Just beat Bakeru on Switch half an hour ago. Debating on wether to continue Jedi: Survivor on Ps5 or wether to start Sea of Stars on the Switch.

From what I understand FF6 amounts to about half of the Pixel Remaster sales.
Still impressive as that means each one sold about 830k on average and even if FF6 is half the sales it’s still about 500k per entry between 1 to 5.

I just beat Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii on Ps5, close to the platinum too as I only have a handful of things left like 3 more crewmates, beat amon, donthe minatonsubstories and complete the baseball minigame.

Besides that I started playing Bakeru on my Switch which I’m thoroughly enjoying at the moment.
The plan is to start either Sea of Stars or Star Wars: Jedi Survivor after.

Think like how both 2d and 3d zelda and mario are mainline and how both the metroidvania and prime metroids are mainline.

Legends co-exists as a second type of mainline series alongside the traditional entries (this has been confirmed by TPC and GameFreak)

@wanghosom like Pushsquare mentioned. Digital Ps5 sales have taken off tremendously since in Japan.
It’s also kinda an unfair comparison when the ps5 is nowhere near as popular as the switch in Japan.

While they’re not credited as such by Sega RGG is also and has always been (since before they where called RGG) the developer of Monkey Ball (since the arcade original).
And they’re supposedly also developing Virtua Fighter 6.

Been there since day 1, bought 253 physical games and a good 70 digital games, it’s my most played console alongside my ps5.

I’ll be there day 1 for Switch 2 again, it was my best purchase and the OLED made it even better.

@TCKuma the ps3 original is amazing. It’s sad the remaster is a broken buggy mess that didn’t bother with licensing the old soundtrack and had the developers straight up block Gunn and Suda from any involvement when they offered to help out with licensing the music to maintain the original experience.

Good that they’re opening local subsidiaries but then why close Nintendo of Benelux and fuse them into Nintendo of France and Nintendo of Germany?

My guess is still €350 to stay competitive

@JimNorman I assume you meant the PSP original? PC version is a port of the PSP game. The sky trilogy was a psp exclusive inititially.

From what I understand DK64 is hell to emulate due to a slowdown bug that makes mandatory minigames incompletable which is present in basically all emulators, both official and unlicensed.

@olliemar28 this isn’t a pokemon knock off. It’s a knock off of the viral steam hit TCG Card Shop Simulator which is an actual great game. Ps5 has had issues with both Card Shop Sim knock offs and Supermarket Sim knockoffs lately a lot too.

It’s time the official products make the jump to psn and the eshop.

@IronMan30 my guess is an FPS boost system like ps5 and XSX have and the ability to run games in their docked performance while portable.

@Savage_Joe they already returned to Dragon Engine for Gaiden and 8 and said they’re never returning to UE due to bad experience.
Although saying they returned to DE is a bit deceptive. It’s basically Dragon Engine 2 which is why Gaiden and 8 run much better.

If pacing issues is such a big con I expect NintendoLife to review this entire franchise low sadly.

I’ve played all games including stuff like FotNS: Lost Paradise and Judgment and these games just constantly interrupt you with cutscenes, side stuff and more. I don’t think that’s a bad thing honestly.

Beat Mr Mosquito and Secret Agent Clank on Ps5 last week, including the platinum for Mosquito. Also beat Mega Man III on Switch/NSO.

Currently playing The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice.

The plan is to start something for spooky month after. Maybe the original Ps2 Silent Hill 2 Director’s Cut or Luigi’s Mansion 3 on Switch.

@Anti-Matter shouldn’t you avoid it because Looney Tunes consistently crosses over with 18+ franchises?
The last movie for example had Rick & Morty, A Clockwork Orange and IT/Pennywise.
And it the shows they’ve crossed over with DC Comics and horror characters.

I doubt Sony would greenlight a sequel. I’m already surprised they allowed Bamco to publish a remaster and bring it to Switch.

@IceClimbersMain there is a physical with everything on the cartridge except for this update. Released late last year that’s €40 and often on sale for €20<.
Highly doubt they’re gonna do another one.

@DripDropCop146 switch is missing 3 mainline games, not 2.
There’s 2 mainline games that bear the number 2, technically P3, 4 and 5 are actually 4, 5 and 6.

The concept art for MvC2 is some of my favorite.
It’s the main reason I still sometimes start the ps2 version despite my main way to play being Dreamcast.
Well soon I’ll have the best of both worlds on switch and ps4.

@Cronodoug it isn’t rare at all on ps3 and 360. Just ridiculously expensive which says nothing about rarity.

Otherwise Pokemon emerald, a game selling 10m+ copies, would be crazy rare.

SNES was considered retro when it was barely 10 years old.
DS, Psp, Ps3, wii and X360 are all between 18 and 20 years old and yet people hold stand fast they’re not retro yet.

Just weird. They’re very much retro to me.

This is funny because delta’s logo is the letter delta and adobe’s logo is the letter A written like the letter delta.
