Sad that Star Fox Zero is going to be one of the few games that remains a Wii U exclusive. It might not be the best in the series, but it still has value. For several years I had hopes they would port it to the Switch with modified/improved controld, but alas, don't think it is ever going to happen as we are now at the very end of the Switch's lifecycle.

I really do hope there's a marked improvement on the Switch 2 eShop. A giant company like Nintendo with billions upons billions of dollars can and must do better! They simply have no excuse.

Does anyone know how you drift in this game? I can't find any tutorial in the game and since there's no manual(like you would have gotten with the actual n64 cart back in the day), I'm left scratching my head.

@Koda1000 Well the funny thing is "boomer shooter" is completely inaccurate. Very few Baby Boomers actually played Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Quake etc.back in the 90s. That whole now legendary id Software crew that made Doom were all young(at the time) Gen X'ers.

Why are people excited over an inferior SNES port of Fatal Fury 2 when the superior Neo Geo versions of the entire series has been on the eShop for years now?

@FragRed I thought the same thing, but we have no idea where the game is in development. Could be an early build. I'll reserve judgment until I see the final product in person(not a compressed youtube video).

@Lord That's just some California exclusive thing. Obviously nonsense. Handling a Switch game will most definitely not give you cancer LOL. I am Californian, born and raised in the Bay Area, but a lot of the stuff they have on the books now is absolutely absurd. It wasn't like that when I grew up there back in the 80s and 90s.

@Nintendoboy1994 Yeah, I'm also disappointed that the 3rd game was just left in the trash bin. They literally just released a new physical collection that has 1, 2 and...4 sigh I can only assume it is a lack of money issue because the HD remasters of 1 & 2 were crowd funded. The collection is still worth buying though. You get the 3 games for 40 bucks. Not a bad deal IMO.

@nocdaes That's a bit of an over exaggeration. MK 8 moved over 8 million units on the Wii U. While that of course pales in comparison to what Deluxe has done on the Switch, that's still a large number. I agree though that the leaks are underwhelming, but I'm not convinced they are legit either. Nintendo has had a very long time to develop this console. Surely they came up with something more than just a more powerful Switch with a larger screen and magnetic Joycons..

Zero interest in RPGs. Most overrated genre ever.

I vaguely remember this game when it was new back in the 90s, but it did not interest me in the slightest. Looks really mid.. There's already so many great classic(and modern) 3D platformers on the Switch..we just got Banjo Tooie last week.(rejoice!) Like why waste your time on this? I suppose if it was on sale for dirt cheap on the eShop I might bite..

Looking at this Rumble game, I don't think we missed out on much. I'm very content with the HD trilogy, Crash 4 and Crash Team Racing. Crash 5 getting canceled hurts though.

I would have jumped at the Tomb Raider collection had it been 95% off.
