This is like the 1st time I can't buy all the games I want because there is just to many. It's about 16 games I want that should be out by April across all platforms. Spring seems to be the new time to release games now, good thing Nintendo doesn't release anything during the summer so I'll be able to buy a lot of them through out the year.

I've been playing Dragon Quest Heroes lately and all I can think about is how awesome Chrono Trigger will look remade. Still one of my favorite games ever.

That list looks pretty good overall. Rise of the Tomb Raider I can already say is my GOTY. And I'm glad that they didn't put fall out 4 on that list, that game is broken but gets a free pass for what ever reason and that's not cool at all. With Xenoblade I don't think that game is for everyone, it doesn't have that mass appeal or name recognition. Batman I loved this year, MGSV I was let down with because it's not a real Metal Gear game, story wise anyway. Witcher 3 just has to much thrown at you that feels overwhelming, enough to just make you stop playing. And prune looks more like an experience than a game, kind of like journey was a few years ago.

I really need to figure out the email for NOA so I can write them a huge complaint letter. We get a fraction of what Japan and Europe get. Every week I check if we are getting Zero Missions, no Zelda DS games, no Xenoblade Chronicles. It's total crap how NOA treats us with delaying games when other places has had them for months.

I hope they finally announce Zero Missions in NA! Hopefully we see Twilight Princess HD with gamecube style controls. And what they are going for Zelda 30th anniversary. With the smash winner I think the only way we will get a firm answer on that is if it's a Nintendo character. If a 3rd party character wins I think they will mention it as negotiation with said company with more news to come. I'm way hyped for this Nintendo direct but don't expect anything to big.

That's total crap If they release a full unannounced retail game at the end of the year. I already have my extra fun money put away for Rise of the Tomb Raider and Xenoblade. I have to buy Christmas presents for my 3 kids, wife , in laws, my brothers and their kids. To release a big game with no notice is just a jerk move. If it's a budget eshop game then what ever.

I keep hearing how digital is taking over faster and faster. Year over year it's growing by 120% but when they actually say how much it is, it's lower than 10% total. Physical is here to stay for a very long time. Walk into a BestBuy and the media section is still the biggest section they have. I do see a future with a different type of storage tho. But I'm also OK with buying a game case with a download code 😃

I Know it does but December with a wife and 3 kids with one having a birthday also. It doesn't leave me much time for anything else so I won't get to play it until after Christmas at the earliest 😞

Where is my zero missions? I'm really sad my Wii U hasn't been used in a long time. Even my wife noticed I haven't played it in months. I wanted fatal frame but will hold out for a sale. Full price digital is not OK in my books, at least if it's physical I can resell. Even at a loss it's better than losing out on the whole price of the game.
Next year is looking better with xenoblade, smt X fe, poken, star fox, fire emblem fates and metroid federation force. I've just had an itch for metroid lately, even picked up axiom verge on PS4 to help lol.

I'm calling it right now, the New New 3DS home edition! It can be like the PS TV where it can stream Wii U games to another TV or play 3DS or DS and virtual console games.

@Caryslan He dropped it on the tile, the top screen doesn't work anymore. Kind of worked out for me since I gave him my XL and bought myself a New XL

I bought my son a 2DS for his birthday and he broke it with in 2 months. It doesn't hold up with out the clamshell. But it was $99 when I got it and it came with pokemon.

I'm going to hold out until they have a avengers playset again. I bought my boy all the marvel figures and he's kind of still small to use the toybox to its fullest.

I didn't follow those games games on kickstarter but from I heard and read wasn't Shovel Knight delayed over a year? And Nintendo is king at delaying games, they don't put out trash and bug filled games and delay until they feel it's ready. Something everyone deserves when making a product, just because they founded might no 9 through kickstarter and not their own pockets. Doesn't mean they have coddled us because we feel like the game should be out by now.
Many developers want that Nintendo Quality reputation, especially after their first game. Raising 4 million dollars they certainly have a standard they have to meet and they are trying to meet it, unfortunately it comes with delays. I'm sad it isn't coming out next month but I'm also not mad about it. I didn't raise a finger in making that game, other people did and they deserve the time to make it perfect.
The Red Ash campaign I see both sides on it. They had to do what they had to and the lack of backers did what they had to. But like I said I'm excited for when ever it shows up and get some gold old side stroller action!

