Mario

Last month, Nintendo pulled the plug on Super Mario's 35th-anniversary celebrations. It did this by removing Super Mario 3D All-Stars from the Switch eShop, shutting down Super Mario Bros. 35 and even ending online services for older Mario games.

Many fans are still questioning why it had to end like this, and for some, it's even damaged their own relations with Nintendo's iconic mascot. If you have got any feelings bottled up about this anniversary - the good news is there's supposedly an official Nintendo survey doing the rounds at the moment, that wants to know how participating in Mario's anniversary celebrations has influenced your own perception of him.

This information comes from Twitter user @Akfamilyhome, who has shared an image of the question. In a follow-up tweet, they explain how the survey is mostly about "My Nintendo missions" but briefly addresses Mario's anniversary towards the end. There are all sorts of options including "I still like Mario" to "I never cared about Mario". Here's a look:

If you've not received this survey yourself, there's no need to worry, as we've decided to recreate it here on Nintendo Life as a poll. So pick an option below and let us know how you're feeling about Mario's 35th-anniversary celebrations a month later.

How did participating in the Super Mario Bros. 35 Anniversary influence your perception of Mario?
