Got sick and the in-laws are visiting, yay! So I haven’t played anything serious. Wanted to play super Mario bros but the nes is in the guest room on the crt so I brought out my 35th game and watch to play some Mario. I actually haven’t touched a switch or switch 2 in a week. I’ve been absorbed with Pokemon red again lol. Switch between my gameboy pocket, gbc, and analogue pocket. Thought my childhood gbc was shot but it was playing fine! Just needs a new speaker it’s toast

ITS THE MOST EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION TIER!! Guys chill, get on the forums and make a family group with some Nintendo lifers. I’ve had a full family group since the new tier was introduced and I’ve been paying less than the cheap tier for NSO. I thinks it’s less than 8 dollars a month (CND).

@Automated_Unit_4937 looking for clarification, don’t game key cards just download the data to your system memory??? So would be same speed. I guess it just needs to check if it’s inserted in system. And then aren’t actual physical games (not key cards) just express cards in there. So again, same speed as a micro sd express…. ?

Just bought wizorb for 2.99 cnd on sale last night (used to play it on my Mac in university and never beat it) it’s so charming
Game builder garage, almost done all the tutorials, my end goal is to make a game for my nephews and niece to play, end end goal is a game that spans between GBG and the labo sets since they all have garage in em, but that might be a pipe dream
Fantasy life I is kinda on the back burner and I started playing steredenn and freedom finger again but I’ve been sticking with steredenn more

Nice, been wanting to know more about this game! Might even try to play it with my partner using two separate switch’s but in the same room (handheld). And being in the same room we could do switch 1 and 2 cause we won’t need game chat

The internet is a wild place. I love my switch 2 so much. Mario kart world is awesome and beautiful and fun new mechanics and just finally a new Mario kart I love it. DK has been amazing too and I don’t play DK games very often, come to think of it might be the only DK game I own (I have dk64 but the expansion pak I got from a friend bricks my 64 so I’ve never been able to play it, come on analog3d). And fantasy life I is sooo good too but I’ve been putting it aside for DK at the moment

Makes me want to play dead space. The only game I almost actually platinum’d (just need to finish my 4th play through, but trophies don’t do anything for me so I never finished). If this reviews like really really good I’ll play it. If not I’ll finally get the dead space remake for ps5

European art is so awesome! Love it

Absolutely loved borderlands 1&2 like fully obsessed and played numerous times. I’ve never played any of the “spin offs” I guess if that’s what we call em. Finally bought borderlands 3 for my ps5 but just the base game on sale without all the dlc. Never finished it. The dlc was so pervasive in game it was so annoying like constantly blinking on your ui when you were in that ship/base whatever. So seeing this for 4 I’m kinda good I think. Honestly I’ve never enjoyed dlc in practice or concept. Once I beat main game I usually move on. I haven’t played any of the xenoblade dlc campaigns yet, and I know there is worthwhile story in there. I dunno. It’s kinda like when ps360 Wii era happened and digital became possible I thought game prices were gonna drop because no need for distribution or making a physical product, and that never happened games literally stayed the same price with no physical product I couldn’t believe it. Gaming is weird my dudes

The switch allowed me to get into the Xenoblade series, and megaten series as well (I then went back and bought smt 4 for my 3ds before the store shut). Will the switch 2 be my foray into the trails series, I’m kind of tempted, but it’s daunting. What I really do want to get in September tho is Titanic Scion if it reviews well, I tried the demo for like 20min and not sure yet. Everybody’s golf is another one I’m interested in

Just bought my physical copy a couple weeks ago. I was planning on playing this on ps5 but wanted to support the switch 2 physical. So far this and DK are my only physical copies

@OwenGamer22 that’s so awesome. Those first listens can be so memorable, especially when they become entwined in your regular rotation for life. Buying demon days at 15 was very impactful for me

Demon Days is amazing and all, but don’t downplay that first album oh boy. I think Double Bass is my favourite gorillaz track

I kinda want one. All my ps2 and ps3 guitars are still in my parents attic, and they probably still work… I have my ps3 copies of rock band 1,2, and 3 still, and guitar hero Aerosmith, world tour, Metallica, and smash hits. Is it time to get re addicted to the genre? I was obsessed in high school. When rock band let you migrate the songs of the previous game and all dlc to the later games was amazing I had such a huge catalogue of songs it was great. Simpler times

I dunno, it looks so pretty, and I loved the darkness and cast of p3p, maybe even more than p4g, but I dunno if I need to grind Tartarus again. Maybe on sale one day, but dang it just looks so easy on the eyes. Might be an on sale pick up for me. I mean I still need to play P5R and I’ve started metaphor on my PlayStation hmmmmmmmmm so many games

@Gryffin it will definitely not fit your definition of reasonable. Also this is all based on my experience with P3P on switch. Easily a 90 hour plus experience, with a gameplay loop of crushing the dungeon as best as possible on day 1 to spend the rest of your calendar days maxing out social links (dialogue) until the next dungeon phase. Oh and the dungeon is the same all the way through for 100’s of floors. I think you would do better with shin megami tensei, which I think focuses more on the turn based combat and challenge

Great announcement, and right at the beginning! Loved the first game on 3ds, and I’ve tried twice to start the 2nd game but it never clicked. I think with performance improvements on switch 2 I’ll be able to go back and enjoy mhs2

Picked Japan, but what I want to comment is; I bought this game maybe 5 years ago cause I saw it for pretty cheap and I was totally going off of recommendations from this community. I booted it up and couldn’t for the life of me see or understand what was happening on screen. I gotta go back to it. I’ve since picked up a crt so maybe that will help me understand what the heck to do lol

Man LRG again for the physical dang it. Took ages to get the first one physical from them, but I had ordered the switch case and Scott keychain in sonic adventure pose (I lost that set of keys 😭), so maybe that’s why it took a year plus to get to me. It made me double dip which I don’t love. Maybe I’ll try and order it through VGP…..

Hahah it seems everyone has forgotten about super Mario party. I really like that game, AND SUPERSTARS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DLC FOR THAT GAME, in my humble opinion. So I never bought superstars cause I was salty. But I do own jamboree and it’s great and I bought the upgrade. Fun stuff
