This has been one of my favorit games to come out of the PS5 generation so far, so it would be a great addition for the Switch 2 collection and I might just double dip if it's a version that includes all of the added content and DLC

While the North American cover is more striking at first, it becomes too messy quickly, and so, I actually enjoy Japan's cover's play on the stereoscopic 3D and the red visor you'll use to play this game more. To me, it successfully achieves the illusion that you will become the pilot that occupies the entire front of the package.

I am very excited for this launch. I have never been able to play any of these games and the 2 unreleased games are the most delicious cherries on top

@Solid_Python ah, thanks! Yeah, 0 has also been on my list to play since the Switch 2 edition. I really want to give this series a shot, so I just might give in sooner rather than later and work my way up to 3

@Tyranexx I had no idea you could spend so many hours in Ace Attorney Investigations. Is it truly such a meaty game or have you revisited it? Genuinely curious, I haven't played it yet but I would like to.

It's nice to see Metroid Prime 4 make the jump from 39 to 31. Not remotely a bestseller this week, but still a lot better than falling out of the top 40

YES, I never finished this when I was younger but it turned me into an FE fan. I can't wait to play this! It's a little unfortunate that finals are coming up, but I will find the time. Still very excited!

@Rooty most my gamer friends are saying the same thing. Just me and 2 others have made the leap day 1 or soon after. All my other friends are waiting for the new exclusive Animal Crossing, Zelda or Smash.

I have seen some online requests for a Spanish language option. So, in terms of accessibility to a wider audience, this would certainly fit the bill.

I've got HDR automatically turned and have found the game's colors to seem kind of washed out. Is there anyone who's had experience with the game and played it with and without HDR? Which do you prefer and is it worth turning the HDR off for?

I got both and will get the others as well since I'm a huge fan of Amiibo in general. I do wish they had a bit more in-game functionalities than just the Smash feature. They are, however, absolutely stunning out of the box and have a nice weight to them.

Ah, this is perfect. I haven't gotten around to buying this yet, but I really enjoyed The Hundred Line and am again ready for a similar kind of game.

I'm expecting mine today as well. I love these photos, especially a fan of the tire tracks in the sand. It's like she pulled up specifically to be immortalized like this.

So far, I have bought Fantasy Life i, Dragon Quest I & II and Raido Remastered. I am very content with the 3rd Party line-up for my favorite genres. Just less Game Key Cards would be nice.

My most anticipated third-party games are Dragon Quest VII Reimagined and Monster Hunter Stories 3. I absolutely cannot wait for those releases. It will be a great start to the new year.

@MirrorFate2 I don't think a faithful remake is what they are going for, those already exist. It is called Reimagined after all and these new endings emphasize they are taking more freedom with the source material as well.

I am probably one of the few that like the current schedule. I'm looking forward to the new releases that appear roughly every Tuesday. It's a nice addition to their usual news, games and MyNintendo releases every Thursday.

I use the app quite frequently to work, study or work-out, especially the curated playlists or prolonged songs are ideal for a focussed session.

I agree with @Pillowpants. It would be nice to be able to listen to or explore all the work from one composer. I hope this feature is still one to come in the future.

I'm playing through Calamity with a friend since the Switch 2 update. We're about two-thirds in, so we'll finish that first before I'll get Imprisonment. But we're sure to play through it at some point in the near future.

@the_beaver I'm also from Europe and got mine from Japan. It's not even a GKC. It's playable in the same languages as the digital European one, just the boxart is in Japanese. So, if you can afford shipping, it might be worth a shot.

@Bats1234 ah fair point! It would be very wise of Nintendo to release a budget version of the console, like the handheld-only Lite last generation, to coincide with the release of Pokemon. The Switch 2 is not cheap, and many casual Pokemon fans might be put off by its price if all they want to do is play the new Pokemon game.

I have friends waiting for limited editions of the console before dipping in this generation. They would like a Pokemon, AC or Smash version of the console.

it is interesting seeing Digimon Story: Time Stranger move up a spot instead of down.

This week's Pokemon release will definitely mix things up in the next report, especially with the Switch 2 bundle included. It will be interesting to see the split between the two consoles for that game.

With Final Fantasy Tactics coming out soon, I think I'll hold off on this one until it is on sale.

I'm always down for more Fire Emblem, but knowing my track record with mobile games, this won't be enjoyed for too long.

Ah, I didn't catch that the new amiibos were of a signicantly larger size than regular Mario amiibo. Now the price is starting to make more sense. €30 sounds fair to me now. I will add them to my collection and Galaxy 2 seperately

Wait, so Final Fantasy Tactics is a Code in a box? I missed this completely and just pre-ordered a "physical" copy of the Switch 2 game.

So, do I understand correctly that I should get the Switch 1 version instead and will be able to upgrade it on my Switch 2 to that respective version, free of charge?

I got this case and I think it's just perfect. I was happy with the price in €, I'm sad to see so many of you having to fork over much more for these products. They are in no way worth that much

Does the Yakuza 0 Directo'rs Cut Edition only have a Switch 2 version? I don't see any platform split data.

I'm actually so glad I caved and pre-ordered a Pro Controller 2. The upgrade and premium feel is noticable the moment you hold it in your hands. It has a nice heaviness to it, feels soft and slick and the buttons have a very satisfying click to them. I own 3 of the original Pro Controllers, they are my most used controllers (I never used the Joy Cons accept when necessary) and I never had any issues with them.

Last night I started my playthrough of The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy. Is it smart to start a huge new game this close to a new console launch? Probably not, but I'm doing it anyway because I felt like it.
Elsewhere I'll be continuing my obsession with Expedition 33.

Having finished Chapter 12 of Xenoblade Chrobicles X and seen the credits roll made me feel kind of burned out on the game. I think I will treat chapter 13 as DLC and hold off playing it until I have renewed motivation.
In feeling so I have tried a new game through GamePass after hearing so much about it: Clair Obscur. And it has immediately sunk its french hooks in me. I can't get the song out of my head. So, that will be a large chunk of my weekend. Tonight I'm meeting with friends and that often means Mario Party is a given.
