You know what would actually be worthy of 70 bucks? If Nintendo made a proper All-Stars 3D (not that lazy slap 3 roms and call it a day fomo) and included Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and the two Super Mario Galaxies with the first two having their graphics remade in the Galaxy engine.

Maybe it wouldn't scale well to 4K monitors, who knows. It's not like Square Enix is consistent with what they port and what they remake (see Star Ocean 1 and 2).

To bring it to more platforms, likely. The first remake was only released on 3DS+Mobile.

Kirby Air Riders is a Switch 2-only title; gotta have something for the Switch 1 people. November sounds like a good month for it.

I know that. The article I posted talks about Atari's (Infogrames) bankruptcy in 2013 where they ended up selling a lot of their games to companies such as Nordic (now known as Embracer) and Tommo. They did eventually reemerge next year and somehow managed to keep chugging along, until their transformation in 2021 to the current back-to-the-roots Atari.

Going by past patterns, the original versions are likely to be delisted. Hopefully, the newer versions won't run worse than the original ones.

I'll still be supporting the devs if I buy it on PC.

A 2D game made by the Blasphemous team (that runs on 60 FPS) cannot even reach 30 FPS. Nah, miss me with that. I'll buy it on PC.

The title is whack and the game looks boring. If you had told me this was a parody of Square Enix's HD-2D games, I would have believed you.