I don't understand all the hate this game and comcept is getting. Everyone always says they want Nintendo Quality when releasing games and not day one patches and what not. That's exactly what they are trying to do, give us a great experience and unfortunately it came with a delay.
And I don't know about everyone here, but if I go to work and not do anything, I'm eventually going to be let go. They don't have money from mighty no 9 yet so they had to find a way to build up some founds so people have something to do. Why not try and put your self in their shoes. I'm sure he doesn't want to let people go who helped him get this far but what do you do if you cant pay them? They all have responsibilities to take care of.
I will be happy to pick this game up when ever it gets released. I'm actually thinking about getting it for ps4 now since red ash is coming for that system also.

I'm really excited for this game and can't wait to play it tomorrow. I'll most likely just play Jet Force Gemini and put it away lol. But $30 is cheaper than buying a used N64 and cart to replay it.

@LztheQuack if you're going to complain, do it at the top! I actually don't know who does run it, I wish I knew and will send an email to request it in Phoenix.

I was reading the comments on Facebook about skills and this and that about the gamepad. I was jokingly saying to myself that he was playing on the PC version that's why he doesn't noticed any lag. Turns out I was right about that.

I'm a pro controller all the way, in fact I won't buy a game unless it supports it. My hands fall asleep after using it for to long, and the main reason I dislike it is because most games just mirror the image onto the gamepad. I never understood the logic of why they do that, I have the picture up on the TV , why do I need to have a second screen of it?

I was hoping for backwards compatibility so I can give my kids my Wii U. Looks like they are out of luck 😂

I know I'll love the game if I stick with it. I gave up on 3 and moved on to 4 and just finished the 1st quest so hopefully I can make some progress this time. I saw the zero suit samus outfit so that's my goal in the game to at least get that.

I keep buying these games but I never play them. I have a hard time just starting them and getting over that 1st bump. I think I put in maybe 8-10 hrs into MH3U and I never was able to upgrade or make any gear so I stopped playing.

I thought it was confirmed that Xseed is publishing Devil's Third. Not NOA , they just tweeted it's still coming.

I really don't want a hybrid console but i wouldn't mind a 3DS player. I still think handheld gaming and console games are to different to be a hybrid. My 3DS stays home 99% of the time so having it play like the GBA player on the GameCube would be nice.

I was looking forward to this game since last year Wii U has been putting a hurt on me all year now, the last game I bought was Smash. Xenoblade I'm going to buy but I think it's to long of a game that I'll never finish.

I've been dying for another metroid game I'm even going through the prime games again. I think everyone who talks so much crap about other M really needs to go through it a again. It really isn't as bad or damaging as its made to seem. Samus is still a strong character, she isn't controlled by Adam at all. She says from the very start that she knows they need her to be there but that requires her to play by the rules. Being a past member of the federation she knows they can't handle it with out her and that they have rules they need to follow. she basically just wants to save her old friends and Adam who she looked up to as a father.
I want the next step in metroid to be 3rd person like uncharted / tomb raider I think it will fit metroid nicely .

@JaxonH what tracker are you using? I keep reading people talk about them. I'm after a pit and don't want to spend more than what they retail for. At least until all or smash waves are done anyway.

Lucina became my favorite Nintendo character after awakening , I can't wait to have her on my team again! I've been lucky enough to get all the fire emblem amiibos. Marth I actually ordered from Walmart.Com the day it came out when I couldn't find him anywhere in town. Ike I just walked into a gamestop and pre ordered. Lucina and Robin I was 1st in line at best buy.

