Never thought I'd say that My Nintendo is worse than Club Nintendo.

I guess Nintendo is smartening up then. Sad that hard drives are going but from a technological standpoint I can understand why.

If they really are and it isn't as false as "Three-pillar strategy" of old, I would say this is a baaaad move. It'll only confuse customers if they're promoting two fully portable consoles.

Investors are idiots. They don't really play games. They're at the top of the chain, so they're not the common customer and thus do not behave like they say the common customer does.

I know there's cause for caution regarding the Switch but it would be horrible if they just complied to their demands and released a regular box that plays games. There's no place for Nintendo in that regard.

I have wondered why they pushed the anti-bullying focus so much but didn't back it up with a logical insertion of the theme into the game or good gameplay. That would make people take the message more seriously.

Honestly I was looking up NX news every day for the past month in the run up to this, and it's great to have that off my shoulders at last! Oh yeah, and the console looks good, obvs.

Maybe I should stop being a snob who only uses animation software on PC and get this. I had so much fun hobbying away at Inchworm in the past, it would be fun to do it all over again...that said, not sure why the trailer uses a 4:3 aspect ratio...

Remember when we were excited about My Nintendo? Not that I DON'T dig this, it's just...a nudge, rather than a shove for the service.

Potential? I guess. Abysmal visuals? Oh boy yes. Even if the game is good the visuals may send out the wrong signal if they don't at least look competent for the 3DS of all things.

@C-Olimar That doesn't really mean much. I mean, having Bayonetta of all people dress up as Nintendo characters is a more of an exclamation mark than having Samus run around in Axiom Verge.

I can't believe anyone would care, and I don't really understand why NL consistently gives the dude a pedestal.

One thing: Are the games all similar or exactly like the original assets in terms of gameplay? If not then I dont mind to much. I found a game called Lost Soul aside a few weeks back. It uses a ton of UE4 assets but the finished project looks like a really impressive cross between FFXV and Devil May Cry

Is the art by the guy who was Splatoon's art director? Because it sure looks like that.

It had something for everyone which is always good, but honestly there was little to be particularly excited about, unless you liked Pikmin or Mario Maker. The stuff announced was decent, but nothing particularly striking. Mario Maker 3DS could have been brilliant but...well, you know.

Looks interesting. I'll be sure to give it a shot. That said, Ithink a level editor for Mutant Mudds would be particularly cool!

The amount of spotlight that 3DS gets compared to the Wii U makes me doubt that the NX is what's described in the EG rumours. Why keep as much support going as there is if you're going to shunt the platform for something new in a matter of months?

Haven't played many Renegade games but I do respect them as a studio. I friggin love Mutant Mudds as well!

I think this is for the best. This way both developers can put more focus into the games they love.
