@Aurumonado I've thought about getting a pair myself. Do they only work wireless through usb? Can you plug in to the Switch in handheld with a 3.5mm headphone cable too? Do they have any bluetooth functionality at all? like connecting them to a phone for example?

All well and good if you like voice chat but I still just want Bluetooth enabled for wireless headsets 😕

Still not interested. Not giving EA any of my money is something I've stuck to since Mass Effect 3 on ps3. Don't feel like I've missed much and nothing will change my mind. Plenty of really good COMPLETE games to get stuck into

@AcridSkull They've said voice chat doesn't go live until tomorrow. My issue with the game is actually how the hell do you play it or what are you supposed to do? i spawned on a map and was running around miles from everyone and got kllled in a storm then had to restart. Any kind of tutorial wouldn't go a miss for new players. I want to give this game a fair chance just to see what the fuss is about, but so far i don't see the appeal. And what is the actual point of building stuff? what purpose does it serve in the game?

@ekwcll they do yes,but they should have done all that Smash info in it's own direct later in the year instead of 25mins, dragging the whole thing to a halt. What's more alarming was the complete lack of any third party offering of all the stuff that was shown in prior presentations. Got to wonder if Wolfenstein 2 will be a last big release. I can only imagine it could be the case because of the storage issues and the expense of larger cartridges that is still an issue. I have no interest in Smash so it was a complete let down for me. It was bang average with no third party shown,no metroid info,bayonetta 3 a no show and nothing whatsoever about Retro. Still no release date for dark souls and more delays. Dont know why they bothered

I have no idea how to play this game or what I'm supposed to be doing 😆. Running across a huge map smashing stuff up then dying while caught in a storm and starting over again. Needs some form of tutorial for new players that have paid no attention to it until now. I can't be the only one 🙄

I think it'll be hard for Nintendo to reveal much for me. Outside of showing a metroid prime 4 trailer and a reveal of whatever Retro have been up to I'm not expecting much. Was impressed with the third party stuff shown by Sony and none of that will be coming to Switch same with most of what Besthesda had shown too. More old ports is most likely to be the bulk of it

Just bought Castle of Heart after hearing good things about the recent update and the fact ut was also on sale. Also Bloodstained Curse of the Moon seems worth a purchase too. These games are adding to my backlog!😃

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it have more sense to tell people to import MHXX or get it from the Japanese eshop then make various languages for it available to download? Skyrim has these options on the eshop,it would have been far simpler surely?

Never played Fortnite but will this be a port from the other console versions? or a lazy port from mobile in order to get it to Switch asap? It better be the former or i won't even consider looking at it

XC2 isn't unplayable and that isn't in any way what I am saying. Nintendo own Monolith therefore it should be considered a 1st party title.

@Pazuzu666 Yes of course comparing games 20years apart on vastly inferior hardware definitely supports your point 🙄🤔. I've got XC2 and it looks like arse compared to most other stuff on the Switch. Certainly for a 1st party Nintendo title,is it too much to expect that it at least holds up against their other flagship games?I think not

@CairiB Dark Souls is a great franchise. There is a learning curve to get over but once you do you'll understand the way to play it. All I'll say is play cautiously and don't get complacent at any point!....oh and you will die.....a lot

Oh wow yet another re-release of a game that's seen more releases than Skyrim. Tonight's Direct better be a good one. All I've seen this year so far is re-releases. Barring Dark Souls Remaster,nothing has me excited for anything on the Switch so far, i want to see third parties giving the Switch something worth getting excited about,as well as first party stuff

Put 170hrs into this on ps4,all solo only 🙄, so I think I'd want something new for the Switch instead. A new MH that I can take anywhere? Yes please,just like the 3ds editions is still the prefered way I like to play MH

@IceClimbers yeah me too. Started a new game on ultra violence difficulty and it is unforgiving as you get towards the end especially,but still a great game and a must have in my opinion for anyone 's Switch game library

Been all over DOOM again since the update and it's been a great addition with the gyro controls. Waiting to get Bayonetta 1 & 2 in a few days and still considering picking up Skyrim as never played it. Is it worth picking up? I stopped playing XC2 after around 30hrs and just don't feel like going back to it which is a shame 😔,maybe it's not for me

@moroboshi very true,I was playing (bog standard ps4)last night hunting a Rathalos, then ran into an Anjanath and Great Jagras all in the same area. The frame rate fell through the floor to around 15fps and stayed like it until I'd finished the hunt. To say the Switch would struggle with this game is an understatement. I would love it to come to the Switch and would buy it again but it's not going to happen. Also of they do port a 3ds monster hunter,I'd rather it was 4U than Generations. I'd like to know if MHW does run much better on a ps4 pro though as still tempted to upgrade 🤔

Monster Hunter World is keeping me from playing my Switch and the sole reason I've kept my ps4,it's a fantastic game. I don't think Nintendo have anything that will prise me away from it that they've announced thus far for this year. Dark Souls maybe, depending on how it compares to the ps4 version,all the ports I've got and played on WiiU. The point being Nintendo need to get their finger out because for me, the momentum for the Switch is starting to wane fast

@JimmySpades I expect Nintendo to let me have any VC game I've paid for on my WiiU and 3ds that has the same NNID at no extra cost if they are released on the Switch. And I don't mean paying to play them as part of a rental service either.

Something along the lines of the Cat Mario show on WiiU maybe? How about giving us an updated operating system instead eh? You know something useful for all Switch owners 🙄

Nothing for me. Still playing XC2 and recently bought Enter the Gungeon. That game I recommend to everyone 👍, be warned though, it is hard!but so addictive

@Captain_Toad No I was done with Street Fighter long ago and played them to death. SFIITurbo is my favorite of the franchise and was probably my most played game on the SNES. Also downloaded them on Wii and then WiiU. The question should be,why are CAPCOM content with giving the Switch just ports of old games? And not even ones that make sense like Okami HD for example. For what reason would they have to leave the Switch out of that release?Everyone calls out EA (and rightly so.I really dislike them just like most people) for giving nothing but ports and making no effort with the Switch and Capcom aren't making any great effort either when you look at what they're offering other platforms

Get lost CAPCOM. Bring something decent to the Switch or don't bother at all. This is just another insult in a line of pointless games they're putting on the system. How about Resident evil 7? Okami HD? Monster Hunter??I'm sure there's a few I've missed too. This along with the Megaman announcements recently,shows they're just interested in releasing their own virtual console on the Switch of old games,oh and at full retail prices too?!
