing, but have now opted for the digital version anyway.

I'm downloading it right now to support them. Would you recommend playing this game in English or Japanese VA? Typically I play JRPGS in Japanese, but make exceptions when the VA is done really well, like in FE Three Houses or XCX.

Aaah I was waiting for this one! So happy to see it make a return! I will definitely try to do both playthroughs before Switch 2 launches with soon yet another Fire Emblem game through the Gamecube service.

@Rhaoulos I didn't know they weren't respectful to shrines in the game. That dissappoints me since Ubisoft is so big on inclusivity.

@PikminMarioKirby Why wouldn't they? It's still an incredibly popular franchise.

This weekend I'll simply be continuing my playthrough of Xenoblade Chronicles X. I am almost undertaking chapter 5. Will I finally make it to the Skells this weekend, who knows? All I know is that I'm loving this slow burn approach I've been doing and I'm fine with wherever the game takes me.

I am so excited to see this one return! Would love to play it on Switch

I would love to see remasters of Metroid Prime 2 and/or 3 make an appearance. A release date for Demon School would be fantastic, that's been on my wishlist since the first trailer! A Fire Emblem remaster or remake would also be very welcome. We haven't heard anything of the Franchise since Engage, and I'm getting anxious.

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw another Mario Sports game as the one completely new game.

@contractcooker Great and painful question. Because I'm a victim of FOMO and it is only fixed when I own the game myself. I also mostly buy physical only.

I bought both the AC Shadows and Xenoblade, started Xenoblade first and will play AC Shadows after a few months. I am happy both games are doing well. It's good for the industry when diverse games find an audience.

I was thinking they would release to celebrate the anniversary of New Horizons, but since that has now passed...

Having finished TLoZ Echoes of Wisdom on Tuesday, now it's time to continue my playthrough of Eiyuden Chronicle, so my backlog run of unfinished games continues. I'm actually further into the game than I remembered, currently in Norristar. Hope to finish it before Xenoblade Chronicles X releases.

I'm currently finishing the game through GamePass on Xbox and I'm loving it there. It's leaving GamePass in April so, if I finish it in time I might give the DLC a shot too, since they are quite short.

@SpinEnDash I was thinking the same thing haha, I'll probably test it out just to see it. But I doubt it will keep me away from The Great Fairy Fountain theme from Zelda for long.

@AlonditeFE Yes I totally agree and want the same thing. I'm sorry to say, but Engage left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I'm hoping for something quite different than that as well.

A Radiant Dawn/Path of Radiance remake or remaster combo pack would be devoured by me without hesitation.

Let's hope Nintendo has any of this ready for an announcement. We all know they started development on a new FE game immediately after Engage. They must have, right?!

I want a new good Fire Emblem game, like Three Houses. Outside of Animal Crossing that is my most played game by far.

Having finished Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Future Redeemed makes that I am now totally ready for XCX to release on Switch. It also gave me room to tackle another game that's been sitting unfinished on my backlog for too long: TLoZ Echoes of Wisdom. I picked it up again last night and immediately finished the 3rd dungeon. Making Hyrule rift free will be on my agenda for this weekend.

This weekend I'll be continuing my playthrough of XC 3 Future Redeemed. It has got me hooked completely and seeing all these old characters is heartwarming. The music is also one of the best I've heard in a jrpg. Hope I get to finish it before XC X comes out.

Last weekend I finally managed to finish Emio and that ending was totally worth it! To make the wait for Xenoblade Chronicles X more bareable, I've decided to finally start playing the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 DLC: Future Redeemed. I'm already hooked and can't wait till I've seen every Bunnit and Armu there is about this game. Happy gaming everyone!

Emio has finally got me hooked again last weekend. I'm now at the final chapter so, I will definitely finish that this weekend. When that's done I will continue playing Metaphor on PS5. Looking forward to it all.

@NintendoWife Yeah that's the one haha! I really kept on waiting for a juicy clue but felt kind of left with one single breadcrumb after like 40 minutes of dialogue. Here's hoping chapter 6 is going to give me a bit more sense of progression.

I am happy Nintendo chose to continue the series, but they could bring the pacing a bit more in line with modern storytelling.

I'm still working on my playthrough of Metaphor on PS5, that game is amazing and my GOTY, but it is massive as well! All these goty lists have gotten me back into Balatro on Switch and I have continued Emio. I'm now at chapter 5 and really need some twists to keep me hooked this time, so I'm hoping for that this weekend.

The same also works for updates. I've been consistently playing since launch, the only downside (if you can call it that) is that we can't purchase anything. No microtransactions for us.

I'm beyond excited for this game! I loved the main game so much. Was probably among my goty contenders for 2022

@N00BiSH I own and use a Flip 5 currently. I've had it for over a year now and am still very satisfied with it. It folds neatly, so there is no dirt or dust that can gather on the screen. I would get a Flip phone again.

Bond being on there gives me hope they are going to bring that to the west still. That game sounded so interesting.

Currently it's only Metaphor ReFantazio on PS5 for me. It has completely absorbed me. Wishing I get drawn back to Hyrule to continue my playthrough of Echoes of Wisdom, but it will probably just be more of Metaphor this weekend. Happe gaming everyone!

This weekend I will be playing a certain niche game about a princess saving her kingdom, you probably haven't heard of it.

I won't have much time to play in between other plans, but I hope to get past the Gerudo desert and into Jabul's Waters by the end of this weekend. If I can put Zelda down, maybe I'll also unveil another chapter of Emio. Happy gaming everyone!

It's been a while since I had the weekend to game. I've been going through a sudden and rough break-up after a 7 years relationship, and I'm now finally starting to find the mental space again to game without my thoughts trailing off every other minute.

I only want to play story heavy games, so I have booted up Emio for the first time and am really liking the aesthetic so far! Excited to see how it all unfolds. Happy gaming everyone!
