Yeah, I've noticed the negativity lately. Nintendo just need to release a white Switch 2 and a sequel to ARMS (please Nintendo) next year so he'll change his stance. 😅 He's cool btw and made some awesome ARMS arts/drawings in here back then.

So it's not all on cartridge? I'll wait when I can get it for less than 50 bucks then. I'm in no hurry to play it anyway.

I agree. The game is basically Kirby Smash Kart Bros. Even the animations.

I'll wait for Amazon or GameStop to discount these to 30, then I'll buy. I bought the TotK champions full price then GameStop and Amazon ended up discounting them a month later.

Just give us Metroid Prime Trilogy Switch 2 version all on cart.

There's really no point on getting the ZA bundle for me. Get the Mario Kart World bundle instead as it more makes sense as digital. The game will be constantly updated down the line with balancing, more DLCs and new characters, and probably more tracks. And it's a game most people will probably play in the long run especially when friends or families come to visit.

I couldn't cancel my pre-order last week since Nintendo already processed it a week early. I'll just try to cancel the delivery from the courier instead.

New release at full or slightly discounted price? About 2-4 a year.

Heavily discounted games (digital or physical but new/sealed)? About 12 a year. I rarely buy used as the price difference is only about 10% where I live or I just couldn't trust the sellers.

I'll double dip if it's a good port. Just add gyro/mouse aiming controls please.

I got the MKW Switch 2 bundle for 485. So it's worth like 15 bucks. It's not that great, I still prefer MK8 Deluxe. Maybe they'll improve it down the line.

The sooner they focus on Switch 2, the better in the long run. I'm looking at you PS4 to PS5.

That said, they should do digital release, Game Key Card release(to keep the cost down or in line with digital), and limited edition full game on cart release so everybody is happy.

Nah, I'm not getting any Capcom-produced amiibos since those Japan-only release Monster Hunter ones. I'm not into Monster Hunter and I couldn't complete the collection anyway without importing or paying absurd eBay prices. I think I have everything else except Silver Mario.

This is one of those games that I'd prefer them to be Game Key Cards (or digital). Multiplayer games that keeps being tweaked, updated, and have tons of DLCs. They won't be the same by the time all updates and DLCs has been released. At least, I can re-sell or give them to someone later on.

Don't they return after a while when there's an event? It adds to the fun in participating. Putting them there permanently makes you ignore most of them in the long run when there's ton of them.

Not interested in this unless it'll be included on NSO subscription like theMK8D/AC/Splatoon expansions.

Since this is not a limited run, I'll just wait when I can get the physical version for no more than 50. I think 3D All-stars was like 40.

Probably cheaper in Europe like 40€. Virtual Boy is only 80€ while US is $100. I'll wait for the Kirby amiibos to get cheaper though as I don't really like them. Metroid and Mario Galaxy amiibos are day one!

It's an Ubisoft game, and I'm not in hurry to play it. So I'll just wait for it and get the key card version when it's 20 bucks, maybe 30.

I still can't find my Hollow Knight cartridge I bought 4 years ago. I need to finish it first before buying Silksong.

I'm hoping they'd release a physical Switch 2 version with both HK and Silksong so I'll just double dip.

This is not Splatoon on the Wii U nor ARMS on the Switch that I was hoping for the Switch 2.

It's very easy to create an account. I can make one in 5 minutes. Create email and a Nintendo account.

It's not that easy to return a console. It surely won't take 5 minutes. Or sell them in the second hand market without consequences. If someone has bought a bricked console, that's the risk the buyer is going to take.

This Direct.. changed everything. I'm excited to play it as soon as I get a Switch 2.

Do the cartridges work on Switch 1 consoles?

Fast RMX was in my wishlist since Switch 1 launched. Time flies and I still haven't bought it. Now we have Fast Fusion on Switch 2. 😅

I told myself on Switch 1's launch day that I'll buy Fast RMX someday. Fast forward and now the Switch 2 has launched and it's still on my wishlist. I'll probably do the same on Fast Fusion. 😂

Same, I already ditched Disney+. I subscribed like for only the first 3 years. The price keeps going up! It was 50/60€ then 90€. I quit when it became 120€. Now it's 140€ lol.

I may subscribe for just one month this year just to watch Daredevil Born Again and Andor Season 2. I'm just waiting for another show to watch or movies I skipped on the cinema. I still have Netflix just because I subscribed from my country of origin and the premium sub only cost half.

Ugh, It's been a while and tried to watch YouTube on TV yesterday. There's a 90-minute ad already!? I was doing some chores while listening/watching a documentary. Then boom! I have to stop what I'm doing to skip it (instead of waiting a 90-second ad to just play out) just because I got a 90-min ad on Loki on Disney plus. SMH

That's why it's better to just get it digitally on the bundle unless you plan to sell it later. We all know these type of games will get eventual updates. I usually just buy physical single player games that are just "complete editions" that I intend to keep.

Not getting a Pro Controller yet. I have all the LE Switch 1 Pro controllers that will work on Switch 2. I'll just wait for the next Switch 2 limited edition controller.

I'll just probably get the GC controller for now.

For the most fun, unique with a Nintendo twist, and my most played multiplayer online games:

The Wii U gave me Splatoon.
The Switch gave me ARMS.
I wonder what the Switch 2 will give me/us this time.

Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart Deluxe were just my 2nd most played online multiplayer games. Mario Kart World would probably be the same. And I'm not really into Smash Bros even though I tried to like it.

Then I'll just buy it digitally... when its 75% off.

I'll wait for the Switch 2 version.

Nah, they are based on existing art/designs, animals or mythological creatures. Palworlds' designs were just body parts "swaps" from existing pokemons.

Can you still pair it and use it using USB cable through joycon charging grip @NintendoLife?

But Nintendo couldn't charge them with plagiarism for some reason. It was pointed out on earlier articles/discussions. But you can't deny the blatant similarities on the designs.

Again, I think Nintendo is striking back where they can sue Pocketpair, even in if it seems ridiculous. The Nintendo legal team thinks so.

I think it's the blatant character design similarities where Nintendo drew the line. But they can't sue them for that so they'd go somewhere else where they can sue PocketPair even if it seems ridiculous. So I think it's not about the game mechanics at all, but the character designs.

In my opinion, I think Nintendo doesn't care if you copy their gameplay or game mechanic. But if you blatantly copy their (pokemon) designs just interchanging some parts from one to another to avoid infringement, they'd go further and sue you where they can (on the game mechanic in this case) just to take down your game.

I bought the 1st one (limited edition) but it went straight to my backlog. 😅 I'm not in a hurry to get this one on Switch 2 unless I can find a good deal.

PS5 AAA games were already 80€ here in Europe. And those are regular editions. I recently got a PS5 last year, so I was looking into PS5 games in the past 6 months. I'm only buying those 50€ or less who goes on sale.

Why, because they're against Nintendo? They effed up. Doesn't have anything to do what they're selling (which is why they are assuring their customers) as this has nothing to do with what they violated (revealing Switch designs prior).

At this point, I'll just wait for the PS6 version on 2027/2028. Or if there will be a Switch 2 "Pro".
