People originally said the NSO overview trailer was a test build likely with every ROM included but if the 5 leaked games in that trailer are actually coming I’ll be really happy (well 4 now since 1 happened)
Excited for DK64 and Rayman 2 in particular.
Hope Rayman 2 means we’ll see the GB and GBA Rayman games like on 3ds and WiiU

I just want to know what Ace Attorney Apollo Justice Trilogy and Ace Attorney Investigations Collection sold since the former launched in early 2024.
We haven’t had an update on those 2 since the first month sales of AA AJ T and the closest we got to one was the franchise as a whole selling over 1 million copies between late 2023 and late 2024.

I use Nintendo Music daily although I wish NM would’ve been integrated with Spotify.
I don’t think we’ll see thes OSTs for a good while sadly.

I’m currently playing through Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice on the Switch 2 alongside the new Fortnite season which is incredibly fun.

Beyond that I bought some indie games during the eShop Summer Sale.

Hopefully we’ll get the mordor duology on Switch 2.

@MasterGraveheart this didn’t happen when Sony invested in Epic Games stakes, neither in From Software stakes and in case of Square Enix stakes the exclusivity happened because Sony paid for partial development in the FF7R trilogy.

This won’t happen with Bandai either unless Sony outright buys exclusivity for a game which would’ve happened regardless of being a stake owner.

@9_10DOH64 he meant this is only DK’s second 3D platformer ever after years of exclusively 2D platformers and spin offs. We’re in no desperate need of a DKC6 atm and it’s only fair we got Bananza, a new 3D platformer, at the cost of DKC6, if it was at the cost of that game at all.

Perfect 10/10 although I still prefer Odyssey overall.
That ending in DKB was just so perfect. Played 20 hours over 4 days and loved it!

They should atleast let us select regional versions to download. The reason the app is so bloated is because it downloads both the PAL and NTSC versions doubling its size.

This would make sense for something like Luigi’s Mansion where the extra mansion is completely different between regions but not for something like mario strikers where only the languages available differ.

He mentions in the video the input delay on NSO is 7-8 frames, on PC emulation is 4-5 frames and on original hardware is 3-4 frames.
That sounds like a very minimal difference to me TBH.

Edit: Although in the video he does say the emulation is great just not as perfect as it could be

This was known right? I thought Jim Ryan, Herman Hulst and other Sony people have said thos before?
They see the NS1 (and presumably 2) as something Ps4 and Ps5 owners will own alongside their PlayStation IIRC, not instead of.

@N00BiSH Nintendo hasn’t credited music artists in a few games now, didn’t credit the original developers in several of their remakes and remasters and doesn’t credit the musicians for Nintendo Music.
Also according to Nintendo their philosophy is the game soundtracks should speak for themselves, not the talent behind them.

Nope but I also don’t mind light wear and tear. Means the console was used well throughout its life (and I’m very careful with my devices).
