These are both top 10 all time RPGs for me, but I've already beaten both at least 3 times each and I still own the original disks so I don't need to buy it for Switch. But I want to buy it for Switch and I totally will day one just give it to me now! Sorry about that little outburst.
Adol over Smash, Mario Kart and Minecraft (for at least 1 week) nice! Until Adol inevitably crashes his boat. Again. Also bring more Ys to Switch, or at least Celceta to PS4 in the west. I don't have a Vita and my PC is junk.
Man that sucks that they have to sell off stocks to pay employees for their work (at least I hope that's the priority.) As for games, I hope Disgaea 6 is still on the way, and NISA publishes games from one of my favorite developers, Falcom in the west. Hopefully they'll finish translating Trails of Cold Steel 3 and they or XSeed or DotEmu pick up ToCS4 and Ys IX. And bring more Ys and Legend of Heroes to Switch! Dood.
I was looking forward to trying RE4 with gyro aiming but now I have no reason to get it on Switch. I'll just stick to PS4, PS2 versions if I want to replay it. I think only having 2 versions of the game is below average, RE4 is Capcom's Skyrim. It's on everything!
This looks Amazing. Hoping for online multiplayer and motion aiming too. Quake was one of the first online shooters I played so I have very fond memories of this style of graphics.
I'm already getting DMC5 on PS4 and I wouldn't see myself double dipping anyway. Dragon's Dogma looks cool and I probably will pick it up for Switch when I have time for it. Not day 1 though. I'd be down for the DMC HD Collection on Switch, I've been holding off on buying that because I figured that's an easy port. It's just the PS3/360 games in a new package. Just weird marketing from Capcom here. Didn't the 500K sales of Street Fighter 2 for $40 in 2017 convince them that the Switch is a viable platform already?
Name: Not Robo From Chrono Trigger Skills: Healing Hobbies: Singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley Strength: Robot Arms Weakness: Lack of original thoughts or ideas Motto: "Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you " Drawing : Nope. Too hard.
@leo13 Thanks! I 100%ed Ys VIII on both PS4 and Switch and I also have been recommending it to people especially now that it's on sale. Brilliant game and series.
Smash, New Mario U DX and Paladins on Switch; REmake 2 on PS4; Ys Seven on Steam. I really want more Falcom games on Switch but I got tired of waiting.
Predicting Splatoon 3 in Summer 2020. There are so many quality of life improvements that should still be made in S2, but will probably need to wait until S3. Make it easier to play Turf Wars with friends without having to wait for a slot to open up. Do it like Salmon Run where friends join up and then hit a button to recruit randos to fill the lobby. Speaking of Salmon Run, leave it open all the time. Have more than 2 battle stages per rotation. Have more than 1 ranked mode per rotation. Let us set Off The Hook to autoplay or give an option to speed it up. Have a bot step in when a team has a DC. Ok I'll stop now.
Splatoon 2 and Crystalis on SNK 40th. Nice old Zelda-like that also kind of reminds me of Ys Book 1 & 2. First time playing it for me and I like it so far.
Physical it is! I'm a day one buyer for anything Inti Creates makes. After Dragon: MFD is a wrap I hope they get to work on Mega Man X9 (if they haven't started already.)
Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete on PS1 (I sense Lunar 1 & 2 coming to Switch after Grandia 1 & 2. PS1 and Sega CD versions please!) Also some Diablo 3 and Splatoon 2 (love the new Salmon Run map) sprinkled in there.
Loved Octopath and liked SotTR (not as much as Rise or TR2013.) Octopath had supply issues in Japan and they basically sent Tomb Raider out to die by releasing it a week after Spider-Man, 2 weeks before Assassin's Creed and a month before Red Dead 2.
There will be 8 new robot masters and 4 new Wily stages. The DLC will be titled "Mega Man 12." Hopefully we get Mega Man X9 from Inti Creates between now and then.
I'm interested to see how well the games run online. Streets of Rage 1-3, Gunstar Heroes and Golden Axe would be ace to play online. I've also been meaning to replay Shining Force II and I also recommend Phantasy Star IV (if you can handle the random encounter rate in the latter. It's really bad even by 90s JRPG standards.)
I hope other Amiibo will be compatible with D3. Can I get a Mega Man armor for my Demon Hunter? Can I scan an Inkling Amiibo to get a Bloblobber or NZap? No? OK. Still looking forward to jumping back into Diablo.
I've owned Splatoon 2 since day one and I just turned on the motion controls last week, so now I really hope RE4 supports motion aiming since aiming with sticks feels clunky to me now. I heard the Wii version had great motion aiming.

He's a busy man. Menu music for the Genesis mini, a Kickstarter game called 198X, hopefully Streets of Rage 4 and just throwing it out there, Ys IX.
