I must say, I agree with every point you made!

I tried over and over and never could get into Chrono Trigger. Earthbound was similar but I came to enjoy and appreciate it over time.

As long as physical copies of games exist, I won't have anything to do with online gaming at all. If we ever get to the point that everything is locked behind a subscription, I'll continue to be satisfied knowing I [already] have 35 years worth of a library of MY OWN games that I can play anytime I want.

Where in NA can these be pre-ordered?

This trailer reminds me of how much more I enjoyed the FPS genre was then than I do now.

I would love to get this as well as a release of Dune for the Sega Genesis. I loved RTS games in that era and up until around 1999, but I lost interested as games became more complex than the original Command and Conquer.

I stripped my island down to absolutely nothing but buildings and characters I can't remove. I intended to fix it up, but never got around to it and haven't even checked it in over a month. I wonder what it looks like now?

This makes me want a Switch Home Pro console that doesn’t have joy-cons or a tablet. I’d love for Nintendo to make a home-only console again that allows me to plug in my Switch cartridges and play with a pro controller. They already took away the “switching” option with the Switch Lite so why not make a traditional console again? I realize I’m in a vast majority, but I never take mine out of the dock anyway.

I hope the playable character is the old lady who sends you on a bunch of fetch quests.

Also, they need to scrap the 2.5D graphics and just give us beautiful, 2D sprites.

I might as well buy these since the Analogue Pocket is still in the 3D render tease stage. The company's complete refusal to answer any questions about it is a pretty bad showing as far as I'm concerned.

I have been playing the physical copy of this game on Switch since launch. The controls initially had some very noticeable lag, but once you are able to speed your character up, the lag disappears. It did crash on me a few times, but I have not had a single hiccup in 40-50 hours of play since then. I guess I'm not noticing all of the major flaws everyone keeps shouting about, but I have been having an absolute blast with this game for almost a year. Too bad for those who refused to give it a shot!

I would love for Limited Run Games to do a physical copy of The Mummy Demastered.

I'll just wait to buy it on PS4 in August when the price has dropped to $20.

This is my first Animal Crossing game so I was wondering, is there any reason to keep fish/bugs or should I sell them? I'm still waiting for the museum and the shop to be built so I'm not sure what to do with all of the things that I'm catching.

I've never played an Animal Crossing game before but this is the one that is going to change that. It looks like it's exactly what I want at this point in my life (in gaming) and will be a perfect way to relax each evening.

I still say these updates are click bait of the worst kind. There has been absolutely no proof shown that they were available last month. None.

I've been trying, with every iteration, to get into Smash games since the N64...but I just don't get it. I've probably put 10 hours into Smash Ultimate but I simply don't enjoy anything about the controls or gameplay. I just can't figure out what I'm missing.

It's crazy to think that I have two copies of the Mike Tyson's Punchout!! 5-screw version sitting on a shelf: one I got for my birthday and one my friend gave me when he didn't want all of his video game stuff anymore when we got to high school because it "wasn't cool" to play video games anymore at that age.

I've never played a Fire Emblem game, have wanted to for several years, but have NO idea where to start. It seems almost too daunting to give it a go.

The Wii U gamepad is the most comfortable controller I've ever used.

Something about the size, the weight, and the placement of the buttons all work just right for my hands.

The feature I want most is for Switch Pro to be packaged with Metroid Prime 4 and on store shelves Spring 2020.

I just want the UI to open with the "Library View" but with a frozen cell row across the top that has my "most recent" or "favorite" games.

I don't care about folders, or themes, or any of that stuff. I spend 99.99999% of my time on my Switch playing games, not staring at the UI screens.

What's the best fighting stick for Switch?

I have 179 unique figures (a couple extra Mr. Game & Watch and a second 8-bit Mario) and most of the first series Animal Crossing cards. I've never put them all out together so maybe that's my goal for the weekend so I can get a full collection picture.

I wonder if anyone has figured up the actual retail prices spent on all of them. I'm afraid to even think about how much I've spent!

Nintendo is likely holding back on giving "free" games to online subscribers as a business strategy to make sure people go buy other things during the holiday season. I'll bet there will be a huge info dump in January. Even the SNES controllers say "Check back in January" for a reason.

NA should have won by a landslide. The Japan artwork is absolutely awful and lacks the detail of the others - it simply looks like it was quickly drawn and rushed out the door. The European cover has too much stuff slapped all over the place and looks gaudy. The NA version, however is detailed, clean, and perfect.

I can’t wait for these to come back in stock. SNES is still my favorite system of all time.

When I was a kid, I used to use a 3rd party controller that had a slow motion button (it just paused and un-paused really fast) and it made ME invincible against any difficult fights in Street Fighter 2 and even Turbo on the fastest setting. It’s like I had an extra second to react to every single move the CPU was making.

Can I regularly transfer my saves back and for between a Switch Lite and the standard Switch? For instance, could I keep the main one docked and take the Lite with me, yet still keep them both sync’d up?

I'll stick with my preorder of the Hori Split Pad Pro. The fact that the Switch is so darn thin is what makes it unusable in handheld mode for me.
