@BaldB3lper78 you’re missing the point. The point is this is an extremely lazy cash grab port. The switch 2 can run games better than a ps4 pro yet we got a port worse than the ps3 original.

@Dang_69 what’s wrong with lexar? I can’t find any issues online and my friends that have been using it for 6 months now haven’t had issues either.

Just ordered a 1TB one for my NS2 during a Black Friday sale. Seems like I made the right decision.

@gcunit there is no stand alone NS1 physical however the NS2 physical works on both NS1 and NS2 as both versions are included on the cartridge.

Also @jimnorman this is not a reverse cover. It’s inner box art. A reverse cover requires the logos and spine title. There’s a difference and people often make this mistake calling all inner box art “reverseable covers”

People often confuse “least” and “worst” to automatically mean “bad” when it honestly doesn’t.

@dmcc0 they can’t lock Japanese language options. If the Japanese rom supports English it will be playable in English even on region locked consoles.

NGL it’s rough when only 1 game out of a 1.000+ game library can reach a userscore of 9.0 or above and when majority of the top 50 hangs in the 7.0 range.

The game has lip syncing. It should have voice acting. Even if we go by the “the quality is bad because TPC has strict merchandise deadlines” argument Voice Acting is something they can do alongside development of the game.

I’m playing my first ever Resident Evil with Resident Evil 4 on the Switch 2, also still playing Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter.

@BrewsterTea the $60 set is an Eevee, the $200 set is a pikachu with a pokeball, the $650 set is the kanto starters. But we’re getting 20 regular and 8 promotional Pokemon sets throughout 2026 so I bet one of the promo sets will be a ball.

@EarthboundBenjy the term metroidvania actually specifically comes from Castlevania Symphony of the Night and Super Metroid. It didn’t exist yet after SM itself.
People tend to call the Metroid inspired ones Metroidvanias and the SotN inspired ones Igavanias in reference to Igarashi.
