Nintendo life loves one thing more than everything: Hidden Sponsorship.
Anyway, who is on retro game gadgets for long time already saw this great totally not sponsor idea fail 3 or 4 times.
Also, devices nowadays have bluetooth conection, if you love a certain layout, just buy a bluetooth controller with that layout... China have many cheap options (maybe they are cheap just because they not spend money paying jounalists)
Scarlet and Violet features the most soulless sound track of all pokemon games (and the worst ost overall). But people love Tobby Fox, then pretend it's good.
So it will be half page for generations 1 to 3 1 page for the forth generation 10 pages for the fifth 200 for the gamecube (and like 4 for the rest of generation) 10 for the rest of consoles 4000 pages for the polymega
@nessisonett the dev team voted against the far right candidate. The PC version when released (before our elections) even had people wearing the brazilian football team jersey as enemies (and sadly that is the current symbol of the far right militancy).
I don't know if this was changed, but there is not picture on this article showing that.
@-wc- dumping the console keys is not illegal. It's illegal to share, and emulators don't even turn on without it.
It's Nintendo's code, therefore using it is illegal unless you dumped yourself, in that case you need to have a piracy enable switch anyway. So switch emulators are 100% illegal to anyone without a proper switch.
Also, as each key is unique, you can't get from internet legally even if you own a switch.
I'm not against piracy BTW, I'm against this ultra-capitalistic copyright law.
Emulation indeed is not illegal in most places (in some are). But Nintendo Switch emulation is always piracy for non switch owners.
Why? Just because no switch emulator available work without console keys, those were not reverse engineered nor cracked. So you are required to have a switch to dump those keys, or you are a pirate, even if you're running homebrew software or software that you actually own.
(not that I believe that piracy is any bad, It's quite the opposite to be honest. Software should not have this extreme law protection IMO).
If you do the 8F glitch on blue or red, or the ws# glitch on yellow, you do get pass all checks because you trick pkm bank to think that it is a distributed mew. It do not make sense on 3DS, but bank still considered it legitimate and you can bring it all the way to the Nintendo Switch, and even use on competitions (don't make sense, as mew is not competitive, but you still can).
For those interested in, I recommend doing this mew glitch on yellow (ws# #m# is the full name), as it is way easier.

@RupeeClock Hey! I remember you! You were the guy that called the AV Famicom by the name of "top loader"! Good to see that today you did your research. And as you said right, the Super Gameboy 2 is more accurate, your research failed when you missed the part that people don't like most on the Super Gameboy that is not the clockspeed but the aspect ratio.
The gameboy player on other hand is flawless, maybe your favorite youtuber or tiktoker said otherwise to harvest clicks, but it is flawless. GBI generates a sharper look, but it is obvious that Nintendo did not went on that route because was developing a software for CRTs and not for digital-out-hdmi-plus-upscaler-plus-elgato-pluswhatever. If you don't have all that junk plugged on your gamecube you will never ever notice a GBI superiority (specially for the OG gameboy games).
the game is awesome, but the later part becomes very veeery boring, so boring that you do just to honor the awesome moments you had hours before in the early and mid game.
come on, the soundtrack is awful, super tedious. It's fine if people do love the composer, but this OST is not automatically good just because some famous guy was involved.
@RupeeClock top loader? This is for murica. The name is AV Famicom, and anyone into retro games are familiar with it. It's the most sought after console on the famicom/nes line. It has the AV out and it's 60 pins.
In this day and age, the starter choice is almost meaningless, as 1 second after you choice you can turn on the internet and find millions of newly hatched starters being traded off
no pokemon is amazing thus far, but none are as dumb as the pink fat things from gen 1 or some as dumb as the weirdos from gen 5 (the icecream line, the things that holds lighting posts, the stone that looks like the exit of the digestive system).
@RubyCarbuncle eevee is another one that it is extremely overrated and appears every where. The charmander line, the mews and gengar are other examples.
It is always about gen 1, and the same ones inside gen 1.
Not that Hori is wrong, they need to print their stuff with what will make them more money, but those I said are so repetitive that its gotten boring already. 20 years ago, eevee, pikachu, charmander, etc were already boring clichés.
@BiscuitCrumbsInMyBed I disagree. New Super Mario Bros U is a blast. Amazing level design, full of hidden paths, collectibles gaming modes. The special world and the van gogh levels are simply masterpieces.
If you play the deluxe version on switch, you will get 20+ hours to see everything, it's amazing for a 2D platformer.
@Axecon IDK but the rights to Lord of Rings will expire in half of the world in 2023, that half includes giants like China and Canada. The other half will expire by 2033, so games will popup left and right very soon and there is nothing that the copyright owners can do about it.
