I can't agree more with the article. I had the exact same experience with the game and every Star Wars fan should play this game. Yes it's really good. Hopefully they'll also put AC Shadows on Switch2, I have not played it yet to wait for a Switch2 version.

If I could transfer my save data from my Xbox, then I would buy it again. But if that's not the case, I can't justify to lose over 100hrs of playtime.

Way too much Btw/TotK in this "trailer". I love both games and I love WW, but WW should not be mixed with other games and we need a completely new style for the next main Zelda game.

I'm playing through it right now and it's the best Star Wars game I ever played. The world is so nicely made and there are a lot of easter eggs around. Kay and Nix are cool main characters and the different planets feel way less repetitive than newer AC games. If you are a fan of the original trilogy, than this game is an absolute nostalgia blast. Can't recommend it enough.

Yeah there will be 100% no Switch 2 announcement before Christmas. They will try to push the Switch sales with bundles for the rest of the year and then reveal the Switch 2 in 2025.

I played the demo and thought it looked better than the screenshots and resembles Hyogonosukes art style. But the Shin-Chan game looks way better and feels more like a rural Japan summer vacation. I think I'll wait for a sale and will play this earliest some time next year. There is still the second Shin-Chan game coming out in October and it looks very good.

Yes give me the control right away. A slow opening is not bad and some of my favourites have a slow opening, but I prefer giving instant control and action. Best examples are BotW/TotK, Prime Trilogy, SoulsTrilogy etc.

Could be the small game from Bloober Team. They are doing a Collab with Nintendo on a small budget.

A good beginners Souls-like is Another Crab's Treasure. It's easier than other games in the genre and you even can make it easier by adjusting some options. Highly recommend it.

I still have hope they will make a SNES Edition. Not sure if I'll get this for launch, it depends if there will be content updates or not.

I completed it on Xbox and loved it a lot. Such a good game. Lot of fun dialogs, creative combat and nice world building. Can recommend it.

@solarwolf07 you don't have to start a new file. You can continue to play in your current one. The only exception is a new farm layout. If you want to experience the new layout, you have to start a new file.

The steelbook is looking nice, but I won't get it. I already bought the base game and on the same day ER DLC is launching. I might buy it cheap for my Xbox later on, but I only would buy it for the full price if it would be like SMT4/Apo.

Prime Remastered is so beautiful that it almost looks like it's not running on the Switch. Definitely my choice for best looking game of the year.

For me the worst Pokémon Gen. But I loved the meta game and the autumn area.

Maybe not the best person to talk about this topic. I mean yes RDR won't release on Xbox because it is already playable there through backwards compatibility, but there was no need to release a new GTAV version for the current gen system.

Sea of Stars, Blasphemous 2 and Vampire Survivors are the absolute gems for me in August.

Ruby and Sapphire were the first Pokémon Games that I really loved and the first I have a lot of nostalgia for. I also love tropical settings in video games and thus the third gen is my second favourite of all time.

@Not_Soos the funny thing is that the general Skyward Sword reception got better with every year. So I don't see how Totk can get an even better reception.

Zelda is my favourite game series and Jurassic Park my favourite movie - nice!

Prime Remastered was really good and so much fun, but Totk is in its own league. The game is phenomenal and I'm only half way done. There are still some upcoming games that will be great or damn good (Pikmin4, Starfield, SMBW), but I don't think they top TotK for me.

Started playing this series with SMTIV and since then I love SMT games. IV and IVApo are still my favourite, but V and III are also really good. It's so much fun building a powerful team to fight through the deadly worlds of SMT.

As a big JPU Fan I'm looking forward to those games. Never thought they would come to Switch one day.

I could never choose just one. So I would say the one that comes fastest to my mind: Xenoblade 1 Main Theme.

@Purgatorium good choice. Night in the Woods has not only a really good fall atmosphere, the mood of the game feels also fall-like. Can recommend playing it.

Is Harvest Moon for the SNES still good today or has it aged badly? The screenshots look super beautiful (I love 16bit games) but I'm scared the game has antique gameplay tropes etc.