I always thought it wouldn't be as strong as the ps4, that it will be in between wii u and xbone. I also don't think it will he a hybrid console, handheld games and home console games are so different. That if it was a hybrid it will still have droughts because they will be trying to make different experiences for each side of the console. 3DS games are built around levels and stages for easy to pick up and play, console games are designed for sit down and play for a few hours. I think it really just going to be the New Wii U with no gamepad and be built like the other consoles for easy porting. Maybe an updated Wii mote and pro controller .

It's going to be tough buying the NX at launch. It has to be under $300 and no gimmicks and I'm not buying an external hard drive again to raise the cost of the system. But I do hope it's backward compatible with Wii U and is launched with a full virtual console from NES to Wii including handhelds. Power wise it doesn't matter to much to me it can be closer to xbone to keep cost down.

I'm just really disappointed in Nintendo this year. The last Wii U retail game I bought was Smash and doesn't look to good until Star Fox or Xenoblade what ever comes 1st.

@Shiryu I agree that we don't have to buy if we don't want to. But since it has the metroid name attached to it and we don't buy, it gives Nintendo every right to stop making Metroid games since it doesn't sell. I think the metroid name just needs to be dropped and renamed or just keep the federation force. Other than that it looks like a good game and might try it out depending if I can play alone.

I tried to rewatch the direct after I calmed down. It is as bad as everyone thinks, it's even worse a 2nd time around! I'm sad about no Krystal in star fox tho. I think a lot of it had to do with the message they where giving, about transforming and evolving as a company. But they seem to be resting on the past and showing mostly what we already knew. Metroid needs to be taken off the name should be the 1st thing they do and give us a real metroid game. But I think I finally joined the crowed of they are moving on to NX

I really thought the wii u had a lot of life and fan service left in it but I was dead wrong. I think we are only going to see what we already know for the system until the NX. I lost a lot of faith in Nintendo just now even star fox I can't believe they are just remaking the 1st one with a few added effects.

I've been wanting to play Jet Force Gemini for so long and I finally get to do it again with out having to rebuy a N64 and game. $30 for all those games is an awesome deal. MS show was pretty slow for the First hour a lot of boring shooters. Can't wait to see what Sony and Nintendo bring. The whole conference thing isn't very exciting and I'm glad Nintendo moved on to their digital events.

I wasn't excited at all for Nintendo E3 this year, knowing Zelda is out next year and already seeing SMT X FE a few months back. But watching Yoshi and Super Mario Maker yesterday got me hyped! I wasn't expecting those two games to look so fun. can't wait to see what's else they have for us.

I work at a best buy and about two weeks ago we got about 30 meta knights. So they are getting remade just really slow. Some amiibos I've never seen at my store

Im glad people like it and hope it does good. But this game isn't for me, I gave it a shot and didn't care for it, was really hoping I enjoyed it since the last game I bought for Wii U was Smash last November.

I think the gap between amiibo waves is so they can make more to meet demand. I missed out on Pit but been lucky enough to get some rare ones like Marth, Ike, and Rosalina with no issues. I'm pretty sure there will be enough to go around the next few waves and Nintendo will adjust as needed. I'm hoping anyway I need Lucina and Zero Suit Samus!

I enjoyed playing through Y, and bought Ruby because it was 50% off when I bought Smash but haven't played it. Not being able to have an Arcanine in Y was a huge downer for me and has kept me from going back to it.

I don't know if it's just me but the toy box mode is way to complicated. Every time I try making something I get error messages saying I have to much on screen when I just sit up 4 bad guys and no buildings yet. The marvel play sets are pretty fun, I'm hoping one day they make a X-Men play set or at least a few figures that can be in other play sets.

I really liked the Gameplay but it needs a lot of improvements I think. I wasn't a fan of not being able to mix and match. Or chose who to play with during each scene. And the story was to much I think, it felt like I spent more time reading than I was playing. Other than that it was a solid game and hope bring it over here.

Out of these I chose bayonetta. My personal pick is Krystal from Star Fox followed by Isaac then random army guy from battalion wars. 3rd party will be Crono and his final smash can be a random double or triple tech move.
