I’m still hooked too! Play almost every day, now that I’m vaccinated. I’m very excited for the new Pikmin game from Niantic, and their next Nintendo game after that!
Bold to be announcing Switch games launching in 2023. That'll be 6 years after the launch of the system. Each Nintendo home console so far has lasted 5 or 6 years (1985, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2012, 2017). These 3 games will likely release at the very end of the Switch's cycle, possibly even after the Switch 2 launches.
Yes. It was those weird gimmicky games on Nintendo’s 2-screen systems (DS, 3DS, Wii U) that I liked the best. My number one (and basically only) request for the Switch 2 is that it has two screens
Every single main Dragon Quest game, with the exceptions of VII and VIII because of the whole N64DD thing, was originally released on a Nintendo system. I'm sure XII will be too
You say that Xbox might know more than we do, but the evidence suggests otherwise. They made incorrect guesses about the release year of 3 Switch games, which may prove to have been off by over a year since none of the 3 are even confirmed to be coming out this year
20-50 years for DS and 3DS games? Is that since launch, or starting now? Because if that's since launch... the DS came out in 2004. That means games could start dying in like 3 years
Of course they have the Switch on their shelves. They work in the games industry. Not to mention several several games by Xbox are on the Switch, such as Minecraft.
I’d say Yo-Kai Watch doesn’t belong on this list since it is just for children, but I suppose all the games on this list are for children since they are video games. Some adults just happen to like them too, and that’s great
As always, these options are terrible. They should be: “I love them / I like them / Neutral / I dislike them / I hate them”. Putting arbitrarily specific option instead of normal ones causes the results to be messed up.
A Switch Pro would not be a new console, just an updated model of the same console, so they would have no problem showing it off as part of this Direct. It also wouldn't have a bunch of exclusive games. I'd be surprised if it had more than 2 exclusives. That said, I don't think they are going to announce a Switch Pro now anyways
Woah, Planet Robobot took the #1 spot? I've never heard anybody talk about it. I never played it, I assumed it would be similar in quality to Triple Deluxe (which I liked, just not as much as other Kirby games)
This reminds me of when the virtual console version of Tetris as well as Tetris Axis were both removed from the 3DS eShop. Other regions issued warnings indicated when they were going to be removed, but North America issued no such warning. I assumed that meant they weren’t being removed here, but sure enough they were without warning.
@skycargav2000 Depends on where you live and whether or not you qualify to get the vaccine early. In the United States, the vaccine won’t become widely available until April, and it takes 6 weeks from your first dose for it to actually take effect. Even if you manage to get it in April, you’re cutting it very close with a trip planned in June. I think 25% is a little high.
