Re: Review: Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (Switch 2) - A Big, Bold Reimagining, And A First-Class Port

Nice Nice.

For those who enjoy this, just wait till Rebirth.

They refined and improved an already awesome game with improvements and new additions.

And Rebirth is a CHUNKY game if you want to 100%, meaning this first part which is already good value as it is for the price, Rebirth is even more value!

This is the nice mac n cheese entree to the amazing big loaded burrito main meal!

Re: Video: Nintendo Highlights Enhanced Switch Games On Switch 2

I kinda wish they would also highlight (or otherwise 3rd party companies) games that run better on S2 even without a patch / version.

Like one good example is the first Mario Rabbids Game. It was using double buffer v-sync and was 30fps pre much entire time (except menus?) but on S2? Locked 60fps afaik.

I still don't get the issue with Tokyo Xanadu Ex+

People claim they have troubles but ppl like me didn't. This was before the first bunch of compat updates.

I even made a video way early into S2 release showing the game being locked 60fps on S2 so yeah. One guy even commented on the video saying his game wasn't booting.

Re: Random: New Video Highlights 120FPS Gameplay On Modded Switch

@Ham-n-jam I could be wrong but even if the video is squashed down to 60 fps from 120 fps, it would still look slightly smoother on youtube then a native 60 fps video of the same footage.

Once I upgraded my PC I was able to record game clips in 120fps which is what I use to down convert down to 60fps after trimming the video / making montage, so it at least looks a bit smoother despite being 60fps.

It's kinda like if you have 4k gameplay and then recorded the exact same clip at 1080p, the 4k one would still look nicer if converted down to 1080p at a good bitrate.
