@CammyUnofficial the games come out in a random order in the main character's (Adol Christin) timeline so you can kinda start anywhere inc this one too.

Some games set later in the world will have references or characters from earlier show up. Also its neat to have something like Ys 9 being the oldest we've seen Adol so far (24 years old) then Ys X goes back to just after the first 2 games and Adol is 17 (and his companion / best friend looks so young too)

Btw for those who have it, clear every difficulty on Time Attack mode (you have to clear em each seperately, and you can only go up to as hard as the highest difficulty you finished the game in) for a REALLY NEATO BONUSES for Ys fans!

There's a cheat code for essentially near god mode if anyone is having trouble I can give it.

Switch 2 is the world's worst kept secret.

Most days is a leak or reveal of some sorts from a 3rd party or something but Nintendo seems to have their lips sealed and hands tied behind their back when it comes to actually announcing it.

And also, at least this is more fair then Atlus.

This is basically a big chunk of the game you can stream until you get to the ending / post-game stuff, which only has a limit of 30 days.

Then you have something like Atlus which are like "you can only stream the first few hours / few chapters of the game, and this limit expires in 3-5 years"

Cause IIRC the game has new content and features, so they likely also applies to the ending / post game, so maybe it's something neat they changed and added that they want people to discover for themselves rather then watching someone else do it.
