Oh man, that 2 TB is looking tempting for my Steam Deck at that price!

This weekend, I got all achievements in the Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy on Steam. I got some games during the Steam Summer sale last week, including Just Shapes and Beats, DOOM 2016, and Antonblast. I will grab some more games before it ends this week, including Persona 5 Royal (and maybe Strikers), since I initially sold both of my Switch copies for those games.

I’ve just been so busy that my pick for this year so far is a remaster of a 2010 Wii game. I would like to try Rift of the Necrodancer sometime soon!

DOOM 2016 and Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back on Steam Deck, Smash Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 DX on Switch, and maybe some Mario Kart DS elsewhere.

At least Steve is a video game character, what’s with this American cartoon nonsense?! And the TMNT aren’t even their classic versions, it sounds like they’re gonna be from that fugly new movie. Hopefully you can purchase each character / set separately.

Likely Smash Ultimate on Switch, and either Crash Bandicoot via the N Sane Trilogy or Sonic x Shadow Generations on Deck. I’ll maybe snag Red Dead Redemption while it’s on discount before the Steam Summer Sale, but we’ll see, checking account permitting

Hope everyone who has or is getting a Switch 2 soon enjoys it! Personally, between my Switch, Steam Deck, and Delta, I’m honestly more set for gaming than ever.

This month, I fired up a new Breath of the Wild save file, but I’m playing with the Japanese voices this time around. I also want to go a bit more out of my way to do more side quests and explore more of what the game has to offer. I already rescued Vah Ruta and Vah Medoh, and I'm currently about to get the Master Sword.

Other than that, I’ll be playing Balatro and Sonic x Shadow Generations, both doing achievement hunting on Steam Deck.

@John_Deacon The Messenger and Kaze are some of my favorite indies! Have fun with those.

@Zeebor15 You can even get banned from tourneys and events for simply having views that everyone else are against, it’s so annoying, not to mention all of the damage the FGC’s done to games like Skullgirls and Dead or Alive via censorship

Not at all surprised Mario Kart World is number 1, but I AM surprised Deltarune is at number 4!

@ZeldaFan83 The screen of the Switch 2 looks larger than that of the Deck, but the console overall is slightly smaller.

What’s the point of referring to the player as a Type A or Type B when the game says you’re a male or female in the same text box?

I’ve been having a blast with my Steam Deck this week. I got Sonic X Shadow Generations running on it at 60 fps, and I got all achievements in Cuphead on it last night. This weekend, I’ll maybe play more Shadow Generations (or Sonic Gens, depending on how I feel), or I’ll try out Nier Automata for the first time on the Deck. I have it on Switch, but I got it again on Steam to test out the Deck’s power.

On Switch, I would like to start a new game, like Xenoblade DE.

Now that I have a Steam Deck, I truly think I’ll be done with buying new systems / hardware. I can rely on the Deck for larger, AAA games, and I’ll keep my base Switch for Nintendo and indies. Plus, with how frequent and deep Steam discounts are, I’ll likely be buying my video games there from now on, with the occasional used Switch copies from local stores.

I’m on break from university for a while, so I’ll be spending my time getting back into Sea of Stars. I made it to Wraith Island. I’ll also be playing DK Country Returns HD, doing mirror mode in world 6. I’ve decided to not be serious about doing time trials for now.

In other news, I’ll be awaiting my Steam Deck OLED to come in the mail! After I set it up, I might test it out with Sonic X Shadow Generations.
