Got a good scare with the PSN Vita store closing rumors!
Decided to polish off a few short but sizable games.
Working on Full Throttle and Day of the Tentacle! ...why aren’t these ported to the switch? ...and why hasn’t limited run given us a physical of these?!? (And grim Fandango)
Other than that.. Yakuza 0 on PS4, Robtotics; Notes on NSW, Bravely Default on 3DS
I agree a lot with what the reviewer said... I’d score it slightly higher! 7.5 out of 10.
I found it to be quite enjoyable and interesting to explore the world / hear the stories play out.
Sadly, in 2021... the metaphor for depression / personal conflict in a walking simulator is quite over played.
But that being said... this being a walking simulator... it hides it brilliantly. I never felt bored. And was always moving forward at a great pace.
The collectibles do have a flaw of their own. After my 3 hour run through... I thought... sure I’ll go back and find all the bottles and seagulls! Unfortunately... it’s vague on which chapters I am missing items and decided to not even bother!
Sea of solitude is a fun, enjoyable experience.... but not a must play.
@PurpleSquirrel64 I had the same issues. Game felt like a mish mash of cliche concepts that were poorly done. I eventually gave up after 8 hours... haven’t thought of Horace since.
I finished Horace last week... oh boy, the MOST OVERRATED GAME on Nintendolife. It’s a painfully dull slog of tedious small levels. It’s a 5/10 at best.
I’ve put in about 6 hours.. 2 of which are just waiting for matches. so far it’s super confusing.
I loved PADZ and still play it off and on.
But the multiplayer battles in PADG doesn't make any sense. You have 5 health bars and can only lose 1 per turn, so technically you can just load up your highest a ATK characters and routinely make your opponent lose a health bar every turn (you will most likely also).
The match making system is also flawed. It’s based on the amount you play rather than skill. I keep getting matched right level 56 ppl and getting stomped.

About 4 hours into Deadly Premonitions 2, so far it’s exactly what I wanted! (Minus the frame rate and lack of inverted aim)

Re: Reminder: Puzzle & Dragons GOLD Is Out Today, Celebrate Its Launch With A Limited-Time Discount
I purchased it! Super huge Puzzle and Dragons fan!
...but boy... the single player campaign is laughable, 4 battles?!?! Whaaat?
You can’t farm monsters like in Z or X, only pulls paid for with stars.
...the arena battles are fun though! (Which I guess is the draw)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (December 7th)
Just beat Luigis Mansion 3! Wow what a game, continually adding new gameplay elements so it feels fresh.

Re: Quirky Switch Shooter Morphies Law Returns With New Maps, Modes, Servers And More
I bought it day one and wanted to like it... it was a laggy mess and after a week the community left.... couldn’t find a game bigger than 1 vs 1.
I’ll try it out again.
Someone already said it, but this game should probably attempt a free to play model.
