But why do they need a 'big idea'? I appreciate Nintendo may not want to take a risk on an old IP but surely even a HD remaster of GX would be the easiest way of testing the waters at a very low cost?
NintendoLife I appreciate news is slow at the moment but is there really need for another article on this topic? That's 3 today and it's not even lunchtime.
They are so out of touch sometimes. If they're not willing to make more titles then Nintendo at least need to make their back catalogue more easily accessible e.g. N64, GameCube and Wii titles.
It's super peculiar that they've only ever "assisted" with game development before, yet are the main developer for a re-make of one of Nintendo's lead franchises.
I won't be listening to the full thing since I'm not 12 but someone on another forum pointed out a very interesting lyric change at the 3.29 mark which has gone from "tangled up in blue" to "tangled up in pearl". Hmmmm...
"Right now, Nintendo doesn't want to overlap Mario's 35th-anniversary celebrations, which end on 31st March 2021, and the 'sole' focus on Skyward Sword until July will ensure it gets the sales and attention. "
But they announced 3D World and 3D All-Stars in the same Direct? This is classic Nintendo logic.
Impossible Lair is definitely one of the most underrated 2D platformers of recent years. If Nintendo had released it then it would have been a critical darling. It's a shame the first YL game tainted their reputation as they've done some stellar work since.
I'm really enjoying how demos are making a comeback and GameTrials are becoming more common. It's helped me decide on so many games I've been on the fence about.
Classic Nintendo throwing their toys out of the pram. This would have been during the Wii U-era too so imagine how complacement they'd be about these leaks now!
Animal Crossing looking set to overtake Mario Kart is truly astonishing considering it's never really been treated as a a AAA franchise until recent years.
Kingdom Battle was honestly my biggest gaming surprise. I held off purchasing it for over a year after launch, picked it up cheap and it's ended up becoming one of my most played and favourite titles on Switch.

Re: Ubisoft "Very Happy" With Immortals Fenyx Rising, Developing For Switch Was A "Challenge"
I played it on PS4 and absolutely loved Immortals. It's definitely heavily inspired by BOTW but that's no bad thing.
Pleased to hear it's performed well as it felt like it was totally lost in the Xmas rush.

Will Nintendo Life be reviewing it? It's certainly caught my attention but I'm worried it's just a shovelware title.
